I stopped by this place last week due to extreme back pain. I got to see Dr. David and the day I came in, he was shortstaffed. He was doing everything from answering the phones to adjustments. I was surprised at how fast people came in and out of the place. Seems like regular people checked in, went back, got adjusted and was gone within five minutes or so. Since I was in so much back pain, it made it a little difficult for him to completely adjust me. But he did his best and over the weekend. I noticed a great improvement on my back. I still feel a little out of place and a little sore, but he did his best given the circumstance of how out of place my back was. They do offer a deal if you're a new patient. You can be seen for an adjustment for a $29 but be aware they do try to get you to join their membership. The membership prices vary based on your needs or you can opt to pay as you go. The plus side to this chiropractic office, is they have a parking lot, they do accept walk-in patients, have extended hours than most chiropractic offices and they are also open on Saturdays. read more

It's not worth it. Yes, the visit had a low price point and yes the visit was fast. However, I learned that you get that you pay for. I went in early March and the visit seemed very rushed, I was in and out in about 5 minutes: I went because I had a sore neck and back. After that initial visits I started experiencing a radiating pain from my neck to left elbow. It caused a lot of discomfort and is constant so much so that I couldn't sleep well. I went back a day after and the same person that treated me said that in some rare cases people may experience inflammation. I got another adjustment and that didn't help any. Same thing I was in and out in 5 minutes and the place wasn't even busy I was the only person. Another two days passed and I still couldn't sleep well and experience constant radiating pain. I decided to go to urgent care and the doctors diagnosed me with a pinched nerve. So basically I went in to get my soreness addressed and ended up with a pinched nerve from the chiropractic treatment - definitely not coming back here. The joint has a business for high turnover, it works as long as the patient doesn't get injured. read more

I absolutely love this clinic! I started getting adjusted here weekly in July 2025 to treat severe jaw, neck, and shoulder pain. My debilitating jaw pain in particular interfered with everything in my life for years. After just two adjustments with Dr. K, my jaw pain reduced immensely. I absolutely loved this place and the business model. I've experienced chiropractic care where you have to pay a TON up front, and while care was good, it just doesn't financially make sense to me. This monthly pay-as-you-go model is fabulous! Plus, the care I received here was incredible. I have terrible sinus issues and the chiropractor would take the time on my neck and face to help me and I always felt immediate relief. Adjustment galore, it's simple as that. I have visited other Joint chiropractic before and always had great service. This one is no different, they were fantastic. We called a little ahead for my wife, she was having neck pains, so I thought an adjustment was exactly what she needed. For those who are not familiar, they are not going to X-ray you and give you another appointment to go over the X-ray, then another appointment to get adjusted. They are going to adjust you, for a fraction of the cost. Not that the former was bad, just not what I wanted. They do have a health plan if you want to get adjusted once a week or more, and they are super low pressure if you just don't want it. I got adjusted here as well, walked out in five mins feeling like a champ. Highly recommended. read more

I am so happy that I found this place!!! My son and I have been coming here. My son who is 14 years old and in 8th grade. His posture has improved 100000%. He has weight training, heavy backpack, video games and always slouched. Not anymore! He's so happy, feels great and stands straight with confidence. I would give this a 4.5 star review. The staff is excellent, kind, professional, remembers your name. Everyone who works here has a big smile on their face and the service is wonderful. This location is always clean, well maintained and smells great. There's a small kid area toward the back which is great for parents who need a chiropractic adjustments but has their little ones with them. Lots of areas to sit if there's ever a wait. My only reason for not giving this business a full 5 stars is because of the business model. The Joint is like the fast food version of chiropractic care. In the past, I went to a local chiropractor and would have about a 30 minute appointment, they assessed my walking, posture, gave helpful stretching tips, did the adjustment then often had me in a traction device. At The Joint, most adjustments are less than 90 seconds so it is just very different from other establishments. I think this model works well for people who are busy and want a quick crack but not necessarily for someone who has more needs. read more

This is my absolute happy place! From the time you were professionally and cheerfully greeted by Sabrina, then checked in and quickly delivered to the adjustment area. Watch out for their monthly "wellness package" scam. I bought my wife a gift certificate to The Joint for one session: Flag 1 - They only had appointments for two hour sessions available, not the one hour I had purchased via their special advertisement for a month out (how this makes sense I don't know) Flag 2 - We had to purchase another session in order to book her appointment to cover the extra hour (fine..) Next thing I know my wife was enrolled in a monthly wellness package that she did not want or was duped into signing without it being fully explained (when she purchased the extra hour session). I did not even notice till going through our CC statement. They would not refund any of the money after paying the monthly rate for 3 months. Most annoying, they will not cancel anything unless we physically come into the location. Long story short - they will hook you in with some great deal and then exploit you by upselling, and then stick you with paying monthly fees for services you don't use or want. read more

I love this place and I love that it's open during these wild times! Dr. Gillian is my favorite! On my first appointment he asked me what areas on my body were causing any issues or pain. I pointed to different areas on my back region. He then took a model spine and explained why I was in pain and how to relieve that pain. He did his cracking magic on my vertebrae and WOW instant relief! I felt like a million bucks, hey now! Especially if you're working from a desk and you're looking down on you're table and you're looking down on your phone... he can relieve all that tension in your neck! My visits are more of routine maintenance than injury and I quite enjoy visiting this facility. Dr. S keeps me informed of where there's more tightness and continuously ask for any discomfort. The man was nice enough in the beginning. But after reading my chart he abruptly denied service. I wrote that I have lower back pain.. left hip.. and the he said I needed to get a massage or PT to relax myself before I have adjustments. When I asked if I could come after that.. he ignored that question. He then said I should get a more comprehensive exam including extras.. and then he said chiropractors aren't for everyone. He went to the front of Point of sales area.. and just looked forward. Very weird. And rude. He should know.. for some people coming... they are in pain.. desperate.. not exactly feeling great.. no need to add to that experience. He may have legitimate concerns or reasons for denying me but have some better bed side manners if you claim yourself to be .. in the helping people business. read more

Not sure what the review below is about. Most people can understand simple payment options that require a card down. Anyways. One. Location. Its very easy to drop by and the wait is never too long. Typically within 5 minutes. Two. No appointment style is pretty great. Especially if things change last minute. Three. Average session per week under the monthly plan is cheaper than my own insurance offers per visit. I'm in and out in five minutes. Four. Personable. We constantly discuss techniques and stretching to continually improve and they get to know you pretty quickly. Sometimes I'll come in after putting hot packs or I'll stretch my back out before coming in. What a difference it makes! I don't see my self leaving unless I moved. read more

I recently got a new job that comes with a long commute and started to experience back and neck problems not too long in. This guy is a critic as in he was judging and I felt criticized from when I started talking to him. His sign in paper has a list of arms legs torso head etc. Asking if it had symptoms like burning, radiating, sharpness, numbness etc. I marked some because isn't it all the same pain?
