I recently treated myself to a little self-care at Executive Nails & Spa Vintage and wow... what a beautiful experience. First of all, this place is fancy. From the moment you walk in, it feels upscale and relaxing and yes, they even have a bar with complimentary cocktails. Such a fun and classy touch! Nancy was my nail tech and she was absolutely wonderful. I only got a pedicure with shellac this visit, but I chose the "Pedicure for Me" package and it was everything I needed. It included an amazing massage, a sugar scrub, and a warm wax treatment... and ughhh it was LOVELY. So relaxing and indulgent without feeling rushed. Nancy was attentive, gentle, and detail-oriented. Great Mani-Pedi. The pedicure was better than the manicure. Molly was patient and worked well with my limitations. Throughout my visit refreshments were provided. This was really nice. They offered a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The vibe was a bit busy when I was there on a Thursday evening, due to a company having an event for their employees. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff as I entered and exited the building. The main drawback for me, is the access to the bathroom. Several boxes were stacked in the hallway which prohibited my walker fitting in the bathroom. Fortunately, I had my canes, as I had to leave my walker outside and around the corner from the bathroom. I an so dissapointed in this place its literally a hit or miss and i can only blame myself for giving them another try. They charge for everything, length is extra, color is extra, if they don't know how to do acrylic french tip they'll charge acrylic and then charge gel french tip on top of that because they paint the white tip on. After reading the reviews, I feel compelled to leave a review on my experience. This was my first time to go here. The decor was modern and inviting. I went on a Sunday morning (not many places open before noon on Sunday). I asked the employee working if they were taking walk ins and he said yes. I then was told to look at polish colors in a book (good idea! However the polish I was looking at was out. No biggie just found another color). After waiting 12-15 mins. I was told to go to a chair. I expected a bit of wait due to not having an appointment. There were probably 15-18 people seated in chairs. I was asked for a beverage (complementary). He then disappeared for like 20 mins. No one came to check on me or say that someone was coming. I was pressed for time and needed to go, so I just left after being there over 30 mins. Tip. It appears that making an appointment is the best option to be serviced here. Not a place you can run in and run out like Venetian in Vintage. I "maybe" would return. read more

I've been a loyal customer here for years, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. I've consistently paid around $120 for services, sometimes more depending on the set I choose. For example, my first set of pink nails with gems cost me $120, the second blue set was $95, and the most recent set cost a staggering $167. While I understand the value of quality nail work, these nails were not worth the price I paid, i have gel on my skin... I guess The set was nice, but certainly not exceptional. To make matters worse, the technician finished in less than an hour, which is incredibly rushed for the price point, she was standing. What really frustrated me, though, was the cashier's complete disregard for my concerns. He seemed completely uninterested when I asked about the pricing, and instead of addressing my concerns or offering any sort of explanation, he practically ignored me. It's unprofessional and disrespectful, especially after I've been a repeat customer for so long. I expect better service and quality for what I'm paying. This experience was a huge letdown, and I will not be back and I hope whoever is reading this wont either, save your money go somewhere else. read more

Came to Executive for a couple of services on 11/3/2022 with a girlfriend, being Vietnamese and capable of fully comprehending it...was beneficial on this visit. It's been approximately 5 days, and I've got about 4 nails lifting. I requested a new set, which required my nail technician to remove my existing set, cut them down and glue on some new tips. The removal process was VERY painful, I hate when the nails are ripped off with another fake nail. Told her twice it hurt and my friend had to let her know again for her to stop. At this point, I was ready to punch her. My nail technician didn't engage, didn't bother me too much until her shit talking. I finally engaged in Vietnamese to let her know my nails were crooked and the length was off. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt, whether she wanted to go home early, had a bad day or didn't want me as a client. Your problem, not mine. If you made it this far, go to Lumiere they're amazing. read more

I'm torn because I love this salon... The staff is always very friendly & I've never had to wait for service. They fixed my broken nail the day before my wedding (that I got done somewhere else) for $5, and my nails always look great. However, a few times I've gone, they have absolutely destroyed my cuticles, I'm talking, bleeding while I'm there & swollen/tender by the next day. Ouch! I'm not sure if some of the staff are less trained, or if the times it's happened were just days where they were busy & rushing, or what, but please consider re-training a few nail techs on this technique or just skipping all together. I understand the occasional accident, but on every nail is a little painful. Otherwise, atmosphere is great, bar is a nice touch, and I feel super relaxed while here! I love the work that both Tommy and Amy do! You can get both pedi and nails done at the same time if you're in a hurry or you can get them done separately and enjoy the relaxing massage chairs while getting your pedicure done. They have great drink while you get your mani/pedi done. I live their iced coffee. It's delicious. They offer a jelly pedi that's awesome. I love getting their Organic Herbal pedicure. Upon entrance into the building I was greeted by the manager, who brought me back to a seat for a pedicure. Upon sitting down I had two ladies come up to do a pedicure and manicure in the same station. The lady who was to do my manicure looked at my nails and proceed to push for me to get acrylics commenting both on the state of my nails and the length. I proceeded to tell her no I would like shellac and she then asked me 3 more times before getting visibly annoyed and upset at me for the remainder of me getting my nails done. The lady doing my pedicure on the other hand was quite polite and did a fine job for what it seemed, but less then 12 hours since i got my pedicure and one of my nails is already chipped and peeled off for shellac this is crazy. The whole time I was there I felt very uncomfortable. I do not recommend. read more

I moved close to this salon over a year ago and made it my "go-to" nail salon. My experience in the beginning was AMAZING. I felt like a luxury experience. Price isn't an issue and I definitely don't mind spending extra if I am being treated to a an enjoyful experience. However, this place has gone from luxury to RUIN. The past three times I've showed up for an appointment I have waited 30 min to 1.5 hours to be seen. I should have quit going to this place months ago but figured I would give it one last try tonight. REGRET The set of nails I requested, was SIMPLE. White acrylic, outlined in pink. (I'll attach photos) I was expecting $35-40 for these and was charged $56 I told the manager I wasn't happy with the work and he offered no resolution. I legit payed $61 for these crooked, uneven nails that are ALL slanted upward. Notable Experiences I had a nail tech slap me, not tap... legit slapped me...bc she said I was tightening my hands too much. (I tense my hands as a trauma response when I'm squeezed tightly) Pretty sure I could have started a lawsuit for this alone. I got a pedicure at this location and three days later had the worst case of athletes foot. It was disgusting. I had a tech tell me I was rude for watching a movie on my phone and not engaging in conversation. What in the world is happening? This isn't a big deal but they offer a complimentary beverage service... but I've usually have to ask 2-3x for a drink. On one occasion, my drink was delivered at the end of my session and couldn't drink it bc my hands were curing...in other instances ....I didn't get one at all. The interior decoration is amazing as well as services offered and the drink bar, however I'm in my mid twenties and regularly get viewed and treated as a high schooler. I am constantly questioned on my decisions, over explained what is happening, am never offered a beverage and not given massages when I receive dip (which I know is a part of the service because it happened the first time I got the dip service). I understand I look young because I have a round face and wear a t shirt and athletic shorts in but it's frustrating. I really want to make this salon my normal salon because I like the prices, distance from my house and the quality of work, but at this point I'm questioning my decision to return. I've gotten manicures and pedicures many times at my family's salon so I can say confidently that Jessica was great. She was really nice, friendly, and professional. I got a pedicure and she did a great job. There were some bubbles on one of my nails and when I told her, she fixed it right away. So glad shellac is easy to fix! So my friends and I came in today for the first time so we could each get manicures and pedicures. They made us sit and do our toes and get our nails done at the same time. Their wasn't much relaxation because we all felt rushed so rushed that my friend forgot to get her eye brows done. The lady that did my friends nails messed up a nail the polish was messed up when she went to tell her she told her that the mail was messed up because she grabbed a pillow she said if she wanted it fixed she would have to pay. She said she grabbed the pillow after it was supposed to be dried that when the lady came to fix it. As for me it was my first time in over 10 years getting fake nails I wanted them short each time I asked for shorter I felt like she was getting irritated. We should had enjoyed the pedicure without having to do two things at once it was so crowded when asked what drinks we wanted I just panicked and said water. I have cut skin on my toes and skin that she started to scrape that she left. The other woman had a foot full of dead skin still half way off. My friend couldn't get the color that she asked for because they couldn't match the color. My nails have some spots without red on them and my nails are slanting upward. They charged me for shaping and not sure about removing color. She barely let us soak our feet. First time at a nail salon in cypress most likely won't be back. Now I have to cut skin off my feet . Second day color coming off nails dead skin is bad under feet. I wasted $100 3rd day in and I am removing these nails the paint is coming off and they're pulling at my nails. Also my feet they're painful from the scraping that lady did I have cut skin and skin that is hanging I have to take the toenail clippers and cut it off. You need better experienced women doing nails you have way too many bad reviews. Also if we pay for our pedicures we're supposed to be resting and enjoying it I didn't get to do that the lady didn't even turn on the jets it was already boiling hot water as I walked up. You shouldn't be doing a pedicure as I sit there Another update since the lady didn't soak our feet long in the water and didn't scrape my feet correctly and cut my skin in more than one place, yesterday I had to take the toenail clippers to cut the piece of skin off my toe and I have big pieces of dead skin coming off my feet on the side where she half shaved it off the ball of my feet is starting to have dead skin come off since she half scraped it with the tool. Going to a different place it hurts to walk on my feet now. read more

She instantly made me feel comfortable and took away that "all eyes on you" feeling you get when you walk in. She even helped me make my selections. I got a shellac mani by Tram and a regular pedi by Amy. There was a pic posted by Executive of a shellac mani with a gray and pink design and I instantly wanted it. Tram gave me a great mani and tried her best with the design. We changed it up a little bit to speed up service, but the finished product was still very pretty. I was a bit underwhelmed by my pedicure service. The final product looked great, but the massage left much to be desired. There were just feather strokes that I would have rather not received. I had to go back to fix my nails because I did not like the chrome top layer. When I went back, I did not get the same technician as I did the day before (Chole. Who was great). This technician had the worst service. She was rough on my hands and not thorough. If I paid $80 for nails, I would like to have nails that I like. She was very rude and just left me at the desk after applying the top coat. I had to ask the service desk whether or not I am done because she just walked away without saying anything. She had topcoat all over the skin of my nails and when I asked her to remove it, she just tapped my nails with a filer and didn't do anything. My nail tech was Tommy. I did not like his service at all, he was rough, sped through my whole service to finish quick tus giving me terrible service. He also took 2 personal phone calls while doing my service and kept walking away to take the phone calls.
