Today our visit was with Kay and Bella, they were amazing and did an excellent job with our pedicures. They also continuously checked in with us to make sure we were having a great experience. Eric did such an amazing job I'm absolutely obsessed and he was so helpful to let me know if I get a darker color to just use gel over my color now so we don't have to do a new set and can stick to refills in the future. I told him I was picky upfront and he didn't make me feel bad about it he made sure I did a test on color to see if I liked it. Then when he did shape he checked again to make sure I was loving the shape!

Which is just a tactic to avoid accountability. I've been coming here for over a year, have gone through multiple stamp cards, and always use the same phone number. Yet when I came back about my pedicure, the rude lady at the front suddenly acted like my number "wasn't in the system" and like she couldn't recall my original visit for the pedicure and dip set I had literally gotten less than 24 hours before. The pedicure itself was horrible. The polish looked bad on every toe, and I came back just hoping they could at least fix the big toes. I was told the wait would be 30-45 minutes and ended up waiting over 2 HOURS just for the tech to attempt painting over the messed up polish instead of actually fixing it. When I questioned it, the tech said the front desk employee instructed her to do it that way. The entire experience was unprofessional and dismissive. And before they try to blame regular polish, I let my toes dry for 30 minutes at the salon and wore flip flops for over an hour afterward. From the pictures, it's obvious this was a bad paint job/layering issue, not something that got messed up after I left. There is no way you'd be able to tell this is a fresh pedicure. Basic customer service and a decent paint job shouldn't be too much to ask for.
