I had been a patient of the previous dentist here for 30+ years, so I was apprehensive to learn he was retiring. I came in for my first cleaning under the new dentist last week. Much of the hygienist staff remains the same, at least for now, so that was reassuring for me, since that's most of whom you interact with anyway. I did get to meet Dr. Emamian at the end of my cleaning. You can't tell a lot from that part of a consult, but she seemed very professional and caring. I was worried about starting with someone new after so long, but I think it will be just fine. I was glad I could still see Diane, my favorite hygienist, but it seems like some new features are being added, like online scheduling and the like. The only complaint I had was that it was absolutely freezing in there. I was so cold I was almost shivering. Offering a space heater or something would be nice. Shivering during a true dental procedure could be dangerous!

I have been so happy to find that I enjoy coming to Dental Depot for my dental needs. I have had several appointments that have gone by without a hitch. That is, until today. Apparently, it isn't enough to just make an appointment and show up. You also have to get spammed with phone calls and text messages demanding that you confirm your appointment, as well. Plus, if you don't respond within a certain amount of time, they just cancel your appointment altogether. I have been dealing with a death in the family, so I didn't confirm my appointment right away, but I did finally respond to the final text message they sent me. Apparently this wasn't enough, so they up and cancelled my appointment. It can take 2 months to get an available appointment space at this place, and I have to take time off from work, and it just got cancelled because I didn't reply to a text message soon enough. This is the only reason I don't give this place 5 stars. They need a better system that doesn't have me waiting months between appointments and that doesn't cancel my appointment because I didn't answer a phone call from a number I don't know, and I responded to a text late. I really want to give this place less stars because I am seriously unhappy right now, but I just can't honestly do it because I really like coming here. Their process is stupid, though. I just hope someone doesn't see this as a positive review.

I went to Glenn Ashmore (creator of Dental Depot) for a new denture. Somehow the lab got the color…read moreof the teeth wrong, and instead of fixing the problem, they said it would cost me an additional $500 to change the color. I never saw Dr Ashmore again, after the first 5 minute consultation. After filing an appeal with Delta Dental. They decided against Dental Depot said the denture should be fixed at no additional cost to me. As Dr Ashmore was "unavailable", I was seen by Dr Sebourne, who said he would make me a new denture at no charge. When it finally came in, the color was perfect but the fit was very wrong. it was incredibly loose and the back teeth were not directly above the lower teeth. instead of fixing this new problem, Dr Sebourne slathered on a huge amount of Polygrip denture glue and shoved it in my mouth without telling me what he was doing. After getting home, It took nearly 2 hours to get all of that crap out of my mouth and off of the denture. That stuff is for old ill-fitting dentures, NOT brand new ones that should fit your gums like a glove. I haven't yet mentioned this entire process took from December 2025 (first consultation) until August 2026 to get two totally unusable dentures. Instead of fighting with them to get the problems fixed, I have given up and gone to a different dentist where they made (in less than a week) a beautiful denture that actually fits (without glue) and matches the color of my lower teeth perfectly. I will never go back to Dental Depot and suggest you find someone else. if you're needing a denture, avoid this place at all cost.

I had my first visit at Duffel Dental today and was so impressed! The staff was so quick to get me…read moreback and so friendly. The check in is easy and X-rays were great. Usually I hate the X-rays because they're so rough and quick but she took her time and was very gentle. Dr Duffel was great! He was super friendly and easy to talk to. I normally have severe dental anxiety but this place eased my nerves so fast. I already scheduled my next appointment and am (for the first time) actually not dreading it!
