Sometimes they give you a little massage around the eyes, too! Cons: Inconsistent skills I suggest if you find someone you like to find out what days they work, so you get them every time. I've come maybe 5-6 times, serviced by 4 different staff. Only one of the staff has been a good fit for me so far, and others butchered my eyebrows. I don't expect eyebrows to look identical, but one comes out thick and other comes out thin, that just will not look right. read more

This was my 2nd time going since I no longer like the eyebrow threading place on Macarthur that I used to go to. Sharda was the lady who threaded my eyebrow today. There were 2 people before me and when it was my turn there was 1 lady waiting. The wait was not long when I signed in it said there was 15min wait. I did not give them a countdown since I was not in a rush. Sharda took her time and did not rushed. She also gave me a really nice short eyebrow/forehead massage when she gave me the aloe vera at the end of the threading. Bollywood on Macarthur would leave me with cuts and my eyebrows would bleed after the threading but today there was no cuts compare to what Bollywood would give me. I will continue to go here and I hope Sharda is there the next time I go. read more

Awful! I literally want to cry right now. My eyebrows were just destroyed by a lady that was in an obvious rush to get to the next client. I didn't realize the extent of the damage until I got to my car and saw how uneven and completely jacked my eyebrows are. As you can see one eyebrow is now clearly lower than the other one. The arch is uneven on both brows. Maybe Friday's are not a good day to go to this place or something. My 12 year old niece could have done a better job. Go elsewhere. read more

What a great spot! I went to get my full face threaded because, well, my sideburns rival my husband's, and the lady threading me was so patient and did an incredible job. I've had my face threaded many, many times but she was very diligent with having my pull my face taut, that it didn't hurt at all. Normally, having my sideburns ripped out is uncomfortable but it wasn't here. I went on a Sunday morning, right around opening time, and there wasn't anyone there yet. Place is a hole in the wall and definitely a hidden gem! I walked in and the sign up is via iPad and super easy, you enter your phone number, name and select from one of the service persons. I chose "next available" which is an option as well and I got Aby. She was awesome and knew how important it was for me to not lose thickness but how much shape I needed. Service was prompt and painless if you're already used to threading. The salon itself was very clean and easily accessible which is a plus when going into a shopping center. I wanted to get my eyebrows done in Carrollton since it's hard to go to my normal threading salon in Richardson because they close early. This shop wasn't too far off from 35 and only a few dollars more than my normal place. For only a few dollars more this place was much better than my normal salon. The woman who did mine took care to get all my baby hairs on my outside edge that sometimes get missed, and made sure they looked symmetrical. I went in for eyebrow threading having read the generally good reviews about this place. The ladies were nice enough but the one that did my eyebrows didn't really speak very much English and I was worried she didn't understand what I wanted. She threaded my eyebrows and gave me the mirror to see what they looked like. The lighting was dim and when I saw them they looked ok. I paid and left. When I got home I noticed that one was thinner than the other. By quite a bit. The thicker eyebrow looked great but the thinner one looked very thin in comparison. I don't know if it's just the way my eyebrows are but I had been growing them out for several weeks before going in. There is also a piece on the thinner one that looks a little bald so I will probably have to fill it in. They were really nice but I probably will not be going here again. UPDATE: I lowered the rating from 3 stars to one. After the first review I went a second time and liked the result. So I decided to go again for a third time and make the appointment with the same lady that did my eyebrows the second time. Big mistake. My results were similar to the original review only worse. They were threaded VERY thin. Not only were my brows not even in thickness but one is so much more arched than the other. I'm not sure how to describe this but I'll try. The arch on the left begins where the arch on the right ends. Leaving me with one eyebrow that is VERY noticeably much higher than the other. It's bad. Really bad. I can't even look at them. That's about all I can say. Will not be going here again. read more
