Absolutely amazing my nails look better than the picture how is that possible not a clue but they made it happen and they have an amazing system where one woman attaches the nail extensions and another (ms. Nina) does the nails my wait time was probably two minutes lol and I was out in less than an hour I cannot wait to go back for a refill and new design the energy was unmatched they were so attentive with me needs and they picked up that I'm not much of a talker so they made conversation with me asking me questions about myself and just made me feel so welcome and comfortable AMAZING place you must go if I could give one hundred stars I would read more

********PLEASE READ********* I know it's a lengthy review but it's worth the read. I haven't gotten my nails professionally done in almost 4 years and this spot was recommended to me by a friend so I figured i'd try it out. I made an appointment for a full set and a pedicure and I was put with Lihn and from the start she was incredibly rude. I'm a petite girl and she told me I was so skinny and asked me if i eat. She made fun of my feet during my pedicure and kept making remarks about my weight the entire time. I felt so uncomfortable and i really don't like confrontation so i didn't say anything. She cut my toes 3 times but overall my feet look nice. Now the main issue is the manicure. From the start when she put on my tips she put them on so quickly and didn't check to see if they were straight so half of them are crooked. You can see how bad they are from the pictures but she rushed the whole thing... they're bumpy, ugly and not shaped correctly. She also painted on top of the acrylic with a color that did not match whatsoever and cut my fingers 4 times. When i left with my friend i sat in the car holding back tears. 2 lady's working at the nail salon (Nina and Hannah) came up to the car and profusely apologized and Nina out of the kindness of her heart took the time out of her day to fix my nails for free the next day. I cannot say enough good things about Nina she was so sweet and professional, she told me to tell her exactly what i wanted and to not be afraid to speak up, she took her time and we had genuine conversation throughout my visit. If my review was based upon Lihn i would give -5 stars if it was based on Nina and Hannah i would give it 10 stars. If you want to get amazing service call ahead and request one of them and i promise you won't be disappointed. DO NOT GOT TO LIHN. She should be fired and i hope the business owner reads this and fixes the issue. I'm sure i'm not the only person who has had a bad experience with her. I think the pictures speak for itself. They've changed ownership but some ladies have been here awhile. They're not an upscale nails bar that offers cocktails. They're a pretty laid back nails salon- not noisy or stinky. I come to get my basic pedi and they're always welcoming and friendly. read more

Yesterday was my first time here, my go to nail salon was closed due to 4th of July and today was my only day off. I was panicking because I leave to Florida on Saturday so I was not gonna have any time to get my nails done! I called them and they said they would be open until 8pm and I was so happy. I found this salon while driving home from work. I was thinking of going later in the week to the regular location closer to home but I was stuck in traffic right in front so I took the chance. And it was definitely worth the stop. Prices are reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly. Along with warm welcome they offered free drinks, soda, water, and if you are a social drinker I saw wine also. This is actually my 3rd time here but 2nd time getting a service. Do not go here. I had a pedicure and a basic manicure. When I went in, I had shellac on my nails and just wanted it removed and my nails cleaned up without new polish. They grinded the shellac off and destroyed my otherwise healthy nails. The pedicure was really rough and I'll be surprised if it didn't cause sometime of infection. My polish didn't dry correctly and bubbled and they wouldn't repaying. I just had my nails and toes done 2 weeks ago and was only re-doing because I took my mom for Mother's Day. I don't know why I came here! I decided to give them a try and was left disappointed. The lady that my toes was nice but application could've been better especially if I'm paying for gel on my toes. The second lady, the lady that did my nails...wow she was very rude I only wanted gel on my nails and she gave me attitude because I didn't want the full service. Her application was TERRIBLE she shaped my nails wonky didn't allow the gel to cure all the way cause she kept switching my hand fast didn't even allow the 30 SECONDS!! When I mentioned it she gave me a snarky response saying "it's fine" well no it's not!!! My gel is now peeling!!! After 2 days!!! How are y'all going to be rude and bad at your job and still expect business?? She was definitely judging me right off the bat too because im young and Hispanic I knew she didn't want to do my nails she has that look in her face she probably thought I was cheap and probably wouldn't leave a tip I still left a tip even though it was bad, but now that my gel is peeling and it's instant regret! read more

I had been going to this salon for years and really liked the place. I liked it so much that I recommended with to my family and friends. My mother and sister went there this past weekend and received $68 worth of services between the two of them. My mom went to pay the bill in cash and handed the proprietor $84. The woman told my mother that it was not enough of a tip. My mom was flustered and tried handing the woman and additional $4. The woman told her this STILL was not enough. Finally, my embarrassed mom handed her some more money and was allowed to leave. I will never go back here again. read more

If only I could give Hollywood nails zero stars.. first of all, she told me the price in the beginning, and over charged me in the end and made excuses for why. As I was getting my full set, two women kept switching back and forth between myself and another customer. The powder is uneven, bigger than my real nails, and so thin, they have cracked and it hasn't been a week. Lastly, when I paid, she made me tell her my tip amount because "you can't write it in the tip line, it must be added into the total." REALLY?! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I ended up spending 50$. Should have went to Venetian. At least they'd have done it right. read more
