Im absolutely mortified. I came here once and had a great experience. This is my second time here and she completely butchered them. I asked for a clean up and to leave my eyebrows thicker, just like the first time I came, and she ended up totally removing the arch as well as the wing on my left eyebrow so it is short and totally flat on top. My right eyebrow also had a little too much taken off the top but the wing wasn't removed like my left eyebrow. I am distraught because I have my wedding makeup trial THIS WEEK! I tried to tell her she took too much off and she tried to say I didn't have any to begin with but you can see the difference in my two brows. Horrible. read more

The lady does not know how to gently trim your eyebrows ... leaving this place super upset. It took me months to grow the bit of hair i have and she straight out just chopped half my eyebrow off. The end of your eyebrow should aligned where your eye ends... this is basic knowledge of shaping your eyebrow. read more

would give it a 0 . ive been a customer for over 1yr now , this lady messed up my eyebrows so bad . my eyebrows have always been thick and full i wanted them a bit thinner this time . i asked for a refund after she cussed me out and threw the middle finger up at me n she threw my money at me . they didn't want to call the manager , didn't want to give me their names , didn't want to give me their managers name . the lady went to go hide in the back after she started recording me too. i was on ft w my mom as soon as it all happened and after making me wait about 25 minutes and calling the cops . i mentioned to my mom how they HAVE to give me their names and verbal harassment towards a minor (i am a minor) is a huge problem the other lady decided to come n apologize . she still argued with me a bit as well . she gave me the managers name and said that the manager was out the country n she didnt know the other lady's name . i called the manager thinking id get sent to voicemail and id leave a message since they said he was out the country . he picked up i told him the situation he said he's investigate it and check cameras and make sure she lost her job . i hope they do move forwards with it and keep their word . all he said was he'd give me coupons and never sent them . the attitude is ew asf . ridiculous asf NEVER go here forreal. deadass will play on your face . read more

Visiting out of town, needed to get eyebrows cleaned and came across this place by random. Pricing is extremely reasonable and they fixed my uneven eyebrows. The lady who did my eyebrows listened to exactly what I needed and checked in a few times to make sure we got the right shape. Eyebrow threading was only $10. Would highly recommend. read more

The place was easy to find and very clean and organized. There was no music playing so it was kind of quiet and awkward. The woman who did my brows was quiet as well and I had a hard time understanding her, but she was very nice. I got my eyebrows done and it was my first time getting them threaded. It was painful and I underestimated how many hairs they pull out at a time. I do think however that my eyebrows don't match as much as I would like and the left one is a bit smaller than the right. I also think she didn't listen to me as when I came in I had thick brows, and I told her I wanted to keep them thick but just have her shape them. I think I wasted my breath because they are thinner than I am used to, especially the left one. The lady even said she has been doing this for 6 or 7 years! Her work doesn't match her years... I'm not sure if I will go back and if I do, I may ask if they can fix them because the right one appears to have a bit more hair than the left. The price was good; only $8 but I feel like I could have gotten a better job done somewhere else with my money. read more

I've been coming here for a few months since my sister told me about them and always walk out with perfect eyebrows. But yesterday when I went in the only lady working was very confused she almost skipped me then kept saying my skin was too sensitive and cut up my eye lids. I'm very big on skin care and aging so her doing that to my eyelids left me upset. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for awhile and never had this problem. This is my to go place to get my eyebrows done. I've always been happy with their work and how they leave my brows. Till today, I went early in the afternoon to get them done and this new lady started them. First of all, they're usually very quick and for the most part painless. But this lady was taking forever on one of my brows. I felt like she was pulling on the string so hard and it hurt every time she did it. Finally a few min later she finally went to my other brown and same story happen. And this time I felt a sharp pain on my brow and she even said, Oops! In my head I was like what did she do?! So she called another lady that worked there to finish my brows for her. I finally payed and left my my brows were stinging very bad. And yes, when I looked in the mirror my brows were indeed very red and I had cuts on my lid. This has sadly been one of the worst experiences I've had with them. This is a whole in the wall spot that I've been referring all my friends to! It's SO CHEAP!! I got my lip chin and eyelashes done for a total of $37... that's unheard of! Only leaving two stars because I've had pretty good experience there. A lady named Gayatri was really good with my brows. Just cleaned them up and snapped them nicely. But today.... I didn't get the lady's name but my right eye brow is extremely thin!!! I cried on my way out because of how ridiculously thin it is compared to the other one. I think this is it for me. I'm never going back! It's so embarrassing I have to constantly shade it in. I told her I only wanted a clean up and she did whatever she wanted on them. I am so upset. I left her a $5 dollar tip which was my mistake because I cried all the way to Ulta where I bought eyebrow pomade. I couldn't go out like that. I'm upset. read more

Y'all!I have to start off by saying that the last time I got my eyebrows done here they messed them up, so I have literally waited two months for my eyebrows to grow so I can get them re-shaped. Usually, when I come get my eyebrows I just get them done with whoever is there. (That is a big mistake) make sure that you find the person that does your eyebrows the way you like them and continue to come back to that person. Anyways, I came to get my eyebrows done by Preeti because I have heard a lot of good things about her. I let her know that they had messed up my eyebrows and that I wanted to avoid them looking thinner. Another thing I did this time is I did not have my eyebrows trimmed. Needless to say the preeti will be the person that will forever do my eyebrows. She did an amazing job, if anything I feel like my eyebrows look a lot fuller than they did before. I have no idea what kind of black magic she did, but it definitely worked. I will definitely be coming back to preeti to get my brows done. The beautiful lady who threaded my eyebrow (I did catch her name, sorry) took her time and it was nice to just pop in somewhere and then leave 5 minutes later with hair still there. She made sure every hair was gone and my eyebrows and lips look great. She also gave tips on how to grow my eyebrows back faster and listened to what I wanted. I'll definitely be returning. I went here for the first time today. I liked that they were 50% cheaper then other places I've been to for the same services. They are big and plenty of room, but I would highly recommend calling in for an appointment because when I went I was lucky enough to get seated right away, but a large group of people came in right after me. It was at least a 45 min wait for some of those women. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the person who did my threading decided to remove my widows peak without asking me about it first. I like my widows peak, I've had it for years, maybe people have one. It gives me a heart shaped face which I like, and now when the hair grows back in that specific area it will be awkward, frizzy, and it won't fit back into my ponytail for a while, I'll need lots of hair gel to tame it. If they would have asked me I would have told them no, which I now know for the future what to tell them. But if would have been nice if they would have asked before they did it. Otherwise I liked the place a lot, very very affordable. I've never found a place as cheap as this anywhere else. I'm overall happy. read more

Came in as a walk-in and Amrita did my eyebrows after they'd been screwed up by other "day spas" who were way overpriced and messed up my shape!! I just moved from Chicago where my lifelong eyebrow lady resides and she had just fixed them but only to get ruined after moving here... I'm glad Amrita took her time and cleaned up the shape and advised me where it needs to grow out.. Upper lip and eyebrows only $13, that's a steal! I usually love getting my eyebrows threaded here, but today was different. I recommend Sita, the other threaders don't appear as experienced. Today was the first time Sita didnt do my brows and I regret it. The lady who threaded my brows was very quiet when she spoke so it was very hard to understand her. My eyebrows are a lot thinner than when i usually get them done and one is more thin than the other. The thinner brow is now more straight at that front and has lost its shape at the arch. my other brow is still pretty good in shape but the tail of my eyebrow is noticeably shorter than the other. My thin eyebrow isn't very clean at the tail either. This was a very disappointing experience and not a usual one. I'm just glad my hair will grow back. read more

Do NOT go here. They don't listen to what you ask for at all! I came about 50 minutes until closing and all she cared about was leaving! She didn't do a good job, left lots of hairs around my brows, shaped them exactly the way I said NOT to and still looked at me pissed off when I didn't give her a tip. I'm sorry to say, but, please save your money and go elsewhere. Plus their bathrooms are disgusting and the place does not look clean at all. Maybe it's just because it was the end of the day. But either way, unless they got on their hands and knees and scrubbed every inch of the store, i can imagine it would look pretty much the same. read more

Just stopped in after work after reading the positive reviews and had my eyebrows and upper lip done. I don't remember the upper lip hurting so much but none the less it was a good job done! The girl who did my service was very sweet, the owner I'm assuming. I went about 3 o'clock so it was a slow part of the day. It was very quiet inside as I was the only customer and they don't have music playing though I wish they was some background noise. As far as the salon it was very clean and smelled nice. I recently moved to AZ and now this is my go to for my brows. Its nice and cheap. However, I do recommend picking your specific threader and sticking with her. I personally go to Ruby. I went with another girl when Ruby wasn't there and she did one brow higher then the other so yea...I can't say that about all of them but that was just my experience so from now on I just stick to Ruby. read more
