Just like any other boarding facility it is advised to get your dogs a bath before they come home. This is a free roaming facility most of the day and dogs are only kenneled during meals and overnight. This ultimately means that yes, dogs' potty where they please but don't worry. You have a full-time pooper scooper/somebody out there cleaning it up. Play groups are monitored by a handler to make sure all dogs are getting along. If a dog seems to be overwhelmed, they will separate them and give them some alone time. Also, on a safety note they do not have toys in play groups. This is the safest option for dogs as many dogs tend to exhibit guarding behaviors with toys. I looked for a facility that did not have toys laying around because both my boys can become possessive over a toy. This facility encourages dogs playing together without the need for toys. They can run around indoors or outdoors. They get attention from handlers. They get to make friends, and they don't have to be at home all day while I am at work and even better is they come home tired from a day of play. I found Paw Perfect just looking up groomers online in the area as well as reviews on Yelp, but also remembered I had passed their sign a number of times. It was easy to get an appointment and when I got there everyone was very nice. The problem is that it's very hard for me to explain what I want for my dog. Luckily, I was able to talk it out with a person, who I believe was the owner, and felt comfortable with our conversation. They were busy that day but still managed to get her groomed within about 3 hrs and I was overall pleased with the outcome. She wasn't cut quite how i thought she would be but overall I was still pleased, especially since i really don't know how to fully articulate exactly what I want. Pricing was a little higher than I am use to paying. Yes, I would suggest using their services but I would just make sure you fully understand pricing and also properly describe what you want for your pet a little better than I did.

Over time, I've come to believe that true compassion isn't just about extending empathy -- it also means speaking up and holding people accountable when harm is done. So, in light of that, here is my first negative review: We brought our maltipoo, Maximus, to Petsuites in Cumming for daycare since his regular place was closed. When my husband picked him up, he noticed Maximus's ears looked smaller and were wet, so he brushed it off. But once they dried, it was obvious: someone had badly and unevenly cut the hair off both ears. I called Petsuites right away. The managers had already left, but I spoke to two employees -- one of whom had been with Maximus outside -- who claimed that "a piece of matted hair the size of two fingers on his left ear fell off," and insisted "100% no one cut your dog's hair." I explained this didn't make sense (as the before-and-after photos clearly show), but they kept denying it. The next day, the manager, Kayla, called me. She said she reviewed video footage and saw another dog chewing on Maximus's ear, gnawing off some of the hair, supposedly explaining the missing hair. When I asked about the clearly trimmed and uneven appearance on both ears, she offered no explanation but maintained, "I am confident no one cut the hair off his ears." Pet parents deserve transparency. If they had called me from the beginning to report what happened and offered to fix it, that would have shown accountability. But instead, they tried to cover it up with a bad haircut, waited until we discovered the problem, and then denied it. That's extremely concerning. If they can hide something so obvious, it makes me wonder what else might be happening behind closed doors. Prior to posting this, I gave Petsuites Cumming a chance to fully own up to what happened, but that was days ago, and here we are. So, I'm leaving this review to warn others. Pet parents -- unless you want a bad haircut you never asked for (and questionable honesty on top of it), please consider taking your pets elsewhere. Petsuites, Cumming -- do better.
