I went to Walmart for my oil change. When I purchased my vehicle, I also purchased a full extended warranty and service plan. Today, I showed up for the appointment I made, on time. They told me I have a 2 hour wait. This is unacceptable. When making the appointment, I had to do it through AI. The computer did not tell me I would be subject to first come first serve. When speaking to the "manager" I was told on the website it states this. This is not what I was told by their employee in November. I do not recommend the service department here. I will take it a step further and recommend you purchase your vehicle elsewhere.

After 30 minutes passed he showed the biggest theatrics saying that the car caught on fire on the way from the shop. I can only assume that the car was never ready. I believe that he was trying to do a bait and switch in attempts to have me buy a different vehicle. He blatantly lied to me and my family about the car being ready knowing that I was spending a lot of money to travel to pick it up. The one fact that I know is he's untrustworthy. He was dressed head to toe in gotti designer clothes, and everything that came out of his mouth seemed to come from ego. All the cars on the lot looked great from afar, but when I looked inside them they were all beat up, like he didn't even try to make them look presentable. Instead of driving home today in a new car, I'm spending an extra $1k to get home.

We arrived to find the car we were looking for, and let's just say it photographed exceptionally well. We glanced around the lot to see what else they had and inquired about a couple other cars they had. Surprised to find that one was actually $15k (all under $10k?). Anyway, they also had some cars out on the other side of the building, discovered quickly most of those had been in some form of accident from minor to extreme. Staff was friendly and looked to see if they had anything else that would interest us and encouraged us to check back, as they update their website regularly. I'd consider checking them out if they had something specific we wanted, but probably wouldn't make a special trip here to shop.
