I found this gas station to be comparable in price to the Shell on Magnolia and the one on Alameda in Burbank. This station seems to be cheaper than other Shell stations that I drive by on my way to and from work. The location to this one is great! It's literally right by the offramp's and onramps to the 5. It's also really close to the Burbank airport for people traveling. The pumps themselves are OK, but twice now the pump has had problems reading my credit card. At these times I've had to go in and see the cashier to prepay for my gasoline. It's all right, but a slight inconvenience. At least the guy at the counter, same guy twice, was very nice to me both times. I also like the design of the station and the pumps. The station is big enough that even if the pumps are full there is plenty of room to wait without being in someone's way. The other Shell stations on Magnolia and Alameda or not that way. It gets a little hectic in there when cars are waiting and cars are trying to drive through. This station feels more spacious which I like! I plan to come back time and again as long as the price is right! ;D read more

This place used to be a lot of people morning spot for coffee.it was 24 hrs open inside .1 month or two month ago they decided to close the lobby and "use the window" like the sign says .ive stopped by 4 times and the 5th time i decided to knock on windows and I could see the worker on her phone ignoring us not even telling us hey it's closed nothing just ignoring then I call the place to see what time you open. I come here all the time. More than anything I love coming here when Angelica, Rosa, and Juan are working. They make me feel welcomed and are friendly trying to make conversations in a positive way. However, I try to avoid coming here when Norma is working because she gives me attitude and does not even help me when I ask her for help. I came in when she was working and I kindly asked her if I could use the bathroom and she totally ignored me. She had her AirPods in while working. I do not think it professional to have both AirPods in while working. She should have at least took one off to be able to help customers out. read more

It's location is right next to the freeway and is very popular. I stopped by to purchase our office pool lottery tickets and had to use the parking spots next to the air and water station because it was so crowded. The store is small but it has all the usual products a person would look for in any convenience store. read more

Yes, I have decided to review a gas station, but just wanted to throw it out there that some people (like myself) find it annoying to be solicited while at the pump. A worker approached me asking me to sign up for their Shell rewards card. I politely declined stating that I have a company car, and am not interested or in need of such a program, but he was persistent that I'd save money by signing up. I'm not sure if he understood that I'm not responsible for the gas or not, but either way I don't appreciate being solicited. I always see the brochures available at the pumps at Shell gas stations (as well as Chevron and other gas stations) and would look into the programs if I were interested. 2 stars just for being easily accessible and in a convenient location next to the 5 freeway. read more

The gas station is right off the freeway on the way to the airport. The prices were inline with what you would normally get around an airport. The gas pumps were not in the best condition as some people have vandalized and scratched up the screens of the machine a bit making it a little hard to read when you put in your credit card. The pump worked as expected and I filled up the gas in my car. I got a receipt from the machine and didn't have to go inside which was helpful so I wouldn't have to waste more time on the way to the airport. read more

According to the employee they only take local credit cards???!!!??? Seriously? That is the whole point of a credit card! Anywhere that takes the brand card it should work! From my understanding you shouldn't smoke or be lighting your cigarette at a gas station but this guy who appeared to be working at the gas station lite a cigarette at the pump and also decided to share a light with another guy.
