I wanted to give a good review because the owner was a younger, hard working guy that was a delight to talk to. Unfortunately, the cons out-weigh the pros. Pros- easy to get an appointment, appeared to be clean, free wine (yes with a mask!) Cons- one of the ladies who spoke zero English made me very nervous as she was cutting my toenails. She was shaking holding the clippers and took way too long for the very basic steps. She gave a decent calf massage but did the same leg Forever until I finally pulled it away and said something. The lady doing my manicure also didn't emit confidence in her technique and it's been 3 days and my nails are already chipped and tearing. It was a simple regular polish. One thing an experienced manicurist knows is never make your client each across their body to give you their hand. Í was having a pedicure at the same time and she had me reach my hand over to her. Very uncomfortable! My French gel on my toes is holding up but it was meticulously but confidently done by the owner. Sorry I don't remember his name. I am new to the area and glad I have many more nail shops to try before I find one I will call my salon. read more

The shop is clean and the atmosphere is nice! I'm here on vacation and was looking for a nail shop to get my feet and hands done!! A guy welcomed me in and prepared the pedi tub for me! Than a lady came and asked what services I wanted! They both offered me something to drink and the lady started on my pedi! I got there early and there was only one other customer there! Lucky me! I have never wrote a negative review for any service provided but I think it's only right if I warn others about this nail salon. My experience at Hollywood Nails and Spa on Racetrack was absolutely horrible. Upon getting my nails done they were horrific looking! They were uneven, different lengths and different shapes. The owner Holly was extremely rude! Like nothing I've ever seen before. During my time in the shop she talked badly about customers when they left and was extremely rude when I told her I was not satisfied with my nails. She started screaming and walked to the back and never returned. I do not recommend this salon to any one. There's so many other great salons in the area who provide quality services as well as excellent customer service. Don't waste your money here. read more

Nice clean shop with friendly service. One of the owners did my nails and did a fantastic job. He tweeked them until they were exactly what I wanted - very patient. They offer drinks (soda, water, or wine) along with your service as well. Just outside of Destin in Ft. Walton but worth leaving the tourist zone. They do a great job for a lesser price. Went in to get a pedicure with my friend, my pedicure took 20 minutes start to finish while my friend who got the exact same one lasted an hour (literally), now less than one week after getting my pedicure almost every toe has chipped, I realize that regular polish chips however I've never had this happen with any other pedicure at different nails salons, better off doing my own nails that will last atleast a week read more

Got a sea salt pedicure done here and was so pleased with my experience! I can't remember my technician's name, but he was delightful from the time I set foot in the salon. Offered me something to drink while he did my nails and even turned on Friends for me to watch since I was the only person in there. He did such a good job on my nails and I honestly couldn't have been more pleased with everything! Will definitely be back! read more

I wouldn't really suggest coming here for nails. I got a full set of acrylics and they look okay but the job was very rushed and there wasn't much attention to detail. Up close the nails have some cracks and bubbles and sharp bits of acrylic underneath where it wasn't filed down. A couple days later and it's already starting lift and crack. I've gotten better results and care other salons so I won't be coming back. read more

This was the worst pedicure ever. The tech started the pedicure for about 5 minutes, then she left to go work on another client's nails for 15 minutes. Left me with my feet sitting in the water. When she returned, she hurried through the steps and products that go along with a Sea Salt pedicure in less then 20 minutes. I was with another person who was also getting a pedicure. Their pedicure lasted an hour, while mine was a total of 25 minutes, maybe. Then she still wanted to charge the full $35.00 when I told her I only received half of a pedicure. She acted like she was so offended when I called her out on it. Too much talking. Too much paying attention to other things. I wanted a good pedicure and if you do too, then you should find somewhere else. read more

I went there for a fill and ended up with fungus on 4 nails. The nail salon I went to to have the fungus treated said that they must have seen them lifting and didn't fix it, instead just filled over it resulting in moisture getting in and causing fungus. I had never had that happen before! And the lady who did my nails made me bleed all around my cuticles in several nails. Will never return to this salon! read more

worst eyebrow waxing i've ever had done! i showed the lady a picture of how i wanted them and she did the exact opposite! she puts the wax on your face super hot without letting it cool down. does not take time to make them perfect. does them in a hurry. over charges depending on age. worst place ever. do not go here!!!!!!! read more

This was hands down the worst place I've ever gotten my nails done at ever! The first time I went it was awesome and everyone was nice and my nails looked good but the second time it was the worst. I got a full set and I wanted it to be a little shorter than the length that most people get and the lady doing my nails said "it'd look weird if it was that length". Other places do it shorter for me with no problem, and they're MY nails, so even if they thought it was weird, it shouldn't have mattered. Not only did she say that, but she shaped them really weird and crooked, and longer than I wanted it and every time I asked her to fix it the way I wanted it to look she would get an attitude and file them really rough to where it hurt. On top of that I wanted to do a nail style with the polish and every time I showed her or explained to her she wouldn't understand because she barely spoke any English. I eventually had to ask someone else to fix my nails and even then, they weren't that great. Also, this didn't happen to me but a lady sitting next to me, the woman that was doing her nails answered her phone while she was doing her client's nails, and also ate! After she was finished with her client, she ate and laid back in a chair and put her bare feet up on another chair which I guess would've been okay if the salon was empty but me and my friend were still in the salon. This visit was literally a nightmare and I will never come back ever again! read more
