Customer service was horrible. The girls are so rude and demeaning. They were in a big group talking instead of working.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. None of the staff wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing some stuff from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour (duh). They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since it is located inside a mall. Lots of parking spots for you to choose from. Take your pick. However, the lot can get very full very easily and quickly. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, kind, and helpful. The store itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. Bad store experience, I came into store 6.20pm May 4,2025 to try on dress I was rudely told by Daniela " you CAN'T try that on "and walked away I asked why I just saw you let someone else in the fitting room the store closes at 7pm she continued to slam clothing on counter and slam doors in dressing room. I felt very uncomfortable and never been treated this way by anyone in customer service. Daniella was very condescending ( tall thin Hispanic with glasses). I then called the store to get manager name and Carla refused to give it to me proceeded to say that is personal info. I'm so disappointed as to I have spent so much money in this company. These young girls need customer service training. I left the store feeling terrible and never wanting to return to this store. Horrible in person customer service. Their team definitely needs new workers. Just came in person and was treated rudely and with disrespect. I simply asked if I could receive help from someone higher up or with customer service and was told that my credit wasn't their problem and whether I was going to buy something or not. I'm not sure if she felt offended and deemed it necessary to be offensive as well but it was not acceptable at all. So I decided I'd rather not buy anything. Just incredible how this tall long brown haired middle aged woman decided to act as if she's in high school still. 7/15/19. 11 am. Bought 4 gift card 3 of $50 and 1 of $30. When the cashier process my second gift card. I told her I want a gift receipt for each of them and she said She will print out at the end of transaction. The cashier try to print but I think she don't know how, so she call manager for help. A lady with long hair claim that she is a manager. She told me she only can do 2. So I said can I return all the gift card and re do each transaction. A manager said she can't do that. Once you purchase the gift card you can't return it. So I ask what can you do? She said nothing can do. And I explain to her, I did ask your cashier when she processing my second gift card. The manager said, oh the cashier isn't aware when she do your transaction. I told the manager, I don't want al this gift card anymore and then she told me to wait. So I wait, and the first manager walk out from back room with the other manager (#2 manager) and the manager #2 give me a customer service phone number. Manager #2 said The customer service able to refund the money in 48 hours. BINGO! The Second manager able to give me a solution. So I told the #2 manager. I will call the customer service for my refund Now I want to buy same amount gift card but do individual transaction. The manager #2 said, she can print our 4 of receipt from my first purchase. BINGO AGAIN! I think the manager # 2 is smarter then the manager # 1. You can see by the look. she looks stupid and clueless. I understand if the cashier make a mistake but she asking for help. The thing that I don't understand is she doesn't bother to ask or look for help from other manager. Just answer me with the attitude like smart ass!!! But finally she is the dumb ass one. I'm giving this particular Hollister 2.5 stars. Usually I begin reviews with "likes" before moving on to "dislikes", but.... I'll reverse it to end it on a good note. Dislikes: Service - this is my main complaint. And it's big enough to cause me to downgrade a 4 to a 2.5. Why so harsh? 1. The cashier could not man a register. He struggled. He didn't know how to void an item. He didn't know which items were on sale or regular price. He did know how to shrug and smile sheepishly as he signaled desperately for a manager. 2. The manager should not have put someone inept at the register. What's worse was I felt sorry for the guy because he was obviously a n00b that should have been folding shirts (not handling customers). There was a long line gathering. Sales 101 teaches you that if you have a cashier overwhelmed with a huge-ass line... you send a second person to man register #2 to alleviate the pressure. Instead the manager meandered over... pointed to the void button... and then walked away. 3. Where the hell are all the other salespeople? They disappear mysteriously. I don't expect special greetings, but I expect to see at least one salesperson on the chicks section and another in the dudes section to offer help/service. Likes: Clothes. That's all this place has going for it. Well-made clothing. This overall experience of this Hollister lost in the sea of nowhere has lead me to believe that if I want great clothes and superior service, I might as well self-serve via the interwebs. read more

If you have ever been to a Hollister store, you know that the people that work there are some of the best looking people around! If I could give this dump zero stars I would, I came in with my nephew and as I was shopping I was also playing with him (he's a baby I have to) and one of the female employees looked at me and made a bothered face. So as soon as that happened I left. Hey Hollister if y'all don't wanna sell and talk amongst each other like it's fucking middle school be my guest. That's why it's always lonely in there. You'd figure they pay designers to design new clothes, but the creative process doesn't occur. I'm sure the designers are paid to sit around all day. Nothing ever changes. I guess that's a good thing, because one can't regret buying a shirt one year if it's still sold the next year. I haven't bought stuff here in a few years. Used to excessively, but as I matured, I realized the clothes were bland, and I could get something better for only $5/10 more. I could tell you the current season styles without checking: Summer/spring: shorts and polo. Fall/winter: jeans and polo. Throw in some billboard hoodies. I should be paid for that. A whole year's lineup in 15 words. The store itself has only 4 strobe-lights. Literally. Strange, because A&F has too much lighting. Couldn't they spare some lights? The company has the money, with the good profit margin and a pretty nifty stock. If you've been to one Hollister, you've been to them all. The stores look exactly the same. Do they come off an assembly line or something? It's like that surreal IKEA feel, when everyone has the same cabinet/table/etc. Prices are fair. Take my advice and head back towards the clearance. If you're going to buy from here, at least seize the deal. No one buys their clothes retail price. I'm not kidding, because there's never anyone in the front checking out the new stuff. Wait two weeks, the retail stuff at $40 will be $20. Wait longer, $10. (timeframe not 100% accurate) How can they sell things at $10? Cheap manufacturing costs from the beginning. Retail:$40 - Actual:$5. Still profit even at lowest discount. 2 Stars- I'm a fair guy. If you are an a) high school student or b)unaware of any other store, I will restrain myself from blowing up. Worst customer service ever! Buying some shorts for my son and when we walked in no hello or greeting of any kind and we saw three employees just hanging around talking and the main one was some tall young white gentleman who later we found out was the manager. He looked miserable to be there and when the line was four deep all he did was walk around not helping any customer or folding clothes just looking aimlessly. At least the cashier was nice and was apologetic about the line. read more

This Hollister location has no space to look. You can't barely pass through and what makes it worse is that the employees are right next to the jeans section covering the whole shelf. Once you finally manage to get close to the shelves and see what kind of jeans they have, the employees are just standing right next to you, blocking your way and starting at you to move. You don't have any personal space. It felt so uncomfortable. I had to leave. However, the young guy with the glasses doing cashier is really nice. Worst customer service ever. The staff that they hire to supervise are young therefore they are immature and when you complain they think it is funny. They need to be retrained and they need to be taught manners. If they expect people to shop here they should be a lot more welcoming to customers and have a willingness to provide good customer service. This will be the last time that I will ever shop here. Today my daughter and I went in looking for tee's for her. She grabbed one she really liked from the 14.95 Special (Rack) on tee's with of course pictured so you're not confused. When I went to the register it came out to $22 and change. I requested to speak to the manager or supervisor. I was upset that they fished me in for a false price. They ( Hollister) informed me that that section was not included. It was only 3 shelves with the bottom shelf was jeans . The t shirt looked the same as advertised. Terrible service sales found jacket I liked left at cashier had to go somewhere real fast because live at cashier was a little long needed to go to restroom. Cane back line to get in to store was 1 hour . Called in ask if I can pay by credit card over phone they said no ask if I can just get to pay they said no ask if they can honor price they said no ask if they can do anything for me they said no. Talk to 2 different people both claiming to be managers I think they were lying to me . Don't really do a lot of shopping here but this past weekend I came in to see what they had... got a tank top and a dress... now keep in mind a lot of the people that shop at this location are Hispanic, meaning we will more than likely speak Spanish! I was up front with the cashier and a man came up to me in the register next to me the girl who was charging him told him what his total was the man nicely asked again what his total was (in Spanish) and the cashier helping him rudely turn to the other girl (my cashier) and said "ugh I hate it when they speak Spanish" like what!! Are you serious it's 2018 we can speak whatever language we want! I was furious I let one of the other associates know what the situation was and why I was upset she asked if I wanted to talk to a manger about it I said yes! When she told me who the manger was sadly it was the same girl (my cashier) that had agreed with her!!! Honestly I returned everything and asked for my money..... if you're going to back snappy comments keep them to yourself or make sure no one around you hears it!
