The inside has a cabin decor that makes you feel welcome and the people running it make you also feel welcome. It's one theater, there is no reserve seating and your ticket is a sticky note, popcorn is Guaranteed fresh (they have one showing) and the soda is crisp. It was a good time if you want a break while passing through or end up staying In Town some where and they have a show going.

In March of this year (2026), I went online and bought 5 tickets to go to see a movie with my…read morefamily. The website was sluggish and not running smoothly and it kept resetting the dates I'd chosen. When the payment finally processed, I noticed it had selected the wrong dates. As soon as I noticed, I tried calling the theater. Over the course of the next few days I called repeatedly, and no one ever answered. I also went online and sent them an email explaining the situation. We don't live in Show Low and rarely go that way, but that Friday my husband drove up and went in to the theater. They told him their policy for refunds is to be contacted within 24 hours or no money back. He explained that we tried contacting them within the timeframe required and that no one answered the phones or emails, but they were inflexible and unwilling to help. They said the owner was at the other theater in Lakeside, so my husband drove up there to talk to him. When he got there, the owner wasn't there and the employees at both locations told him it wouldn't matter even if my husband did speak to the owner because he wouldn't be willing to help us. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. There was absolutely no customer service, no help in spite of our legitimate effort to follow their (frankly ridiculous) 24 hour policy, and the unfriendly attitudes and behavior of the so-called managers at each location was awful. I am posting this review now (May) as I finally got the results back from my bank from the dispute I filed through them. Don't expect WME Theatres to help you out if something goes wrong.

The seats definitely need to be updated or replaced. They were peeling and just looked awful. The cup holders were gross and needed to be cleaned bad. But the thing that annoyed me the most was the movie playing next door. It was so loud that you could hear it through the walls. It really disturbed our movie experience. All the bumping coming through the walls was overtaking the sound of our movie making it hard to hear at times. Please do better.
