I was looking forward to a relaxing self-care day, but unfortunately my experience was the opposite. I came in for a basic pedicure with a callus removal add-on, followed by a full set of acrylic nails. The pedicure felt very rushed, and the callus removal was very minimal.definitely not worth what I paid for. Throughout the service, the technician seemed irritated and impatient. Each time another customer walked in, she appeared visibly annoyed, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. On a positive note, the nail technician who completed my acrylic set was incredibly kind and attentive. She took her time, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about the quality of her work. I truly appreciated her professionalism and the effort she put into making sure my nails turned out well. Based on this experience, I think I'll be supporting more independent nail technicians and small businesses in the future. this is a late response .. not only did i make an appt and was seen 25 mins after and appt lasted 2 hrs. i also requested for you to take off my acrylic off my toes and just give me gel polish. moving forward to today (getting a pedi elsewhere) my nail tech tells me you guys never actually removed the acrylic just filed it smoother/lower on my toes. please next time listen ! read more

Discrimination is alive and well at this salon. I was charged more than my friend for the same service, and the only difference between us is the color of our skin. The staff was cold and dismissive toward me while being perfectly friendly to others. It felt like I was being penalized for being Mexican. This was my first time at this salon. Amy wasn't very kind or polite. She would grab my foot to position it correctly but rough , and she made my toe bleed without explaining why. I go to the salon to relax, but I was tense, and my big toe hurt after the experience. She just had a bad attitude and didn't respond when I said thank you at the end. Llana, my mom's technician, was amazing and made it a welcoming experience for her. She was detailed and precise, which made a big difference I'll be going to her next time not Amy. read more

Some of the staff was nice and polite, But in my experience it was bad right off the bat a 40 min wait time when I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure was seated after the wait and wasn't given a menu or even asked what I wanted I had to ask the girl with the blond hair and fake lashes for the menu told her I wanted a French tip full set on my hands and gel on my toes don't even ask what color started working on my feet didn't communicate i had to ask what kind of services they offered instead of being asked the girl that did my gel x nails was polite enough to offer me what kind of services they had after as I was paying she asked me if I had tipped the other rude women with fake eyelashes and blond hair I said yes because I'm not a heathen before I even paid they up charged me and I ended up paying almost 140 for gel x nails on hands and gel pedicure on toes if your any shade of brown they will up charge you and be rude wouldn't recommend. read more
