Don't bother with a walk in and don't bother if you're not going for a top dollar service. The desk lady looked pissed that I just wanted a manicure. She did tell me to choose a color. Regular Polish has like 40 options and most of them suck. They're old oooold OPI colors that really need a good shake or to get thrown out. Like, I couldn't get them to mix. That lady sat at the desk and didn't offer to even get me seated or started while the other finished a pedi...or so I thought. In hindsight I think she just got started. I sat for 15 minutes before I noticed the sign for cash only tips. Asked if they have an ATM for tips, and was directed to the gas station across the street. Fine, I went and took out money and came back. Sat down and continued to wait. "Few more minutes". But it seemed there was no plan to take me to get started like wash my hands, get seated etc... another 10 min goes by the lady receiving the pedicure said "hey you forgot to paint the flowers on my toes" after the whole service was done. There was some back and forth banter between employees in another language. I couldn't wait any longer so I finally left. And I'm sure nobody cared because they clearly didn't want to do my cheap manicure anyway. I wonder if the desk lady just doesn't do nails but they shouldn't have accepted my walk in manicure if it was going to take so long to get started. Could have gone elsewhere and been done already. Awful !! Waited 45 minutes for an appointment and was still waiting so I left. Glad I left anyway it was filthy and run down inside. Gross.

I booked an appointment for 2 powder dip manicures and pedicures. When we arrived I was told that only one of the two ladies did both the powder dip and pedicures. The one that was experienced with powder dip let us know she couldn't do it because her allergies were acting up. I was confused as to why they would let us book two appointments at the same time. We both opted for a gel manicure. My daughter's pedicure took all of 10 minutes and was very sloppy. Both our gel manicures were rushed, we were cut and while I was getting my nails done they booked an appointment for a manicure with the technician that was supposed to give me a pedicure. I asked about getting my pedicure after my nails were done and was told she didn't have time because she had another appointment coming in. I was baffled by the whole chain of events. read more

The place is fairly small than what I'm used to. There are only two places for a pedicure and it seems like also 2-3 spots only for a manicure or other finger nail services. The service I received was ok. The lady rushed my pedicure did no massage, barely put lotion on my feet and calf area, and also no scrub which is all standard pedicure service. I had nail polish on the out parts of the nails and toes and the same for the fingers. Maybe if I got the manicurist that does the pretty nails the service I received would have been better but for now for the price they charge for shellac mani and spa pedi, I'm giving a 2 star and I'm not willing to waste another $60 to try them again. I would not recommend this place. read more

They took me in on short notice, which was very helpful. The service was decent. Cut a little too close to my cuticle, causing me to bleed a little, but no big deal. There weren't many options for colors compared to other places I've been to, but they had my favorite brand of polish (OPI). read more

The worst experience. If I can give this is a zero I would. The woman that did my nails spoke to her coworker the whole time, not a word to me. Ignored me when I said my nails cracked at the top because she used airbrush for French tips. Highly disappointed. Will not recommend to anyone. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I went there to get my nails and toes done and now I have an infection in my big toe and puss is coming out. The lady that did my toes didn't sanitize anything and when she was doing my toes she kept cutting and poking me but I ignored it. I will be going there in the Morning for a refund. I had a wonderful experience here! I called last minute and they were able to get me in the next day, made me feel right at home, and gave me BEAUTIFUL nails. I have not been getting my nails done for a year because the previous salon I was going to messed them up so bad that I was very apprehensive about getting them done again. I am so glad that I gave these ladies a chance!! I will definitely be going back. This was the worst nail experience of my life. It started off by almost getting my toes burnt off which ok could be an accident then the nail tech made it freezing. So idk which was worse. I'm usually never one to complain but It was a rough and rushed job. Between constant interruptions from the yelling 3 year old and the fact that after the pedicure was done she decided to tell she had no disposable slides and I had to walk barefoot to the manicure table. And mind you the floors were not clean at all. I ask for powder gel and it was very obvious the nail tech did not know how to do it. I've gotten it done at multiple places and they each follow a certain routine which she was not doing. Then after 15 mins of nonsense she tells me my nails are too oily and she can't do it...then charges me $37 for the regular pedicure and the mess she made of my bare nails..I will never go here again. read more

I had a terrible experience here. I wanted a dip manicure and the nail tech obviously had never done one before. She was very hesitant, had to remove the polish/dip several times, and had to keep asking for help from others. She obviously did something wrong because my manicure ended up being bumpy, lumpy and not shiny at all. Furthermore, she was so aggressive with the cuticle clipping that my hand throbbed for days after. When I got home, several of my fingers were bleeding from her clipping. Given that she dipped my fingers right into the mix and my nails were probably bleeding microscopically at the time, this is NOT sanitary for those who came after me (the container she used on me was brand new). She KNEW the manicure was not great (honestly she seemed surprised I was willing to pay - too bad I am conflict averse and literally did not have the time to deal with it) and apologized and tried to rush me out of the salon. I got my nails done because I was headed to China for two weeks and needed a low-maintenance manicure but ended up with a hack job and bleeding and throbbing cuticles. I was genuinely concerned I might end up with an infection while abroad - though thankfully that did not happen. I would stay far, far away if I were you. Waste of money, time, and potentially unsanitary. read more

horrible experience. they do not care about what time you made your appointment i waited an hour with an appointment. then she rushed through doing my nails, proceeded to do other peoples pedicures and leave me waiting for another half hour. they do not listen to what you want i showed the lady a picture and she said dont you think that is too much. i thought i was paying them to do my nails the way i wanted them. my nails are already chipping after four days i got a gel refill and all i can say is i am never going back there again. read more
