If you happen to speak to the owners - an elderly woman and man - it's your lucky day. They can hardly waste their breath to speak to you. Sometimes, you may encounter a young woman who is friendly and helpful, but they have such a high staff turnaround, she probably won't last long. It's really a shame because they do have a great curation of pieces but their attitude is so appalling that it doesn't matter how good the it is, you enter and leave with such a bad taste that you would never buy anything from them (I'll buy my Roly Poly chair from 1st Dibs, thank you). As an interior designer, I've purchased many things for clients in the past, but I truly cannot patronize them anymore.

I had bought from Garde online before over the years but never been in person until they recently opened a new store here in NY. Me and my client were immediately approached by a man who introduced himself as the owner who then proceeded to follow us around the store talking all the while a dime a dozen real loud and obnoxious. Not only did we not want this it made us extremely uncomfortable, especially as he was so incredibly unpleasant about all of his clients and staff and even some of the artists they were showing. He would not go away or leave us alone did not get the hint at all. This man complained about multiple staff members to us also mentioned several very well known designers by name as being hard to work with (in his view)despite us showing zero interest in hearing it as some of these people are friends and industry peers of mine, it felt so unprofessional and indiscreet. There was a young girl working in there who must have been so awkward, she seemed friendly and polite would rather have talked to her. My client asked me if we could just leave and said she didnt want to buy anything from a place like this with such little respect for their clientele and represented artists. She is a collector and loves discovering new artists but was very upset at the lack of respect. If i sold through them I would be P*SSED at the way they talked about me as well as the buyers of my work, I have lived in NY for 20 years and never once had such a bad feeling about someone in my industry. Horrible man horrible day and I will never purchase for clients from here ever again and will advise others to do the same. What a way to run a business, great job guys

Walking into the Explora Store, we found a wonderful sales associate. She was so friendly and helpful! She helped us find a sweatshirt right away and even found a map so we could find all the best exhibits at the museum. This store is so cool! Besides great jackets and t-shirts, there is every toy, game, puzzle, and science-related fun a kid could want. There's lots of mugs, books, tote bags, key chains, and even some jewelry. We really liked the ant farms and butterfly gardens found here! This store is so big that we could have wandered around this store for hours and still not see everything. If you love science, you really could get lost here. My son really liked the great selection of games, 3D puzzles, and science kits at the Exlora Store! By the time we were done shopping here, my son found a nice jacket and a great 3D puzzle for his friend's birthday. For fun toys, educational items, and apparel, this is wonderful stop while visiting the California Science Center!

There are only two locations in Disneyland Park where you can get a silhouette: Silhouette Studio and Disneyana. Both stores are located on Main Street. Disneyana is located on the right once you scan into Disneyland Park. It is a small store that can easily be missed, so make sure to read the signage. Disneyana not only offers silhouettes, but they're mainly known for selling collectible figurines and limited edition and original artwork. It wasn't too busy when I visited. There were only 3 other guests in front of me. Once I entered, I was immediately greeted and felt welcomed. The initial Cast Member (did not catch her name) asked if I would like a silhouette done. I told her I'd like a silhouette of my family dog. She filled out a small laminated sheet and handed it to me to hold onto until my name was called. You can either wait outside or shop around inside. I went to Jolly Holiday to grab coffee and came back. Shortly after, I was called for my turn. I had multiple photos of my family dog ready. They can ONLY take side pictures as a reference. They are very specific in the types of side pictures they can do, so make sure you're prepared. They'll let you know whether the picture is acceptable or not. Cast Member Jan did my silhouettes. She was very sweet, quick, and efficient. She finished the silhouettes under 10 minutes. Cast Member Sarah "glued" the silhouettes onto a 5'7 paper card stock. I decided not to get it framed, but they safely placed them in a folding card. There are two tiers: standard and premium. The standard tier is $11.99 for a human silhouette. The premium tier is $14.99 for anything other than a human silhouette. The frame is sold separately starting at $19.99. I'd say it is absolutely worth it. I love every little detail of the cut outs! They do two silhouettes. The frame is cute with 42 hidden Mickey's, or you can customize your own frame too.

You can expect to find the same buzzy memorabilia that's currently trending inside the park. For instance, I visited Production Central while I was waiting to enter USH for FanFest and they had 90% of the same items you'll find at the shops during the event. Scooby Doo, Universal Monsters, and FanFest were the most common items as that what's on everyone's minds. The quality of the items are excellent, you'll find everything from button-ups, tees, mugs, to full-on costumes. I'd highly recommend visiting especially if you're not planning on entering the park. Staff are not pushy and they let you window shop. Most items are on the pricier side but what isn't at a theme park? I'll be back! I especially loved the enamel pins sold here!

Production Central is a store that has all Transformers themed items! It's located at the Lower Lot in Universal Studios Hollywood. In the middle of the store, you'll see Collectible Transformers figurines on sale. There was this Gold Optimus Prime on display that was quite expensive, but beautiful to look at! There were some Transformers plushies and toys offered at Production Central. You could even purchase a Collectible Sipper for $20.00 that was Bumblebee themed! This was a fun store to shop at, especially after the Transformers 3D ride! It wasn't busy at all, which was nice for a change!

I went to this store to try their viral Mario's Strawberry Soda, but my first two attempts to get this drink were not successful since they ran out of syrup due to high demand. And finally in the evening, I was able to get the viral Mario's Strawberry Soda. After my first sip, two words came out of my mouth right away - Overpriced and Overhyped! This was literally the worst drink I've ever tried in my life! The drink had a weird combination of Strawberry Syrup, Vanilla Ice Cream, and Popping Pearls. It was too sweet to drink, didn't go with my taste buds, and I couldn't finish it. The price was also too high, considering the quality of the drink, and not worth it.

It's located as you walk down Hollywood Land and you can't miss it since the sign has all of the classic animated characters literally coming off of the page. During the holiday seasons, there will be decorations, holiday themed products, and special pop ups around this store! Right now, there is a Halloween themed Monsters shirt at the Studio Store!
