Customer service was amazing from the front desk to the technician I had, Kayla. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted, and they look very natural! I also got a lash lift and tint - my natural lashes are already black so the tint didn't make a huge difference but the lift came out good despite my stubborn lashes. Overall, Kayla was a great lash tech and did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The place itself is also beautifully decorated and clean with a relaxing ambience. GO ELSEWHERE... Extremely disappointed. I went online to see if the location had availability and an eager receptionist called and booked me immediately with a "master" tech. I wanted a simple lift and tint; nothing special. I was clear my lashes were stubborn and straight, I went as far as to describe other experiences with other techs that didn't listen to me and my lashes didn't have the desired outcome. Important to note I've had great success with lifts; no other reason to waste $150 which is exactly what I did here. After the "lift" she says they are stubborn, right then I knew she botched it, when I looked they were nowhere near lifted and even more uneven. For a "master" price I expected a master's touch. She offered no rectification or other options. She had the gall to say I could do another in 6 or whatever weeks, are you kidding?! FOR WHAT?! For this, no way. Receptionist who SWORE I'd be happy and she'd do a great job, rushed me through payment with no comment on my obviously lack luster lashes, no mention of the quality of work she promised during booking. It was known I was unhappy and neither of them did anything about it. ALSO, if you look closely there is tint on both of my eyes still. Just don't go here, there are great places with solid professionals who will work to get your desired look, this place isn't one of them. read more

I have been going to the Lash Lounge in Coppell for about 3 years now and had several different stylists. I've never had less than perfect service, from the managers at the front to lash stylists and overall the customer service is the best I've experienced. They are kind, patient, and dedicated to their clients which makes me feel incredibly special. Recently I've had master stylist Rachel doing my lashes for almost a year and she's the best. Her talent is unmatched and she's the sweetest personality. She sent me a thank you card in the mail when really, I should be thanking them for the level of service and care I receive every visit! This is a great location and I highly recommend them for any lash or eyebrow service. read more

Didn't have a great experience here, very disappointing as this location is closer to my house. Some offensive assumptions were made about me which made my experience extremely uncomfortable. Eyelashes looked good but not enough to make me go back or recommend for certain people. read more

I had my lashes done today by one of the new team members, Eva. She was fantastic! I actually fell asleep-which I have never done. Highly recommend her! She speaks little English and uses Google translate to communicate if there is a question she doesn't understand. Lash Lounge entire staff is so warm and friendly! read more

I booked 2 appointments. They texted me and asked me which appointment I would like to keep. However, they then charged me for a no a no show for the appointment I did not want. This was not explained in the text messages from the Lash Lounge. I did not find out until my next appointment that I had been charged for a 'No Show' and I had no refills left on my account for the month. The owner took a tone with me when I questioned why I had a refills left on my account. She was not willing to take the time to listen to my side of the story or even consider that she should be courteous to a customer even in circumstances in which she feels like she is right. Yesterday was my 1st time and I'm IMPRESSED not only was the beautiful lady at the front desk professional and welcoming so was the other staff members. PAIGE G was the queen that made me feel at ease. She explained what she would do and said just relax take a nap or put your ear plugs in listen to Music. Embarrassing but I slept the entire time I was under her care and when she was done. LOVE my lashes she advised me how to care for them and what not to do. Made sure as a 1st timer I understood. Highly recommend you ask for her when you call in to book an appointment. I'm sure they are all professional I'm just a little biased with Miss PAGE. I came to the lash lounge because my last lash tech (not with the lash lounge) had done a poor job on my lashes and I wanted them off - I was uncomfortable and couldn't get a fill appointment till the end of the month ( was due for a 3 week fill). The lash tech who helped me was amazing, she helpful and let me know that how/what the lash tech had done to my eyes was NOT good quality work. Appreciated her passion for lashes and how gentle she was, I had rather long and heavy clusters of fans on each individual lash. My issue and why I have them at 3 stars is because of pricing - I was told prior to the appointment when I booked it would be $20. However, after my appointment the front desk told me that since it went over an hour it's would be an ADDITIONAL $30 and if it was okay. Highly irritated because I just wasted money on lashes that were poorly done and hurting me, then asking me if it was OK to be charged for something I have no control over (time) and def had no option but to pay really ruined my overall experience. I paid a total of $50 which is $4 less than their fills! Had I known there was a time limit I would have not sat and chat with the tech or use their removal services. Disappointed and wish they had informed me of potential additional charge(s) when booking. Do be very clear on what you want and ask if there is additional pricing in regards to time if you do decide to get services done here. read more

Super frustrated with this salon. I wanted to make an appointment for this Saturday. They were able to squeeze me in around 2 pm. That was great! I'm thinking -- last minute appointment made mid-week and they were able to squeeze me in at an ideal time. Two days later - they asked me if I would be able to come in much earlier to accommodate the scheduling of someone before me. I rejected the offer. Saturday evening, they texted me and asked me if I could come in early because they did not realize I was getting a full set of eye lashes. To me, it was booked that way that I was getting a full set from the beginning. I contacted the salon and told them to go ahead and cancel the appointment. I felt so inconvenienced because they failed to schedule accordingly. I did not want to be rushed and have them look a hot mess. I will stick to my usual place. read more

Always switching up stories and prices. How do I go for 3-4 lash appointments and NOT ONE be a "credit" tired of the switch up. I was born at night but not last night. In one week last month $149 PLUS $79 WITHIN DAYS, do the math, over $230. Another month in, same thing, $230 again, and not one free refill. For these "mega volumes" with literally no mega.... Or volume. Over priced, but I kept trying it out, till they played this card. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP, it is a scam. read more

Don't make an appointment online because their system will mess up and then they will still charge you for the appointment. Manager still wanted to charge me for a new apt that she set up and was just going to give me 30% off... I then got COVID and couldn't come in and she charged me again. LOL. Never got a call back from them trying to discuss the situation. Horrible management and will not be returning. read more

Good establishment, nice and kind staff, very clean and new, but I'd recommend that if you're looking to get your brows done you go somewhere else that specializes in them. It looks like their lash sets and lash lifts do look beautiful and I'd go back to get one of the lash services done but not a brow service. The brow threading and tint service that I got is not worth $46 (including tip), I ended up having to go home and fixing it. read more
