Service is the worst , they never want to help. Always different prices , and super lazy

I got a deal for 3 car washes from Groupon so decided to try them out. Trying to get them on the phone or to return a call for the first wash wasn't easy. Once they finally did schedule a wash they did a pretty good job. The second wash was also a mission to schedule an appointment...which they cancelled about 30 minutes before the scheduled time...also a problem to reschedule. I was not able to get a return call for more than a week of trying to reach someone to schedule my 3rd and final wash. I ended up getting a credit from Groupon for the 3rd wash. I will not ever use them again....even if I wanted to I don't think I could ever get someone on the phone or to return a call. read more

It's truly a hand wash, just $10 for outside. They did a great job and very fast. They also have nice chairs to sit outside while you wait under a large shaded tree. read more

Wow... the first review must be from an employee or the owner of the company. I bought a groupon as well. They have rescheduled my car wash 5 times! No JOKE here. the the owner told me that they are willing to honor it after the expiration date. Now I call back and nothing! This is totally unprofessional and UN called for. I would definitely find another car wash to go to from now on. I lost 2 car washes that were owed to me! They never return your messages and than cancel with a 30 minute notice if there is a cloud in the sky. Buyers BE WARE! They also wanted to charge me a fuel charge because i wanted my car wash done across Pembroke road and it was considered Hallandale! come one really?! Than she started complaining how it is the rainy season and will be hard to wash the car. She also told me that they are not making any money of groupon. I paid full price, but the job they did was outstanding. My car went in absolutely filthy -- I am constantly chauffeuring around a dog that drools and a pack of teenagers (who also tend to drool). Plus, we go to the beach a lot. So I needed the works.... Wash and wax, detailing and shampooing the upholstery. They charged me $100 (I have a small sedan), which wasn't cheap. But my car looks like it just drove off the showroom floor. So I feel like I got what I paid for. Other family members use them with similarly satisfactory results. read more

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** The owner and his wife are the most rude people I have ever dealt with in my life. I scheduled a wash and provided a specific number for them to reach me on. They called a different number and didn't reach me. They had to re-schedule my appointment for 2 days later because they didn't call the right number. When I called to find out what happened they turned it around on me and told my wife she was rude and had an attitude. She was simply asking questions like any normal customer would and making sure they had the right info so it wouldn't happen again. When I asked the tough guy on the phone to watch his mouth and keep in mind we are the customer he immediately cancelled our appointment. He was too stubborn to apologize and help us. Instead he'd rather not be humble and take responsibility for his mistake. I highly recommend you find a different service. There are plenty out there that offer much better service. I forgot to mention that they had to go over my car a couple times the first time they came out for lack of not cleaning properly. They charge you $5 to come out to you, do a crappy rush job, and then want to cancel appointments and talk rudely because of their mistakes. Where they do that at??? I'd rather pay double for someone who has customer service skills!!!! I called Groupon and got a full refund. read more

Sadly, they just cannot run a business. I purchased the 3-Wash Deal, as well. For my first use, I opened with "I am upgrading my first wash to a wax and understand there will be an additional charge" and they were very responsive. I don't recall it being a hassle. The person who actually performed the service did a great job. When I actually attempted to use the value of the Groupon for the next wash, the nightmare began...They do not answer the phone...they call back several days later from a cell phone. Even when calling to schedule service - the conversation from their end is negative and agressive. Zero professionalism. They did schedule my service, pointing out that there would be additional charges for the fact that I am in a neighboring city to Hollyood, but not in an apologetic or congenial tone. I accepted this condition. They cancelled due to rain, but then made it impossible over the next two weeks (no rain) to use their services. They "rescheduled" the service 6 times - on the 6th - they offered to throw in some paste wax, but that was for naught as they never showed up again. When I offered to go to them, they acted as if that would be doing me a favor. They clearly had no intention of honoring my purchase. Over the next week, I called 5 more times to attempt to get an appointment. They never called back. It should be clear, although I had every right to be upset and frustrated with their lack of service, I was always patient and offered them every opportunity to do the right thing. I too bought the Groupon. It was great. Nicest man came for wash one and two. My dog loved him and he did a great job. Another man came to my house to do the third wash and did an equally great job. I am going to call them today to see if they have availability tomorrow! read more

This place is a joke! It literally is a carport next to a gas station with 3 employees washing cars by hand. The "manager" sat in one of the 4 chairs and ate an ice cream sandwich. We were told 10 minutes for a wash and dry and ended up waiting close 30 minutes. Better off going elsewhere. read more
