Also, when they drove/inspected my vehicle for trade, they apparently didn't care for my radio station as they changed it and left it on. AND, they left me a nice empty can as a souvenir. When I brought it up, the salesperson was mortified. The sales manager said "it wasn't a big deal." It's nice to know management feels it's ok for their employees to use customers vehicles as their personal lounge. Unbelievable. Stay away from Jake Sweeney.

She does not push on selling you a car, but encouraged you to check and see if it's what you want since it's such a big commitment. I highly recommend this place, it's locally owned and operated. This dealership also takes care of all the paperwork even getting the license plates which saves me time. The place has a lot of options, and if you are looking or dreaming of a specific car you can talk to the owner and he can find it for you. I will definitely go back since I have a soon to be 16 year old who will be driving soon.
