I really enjoy this place. This is the only eyebrow threading place I trust. Everytime I come out, my eyebrows always look the best they can. The only problem (why I took off a star) is that they never really ask you what you want. My experience at this place has been ok. The first time i went i tried to pay with a card and apparently it was down. So bring cash. It seems like their machine is down all the time. The last time I went I was a little frustrated because I was waiting and I thought my turn was next only to find out the threading lady was holding a spot for a customer who was paying their disconnected water bill. I felt she shouldn't hold people's spot. I used to get eyebrows done but the lady made them too thin. So for the past 3 months i only get upper lip threading and i do my own brows. Just as a tip don't let her use the brush to wipe off the hairs. I doubt it's sanitized after each use. For the most part it's an ok place. This had to be the absolute worst eyebrow experience I have ever had in my life. The lady who did my eyebrows tonight ruined them! They do not match in the least bit. One was okay, and the other eyebrow was very choppy. She kept telling me that she was sorry, but I am the sorry one. Good thing eyebrows grow back in. I am new to this area, and I will keep searching for a better place to do my eyebrows. Save yourself the trouble, and the headache. This location has been open for about 6 moths or so and I visited for the first time last week. It is very clean and the atmosphere is nice. The prices were great- only $8 for brow threading. Amrita listened to my needs (I am growing my brows out). She didn't overthread and let me where to fill in my brows in order to achieve my desired shape. The threading was fairly gentle and did not hurt as much as other threading I've had. I also recieved a loyalty card- after 7 brow threadings, you get a free threading. You can also get a free threading when you bring 3 new customers. I will def go back. No wait, good service, clean enviornment, great price. Took off one star because there was only one employee and two chairs. Not sure if there are other employees, but if a lot of people go in (or someone if threading full face), there may be a long wait. read more

I love this place! The women do a great job threading and are fast and friendly while they do it. I get a full face thread and they are very good and reasonable. I like that there is a store rather than a mall kiosk where you feel like exposed. Nice quiet store with beautiful Indian music and nice staff. read more

Awesome! I tried this place out for the 1st time today and I'm pretty happy with the results. Patricia did a great job. I was in and out fairly quickly and Patricia was still able to be delicate with my brows and take her time. I liked the fact that their check-in system is high tech and smooth-running, so the people who are waiting in line are never forgotten. The reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because the overall look of the shop is a little dinky. The painted walls and the floors are a little messy and some of the furniture colors clash, but that's about it. This is a great place overall, I'd come back! read more

This is a steal since usually their eyebrow threading is $8 per session. The lady who did my eyebrows and my friends was the owners niece. She was so sweet and she told us she was going through cosmetology school. Her service was EXCELLENT! Super kind and professional. She made my friend and I feel so comfortable. My eyebrows look awesome and my friend and I were in and out in under 20 mins or less. We went on Saturday around 11am (3/1/2014). The salon was clean and tidy. She shaped my eyebrows so good and didn't over pluck. I will definitely be returning!! I highly recommend this salon :) read more

I love this place so much that I drive 20 minutes to get them done here. Try and get Sita she's the best. They're all "good" but Sita somehow can give me an arch in my otherwise straight useless eyebrow. I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time. My only wish is that they had some music. I had messed them up by attempting to pluck them myself so after growing them out for about a month I decided it was time to get them shaped again. I walked in and only waited a few minutes, everyone was so nice and welcoming. I didn't get the name of the girl who threaded my eyebrows but she did an amazing job and made them look exactly how I wanted them to. This was very convenient for my needs and I had very little wait time. I have had my eyebrows threaded before but this time I opted for the whole face. I wasn't fully prepared for the hurt but it wasn't something I couldn't handle and the girls before me didn't even flinch. The technician was very nice and meticulous. My face felt amazing after. The only thing is I had a wedding to go to the next day and had to wear a ton of makeup. Do this when you can let your face rest for a day or two. read more

Okay so I've been coming here for a minute now (long time) and they literally only have 2 girls who know what they're doing and how to actually get a good clean up and shape !!! I just left and I got Ruth, going in I was already iffy because it wasn't the girl I usually get, so I decided to trust her and I said I wanted a clean up okay, and she had a whole canvas because I walked in bushy AF and this woman manages to make them worse than what they were already. One is all block brick shaped THICK and the other is a chola thin line. Like REALLY u looked at your work and decided Yeppp this is it?? idk I'm not coming here anymore or any of there franchises, and no this was not my first bad experience I just kept giving them chances. I had to fire my other eye brow lady at 16th Street & Bethany & when I did, I didn't think anyone else would be able to do my eyebrows the way I love them. I went to Hollywood Salon to get my upper lip threaded a couple of times & one time I went to get my eyebrows threaded & I wasn't happy. They weren't bad but they weren't what I wanted. I've been threading my own eyebrows for a while & today I decided to go back. I went & the difference between now & last time (other than the girl who did them) is I was firm on what I wanted, thick brows, don't remove the baby hairs, ONLY trim a certain part of my brow, and NO lotion (I use my own organic Shea Butter that I apply myself after I wash my hands). Sita was the one who did my eyebrows & she has also threaded my upper lip before. The lady who did my eyebrows originally wasn't Sita, it was someone else. Sita actually did pretty great, better than my old lady who used to do them. I was surprised. I am VERY happy! When I walked out I wasn't b/c they looked to thin but when I got home & really looked at them I was satisfied! They feel "lifted" but still thick. Just the way I like them. read more

Everyone working here has been so kind and welcoming especially with our son! Love the new system they have for signing in also. Never done eyebrow threading, decided to come here and give it a shot. It wasn't so bad but my left eyebrow.. jesus, I don't know why it was so sensitive. It was odd when she was doing it, I could feel so much hair falling, I was worried it was my actual hair on my head. Pretty much the same price I pay for waxing but way less severe reaction after. When I get them waxed, they're stop light red, agitated and I end up getting white pimple/bumps that last up to four days. Getting them threaded, they weren't that bright red and the redness went away by the next day and I got them done in the evening. I got little white bumps but they were tiny. Four stars because my eyebrows aren't perfectly even as I hoped. It was easily fixable but still. Also.. others aren't kidding. There was no music and it was DEAD SILENT. read more

I have been going here for YEARS! They recently got a new bunch of people, the one that did my eyebrows was either new at this or has bad eyesight. The thread pinched my skin and now I have scabs where they bled. Also, not all of the hairs are gone either. I did not get her name, but she was the only one wearing a head scarf when I went in. Guess it's time to look for a new place. Which is sad, b/c I loved this place. :( read more

I went in there because my eyebrow lady was closed. I should've stayed with my hairy eyebrows because now I have two different eyebrows that are thin as hell! Partially my fault for not letting her know I just wanted a clean up. I'll get over it, it's just hair and it'll grow back.
