They said no. They said I had to take her out the store and around the block. I understand rules. I truly do. I understand accommodating customers too. If it was because I was lazy I totally understand. My daughter was ready to have an accident. I told the manager I was really disappointed in the way it was handled. The manager was not friendly and basically defensive and the girl I had the issue with walked away. Had I been confrontational I would've absolutely understood. I wasn't. The women's selection is on the right and the men's is on the left. The fitting rooms are on the right towards the back. It's kind of small in the fitting room area though and the area in front of the fitting room can probably get crowded if there's a lot of people waiting. Lucky for you there are lots of impulse items there for you to check out like scarves, gloves, and hats. In case you're looking for it, it's right in between Victoria's Secret and Tilly's as well a Pac Sun.

Dressing rooms are many and large and there is always someone offering to help. After I get a few items in my hands, someone always offers to come over and start a fitting room for me. Employees check on you and ask if they can get you anything and don't hesitate to get you a different size if you need it. Don't pass up the free bra fitting. It may be a bit awkward, but its over the clothes and always help you find the right size for you. My best friend looked at 10 stores for the perfect strapless bra for her wedding and had no luck until I suggested Lane Bryant for a bra fitting. Within 10 minutes she got a fitting, an employee found the perfect bra and she was happy. Also, if you like something but its not in your size or color (I tried on the green shirt, but really like the pink one), they will order it for you and send it to your door for free!! Also, free shipping to the store when you order online and a $25 coupon when you pick up!! Oh, and location, location, location!! I go shopping, and hubby goes to Pies and Pints right next door. He gets a beer or two and I meet him there when I'm done so we can finish our shopping. But it's all about the clothes - the comfort and feel. And wearability. And how they make you feel. You can dress it up or dress it down...Whether planning to spend the day in the kitchen or go to a ball (I have worn a dress I bought here to a formal ball). I have clothing that is years old that never wears out. I might get sick of wearing it, but it doesn't wear out. It used to be when I got a new catalog, I would have to jump in the car and head to Cincinnati. Everybody there knew my name and said they had been waiting for me to show up!
