They are of course going to be so nice to you at first when you're buying a car but all that comes after that is a nightmare. Bought a car from there about two years ago. Since I've had it I've had to bring my car in for issues about 6 or 7 times. Every single time I have gone they have told me they cannot help me. They tell me I have to take my car to their other dealership that is an hour north in Ohio. I have asked time and time again why sell someone a car you cannot fix and that we have to take to a different location every single time, but no one can give me an answer or solution. They will find absolutely any type of reasoning or excuse to not uphold their warranty and fix the problem. I have been cussed out by a service rep before and nothing was done. I have asked for the service manager and every single time he is "unavailable" I have left voicemails have even left my information and told them to contact me and nothing. Have even had to show up in person multiple times to try to speak to a manager and they are never available. It wasn't until the last time I came in and started saying out loud in front of customers how terrible this place is that a manager came to speak to me. When I explained to this manager the situations he straight up laughed in my face and laughed about the very car that I purchased from them saying how unreliable it is!! I stated my frustrations and how I can never get in touch with the service manager so he said he will "do me a favor" and give him my information for him to call me. It's been about a week now and no call or answer. It's getting to the point I would rather go into negative equity and go to a different dealership so I don't have to ever deal with this place and this team again. But don't worry they will reply back here with a phone number to call to which I have called and left voicemails about 20+ times to receive no responses. Absolute Nightmare Service Center - Stay Far Away!I bought my car from this dealership back in 2013, and for several years, the experience was perfectly fine. However, ever since COVID-19, getting any kind of vehicle maintenance or repair here has turned into an absolute nightmare. Even the simplest, most routine services routinely take 72+ hours just to complete.The tipping point happened recently. On March 6, 2026, our Fiat was involved in a minor fender bender. It took Christian, the head mechanic, and the General Manager until June 9, 2026--over three months later--just to give us a full appraisal.The customer service and communication during this entire period were completely unacceptable. I personally called 15 times to get help or status updates and was completely ignored. They even hung up on my insurance adjuster multiple times. On 21 separate occasions, they would only return my husband's phone calls, completely dismissing me. The structural sexism and lack of professionalism were infuriating.The men standing out in the parking lot will happily chase you down to sell you a Fiat. But once you sign the paperwork, good luck. You would practically have to be married to someone at Jeff Wyler just to get your car worked on by this service center.This entire ordeal cost me thousands of dollars in unnecessary rental car fees. Out of pure exhaustion and frustration, I ended up just donating the vehicle. Thanks to this specific service center, I will never own a Fiat again for the rest of my life. DON'T purchase a used vehicle from JAKE SWEENEY. Transmission failed on a used vehicle with 94k miles I purchased in late May. $5,200 repair and no customer concessions or support for the products they sell. No I didn't purchase their overpriced warranty which was my mistake but I also don't expect a catastrophic failure after less than 1500 miles on a vehicle I drive my kids to daycare and to work a few times a week. The sales manager shrugged and told me sorry there isn't any room left in the deal. Will update if something is done to make it right. read more

Look Up Case # 24CV18859, Hamilton County Clerk of Courts, Ohio Janos Roper vs. Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jake Sweeney Chrysler did the following to me: Put the Wrong transmission in my Car; Never returned my old Transmission; sent certified mail to an address that was not listed on my work order and then Sold My Car at auction. I dismissed the small claims case so that I can pursue higher damages. I will be suing to the highest extent of the law. read more

We quickly came upon a very fair price and I had no trade. Our sales guy ( Skip ) was a real professional and took all the time necessary to make everything clear to us. My experience of buying a Fiat from Jake Sweeney was great. Tammy Moore was a pleasure to work with. Owning one, less so. Apparently, driving a Fiat four days a week/5,000 miles a year retroactively causes design flaws and defective OEM parts.
