I recently went in for a nail fill and had selected a color that I wanted to use for a French tip design. My previous set was a full-color set, but when JEFF asked if I wanted to do full color again, I clearly said that I wanted a French tip instead. He agreed, but seemed hesitant about it. While preparing my nails, he brought up again that he thought a full-color set would look better. Since I had already stated my preference, I felt a little uncomfortable being pushed toward a different option. Later, when it was time to apply the color, he asked, "Full now, right?" and I ended up agreeing because it felt like he was rushing through the appointment. I later realized I was his last customer of the day, which may have contributed to the experience. After I agreed to the full color, he proceeded to paint my nails but didn't clean up the polish around the edges or cuticle area. As a result, there was visible polish on my skin around several nails, which made the finished set look messy and unfinished. The service felt rushed overall. When applying the cuticle oil, he was standing and not really paying attention to where he was putting it, and the appointment ended with a quick instruction to wait a few minutes and then wash my hands. The nails turned out okay, but I left feeling like my original request wasn't really respected and that the service lacked attention to detail. I believe clients should feel comfortable getting the design they ask for without feeling pressured to change their minds, and I also expect the final result to be clean and polished. read more

Been here 4 times and all 4 times I have had a different person and everyone did an amazing job! Ive only gotten pedicures here. The down side is they gossip relentlessly and it becomes awkward and less than relaxing. This is the case on all 4 of my visits. The prices seem fair and the reception is very welcoming. I booked my appointment the day before and I booked a gel mani/pedi. There was no option on the website to book French. When I asked for French tip for both no one mentioned the $7 upcharge it would be for both my hands and feet. I saw they had cat eye nail polish and asked if I could do cat eye on my manicaure french tip and the lady said yes. Again no mention of a $14 upcharge. I thankfully just got it on my hands. The kicker is I don't have long nails. I was getting gel French done on natural short nails. When I booked on the website it told me my total with the gel upcharge was going to be $85. When I went to pay they said that will be $109. After tip and everything I walked out paying almost $130. I really did enjoy the atmosphere. They give a nice complementary drink and have a full bar. They even did a great job on my nails. However a $14 upcharge to wave a magnet over a centimeter of a French tip is a bit ridiculous. The reason why I'm truly upset is because none of these upcharges were communicated to me. I even let the person checking me out that these upchargers weren't relayed to me. But nothing was really done and I wasnt going to take off the polish. For that alone I won't be back. But I'll let you be the judge if this was worth $130. read more

Have never had an issue I've been coming to this salon since it opened I do poly gel nails to grow out my real nails My nails were very long, I let the nail tech know I don't want them shorter and just to file to make them straight She filed off so much my nails are all uneven, crooked, and very thin I had long square nails and I'm very upset it took me so long to get them long and even and thick. Now they're all uneven lengths, very thin, and not their natural shape. I asked for a cute flower design she said extra 25$ and couldn't do it properly and the nails are not what I asked for. Very nice place. Staff is very friendly. They give you complementary cocktails. However, it was crazy expensive. I went in for a pedicure. And the basic pedicure started at $63. I wanted to treat myself so I got the middle pedicure for $83. I really didn't get anything special or out of the ordinary done. They blew steam on my feet. And gave me a horrible 10 minute foot massage. She didn't really do any cuticle removing or nail trimming. She said I didn't need it. However, I haven't had a pedicure in at least four months so I knew I needed it. When I walked out to pay somehow my $83 pedicure ended up being $93. Not including a tip. I think they "charge you " for the complementary drinks. I will never go again. read more

I came in for a pedicure initially and decided to get a gel x manicure just in time for the holidays. I think Ruby did a great job and she was very hospitable and took the time to give an exceptional service for my pedicure so I don't have complaints there. However, I cannot say the same for my manicure. Sam was nice but nail application and execution was not good. I provided him with an ombre french nail but did not look anything like the reference picture I provided. I initially told him to cut around medium length since I work at the hospital but it was still long so I asked if he could cut it shorter. When he cut it was just as short as my natural nails which then I thought what was the point of the gel x then? On top of that, he did not attached the gel x nail to my actual nail bud so there is this gaping hole that makes it obvious that the two nails are separated. He did a french tip and overlayed it with a pink nail polish and called it a day. For both manicure and pedicure it was about $180 not including tip. I expect exceptional service especially since due to the steep price point. People were really nice but I probably will not be coming back. read more

I visited last week. The salon is beautiful and the man that worked in the front was very pleasant. However the service was not good, I had a woman and she was very reluctant to do my nails how I wanted. I asked for no drill on my toes and she continued trying to use the drill. Her co worker was also trying to force me to use the drill. I was very displeased with the service and she also did a poor job because I think she was upset for me advocating for myself. In theory, this could be a great place but my experience was frustrating from start to finish. I came in for a full set with gel, and from the moment I sat down, the tech seemed rushed and visibly annoyed. She kept stopping during my service to help other clients and chat to coworkers.. then four people walked in within the first 30 minutes (at 6:30, and they close at 7), and each time she paused my nails to assist them instead. It was uncomfortable and made me feel like she didn't want to service me at all. When she glued and cut the tips, I thought it was odd she didn't need to adjust the length by comparing fingers like most techs do. Sure enough, later it showed. A different lady eventually took over and was much better but as she was filing before applying gel, I asked why two of my nails were sticking upward. She explained it was because of how the first tech glued them. I was annoyed but didn't want to drag things out. After finishing and applying oil, the second tech herself pointed out that my thumbs were two completely different sizes. By then it was 7 PM and closing time. I mentioned it to the manager, who told me I could come back the next day to fix them but I live in LA and was only passing through for work. For the price they charge, I expected better quality, communication, and accountability. Instead, I left feeling like an inconvenience for simply asking for decent service. I requested a full set for my big event and honestly my nail tech Andy went above and beyond. The design looks exactly like the inspo picture I referred to. The only thing to put into consideration when booking, make sure if it's a complex set design get there before 2 so they have enough time to do it at a stable base and you also have time to pick your gems (if there any) without rush. Although Andy did amazing under the pressure of not having enough time "they were about to close" It felt stressful and I was rushed at the end..
