Just had a legendary chiro session today. My SI joint has been bothering me for a while and this morning, it was especially locked up, limiting my mobility significantly. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Walsh had read through my intake form and already had a strong understanding of what Iw as dealing with and I had the confidence he would tackle the issue at hand. Been here a few times now. Very nice staff. Dr. Holmes is also very professional and knowledgeable. The place is great if you're more into gentle touch adjustments; I personally prefer when chiros are alittle more "aggressive". The modalities were just kinda gentle and didn't really "hit the spot". Went a few times for shoulder pain but didnt really notice a noticeable improvement to my shoulder. The actual adjustments with the doctor are only like 10 minutes plus another like 10 minutes with the muscle stimulator machine. It's not necessarily expensive but it just feels expensive considering how little time the doctor spends with you. read more

I work in tech and spend at least 10 hours in front of computer every day. Recently I haven't been sleeping well and my neck/back pain has gotten so bad that I had to do something about it. I'm so thankful to have found such a great Chiropractor clinic within walking distance of my home, one even provides medical massages!! I scheduled my message and chiro appts back to back, one hour for each. If you ever get a medical massage there you must go with Patty (sp?)! She seriously has magic hands and knows all the pressure points. I can't tell you how many times I ordered "deep tissue" massage and ended up getting a light rub at other places, here with Patty I got what I asked for, and 10 times better! I thoroughly enjoyed her "torture" on that massage bed and walked out of the room feeling like a new person. The message room also blew me away. You get to enjoy candlelight, music, a heated message bed, it feels just like a SPA! Needless to say I have already booked my best treatment with Patty. After the medical massage I was seen by Dr. Aaron, a friendly and skillful gentlemen. After asking me a few questions and seeing me do some poses he put me on this physical therapy machine for about 20mins, which really relaxed my muscles, then he adjusted my back and neck, it felt so good! At the end of the session he thoughtfully gave me some pain relief gel and a ice pack for next day, and asked me for a follow up visit a week after. The next day I felt sore everywhere, but the following day magic happened, I felt so relaxed and my neck and back pain was mostly gone! I'll be a regular visitor from now on! read more

I called there at 10 AM and got an appointment at 3:30. I have seen Brandon Holms 4-5 times over 10 years, he is great. I had an issue with the left top of my back slightly below the neck. Brandon gave me therapy and worked on my spine, but he told me the issue was the rhomboid, not my spine (Structural damage). He gave me a simple exercise to stretch the rhomboid and he recommended I keep doing yoga 3-4 days a week. It was a whole lot simpler than seeing my primary physician, who would then have sent me to a sport medicine doctor. read more

I've now gone to a couple sessions with Dr. Arnold & I can't recommend Holmes Chiropractic enough! My partner actually found this place first and after a couple sessions suggested I try it out since I've been having lower back pains. Working from home has led me to more lower back pain and I knew I had to do something when I was getting sharp pains when I bent over or when I walked down the stairs. After my first appointment and realignment the sharp pains have decreased and I feel a lot better. Dr. Arnold was great at explaining what he was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The front staff is also extremely personable and are so sweet. I have Scoliosis so as a kid I regularly received chiropractic treatments. Once I got my own medical insurance I lost chiropractic coverage....until a year ago when we moved to the Bay Area and our insurance changed. I was stoked to finally get adjusted BUT was scared. I walked in barely able to bear weight on my left leg and after a few adjustments I ran the SF Full Marathon followed by Woodside 50K and several halves; Im now ready to run my next full and have a great race year for 2020! I had my first session today with Dr. Brandon for lower back pain and the experience was amazing. The receptionist was hands down the most professional and attentive person I've ever seen in an office. You can clearly tell she knows what she is doing and made me feel very taken care of throughout the process. Dr. Brandon was invested in knowing the history of my body and what my routines are. His examination was extremely thorough and I felt like he actually cares about his patients. I had x-rays taken right there in his office and he took the time to go over them with me so that I could understand what was going on. I've been seeing Dr. Holmes for chiropractic care for about five years. I was skeptical of chiropractors, but needed to find some sort of relief from what turned out to be repetitive stress issues from work along with an injury from when I was young. A co-worker referred me and my life was changed. Seriously. So many of the issues I've had with my back and shoulders were either fixed or made manageable within just a few visits. Later, because I was not good about seeing Dr. Holmes on a regular basis, I returned to him for more work related issues. While it took some time to undo what I had done to my back and shoulders, he did it. And what is really awesome? He knows what is wrong just by the way my muscles are pulling. He is that good Now, I go for 'maintenance' visits about every four to six weeks as part of my self-care. I was definitely one of those chiropractic skeptics. I mean really, they push on you and make your bones pop. That just didn't sound to me like it could be healthy. Then of course I'd heard all of the horror stories about the quack chiropractors that injure you more than you started out. But that all changed... I had a tension headache which had lasted more than a week. Tension headaches are awesome because Western doctors tell you "be less stressed" or workout & eat right, none of which really make the pain stop. Then they prescribe some drug that just make you comatose. After suffering my worst headache ever, one of my friends had me go along with her to her chiropractor appointment. Dr. Brandon Holmes was so great. He let me watch her session just to get an idea of what it was all about. Then we setup some time for a consultation. He explained everything! He took X-rays and showed me exactly why I was having so much pain. He had fake bones to demonstrate what was going on. He setup a treatment plan for me and explained the costs before we started doing anything. Needless to say, there was a dramatic improvement in my headaches. He also gave me tips to improve my spinal health (IE stretching, the proper pillow, etc) and not become dependent on chiropractic work. After going to him for a few months, I also found out that more of my friends went to him. There are a ton of chiropractors out there but few are this great. Definitely check out Brandon. read more

Dr. Aaron Arnold was able to squeeze in time with short notice to adjust my 8 year old daughter's neck after she woke up in the morning and could barely turn her head left or right. She was in a lot of pain until we saw Dr. Arnold! Dr. Arnold was very kind, patient and had a great demeanor with my child.
