They were great to work with and we never heard the word "NO" or "we can't do that". When we went over budget, they were great to help us determine where to cut to get us back in line without losing the overall vision. They were very responsive to all our emails. Their rentals and incredible floral arrangements made the venue gorgeous. The owners were on site during the reception to insure the ball drop and everything else went off without a glitch. I have to say that I am very impressed with Holliday's. My husband bought me flowers for my birthday last Thursday. On Saturday, a few of the flowers were dead. I took a photo and tried to call the shop. They were closed for the rest of the weekend. Monday was Labor Day and calling wasn't on my radar not to mention that they were probably closed for the holiday. I didn't get around to calling until today-- a whole week had gone by. Saturday was quite a hectic day as my granddaughter was preparing for prom. I had volunteered to pick up flowers but realized at 4 pm that Holliday Flowers had closed at 3 pm. Ordered flowers for a funeral from Holliday in Germantown, TN and they "forgot" to take the flowers to the recipient and did not contact me until 2 days after flowers were supposed to be there. They said they "might" be able to get them sent out in the next day or so? I called back and gave "Kathy" with Holliday an opportunity to make this correct, and she failed to do so. She placed the blame on me--stating I had not called far enough in advance of the funeral and stated that the person that took my order had worked there for years and would not have made that type of mistake.
