Called and scheduled an appt w/Jason (who does an awesome job) and arrived at my appt time to find out he is no longer there. I have been getting my nails done here for years and have never experienced such a poor job. I was placed with a young man that must've still been in training. I was scheduled for a full set and a pedicure. But it took an hour and a half to complete a full set, just white tips and no design. After seeing how bad my nails looked, there was no way I was paying for a pedicure too. Less than a week later, my nails are starting to lift so bad that they catch my hair when I wash it. This place has gone so downhill. Skip it at all costs! read more

I waited over an hour, for the 3rd time, past my appointment time! The man took personal calls on his earbuds while doing my nails. Didn't ask what shape I wanted and I have polish on my skin. I've gone there for three years and loved the previous owners, they always did great. I will not be going back to Hollywood Nails. read more

this place sucks. don't recommend to anyone i went in to go get my eyebrows done. i came in with some nice thick eyebrows and left with basically NOTHING. i went back in and told the lady and all she said was "i am so sorry" even after when i told her just the outsides don't take anything off my eyebrows just clean up the sides. read more

My husband surprised me with a gift card for here for my birthday. Walking in was a little confusing because no one was at the desk but didn't take long for someone to help me. I started with a pedicure went and sat in the chair it had a bunch of buttons but i didn't touch it because i didn't know what i was doing. The lady came showed me the sheet to pick what i wanted done and get started. My husband said the sign on their door said they do facials too and he wanted me to get all i could besides tanning because i am not into that. I asked about facials they said they don't do that anymore. They just do waxing. So i got my legs waxed my toes done and feet massaged and smelly good stuff put on them and got my nails done. I didn't know how much stress could be in my feet wow. The nail tech did talk to me a little asked about my husband and why he didn't get his feet done too. They do couples she said. I do wish they gave me more information on how to take care of my nails afterwords. She asked my if it was my first time with fake nails i told her the last time i had them was over 16 years ago. I don't know if the polish is gel polish or not. How long do they stay on? Also they didn't have me wash my hands any and i though nail places did. Also the guy that worked there that was beside me stayed on his phone the whole time. To a family member or friend first with a video call then to apple to get a new phone. read more

My 9 year old daughter wanted to have a girls day with her mom. So we decided to get our nails and toes done. The lady that did our pedi did a good job which is worth the one star. The man that did my nails did horrible but that wasn't the worst part. The man that did my 9 year old daughter nails was absolutely down right mean and rude to my daughter. He kept pushing her hand down very rough, almost had her in tears. Then she asked for butterflies on all of her nails and he said no, too expensive. (Umm excuse me, are you paying?)so she just got two. Needless to say we will never go back. If you are a mother wanting to treat your daughter and have a nice relaxing experience of a day out, I DO NOT recommend this place. read more

Not my favorite nail place, but not terrible. Whenever you walk in they don't have a desk receptionist so it's just like what do you do, then when I finally checked in (to a n appointment I made) more people came in, and they took them before me, and I ended up finally getting in a half hour after my appointment!! And they rush so much on your nails, just so they can hurry and help the next person!!! read more
