The doc explained what was needed to be done, what had probably caused the issues, how I could prevent future issues and then walked me through everything he was doing. He's very personable and easy to talk to which is so refreshing! The office girls are also very nice, accommodating and helpful when it comes to figuring out the insurance thing! My first experience with Ward Family Dentistry was Kim, the receptionist. She was compassionate and understanding. It was evident that she really wanted to be helpful.
