In November, I lined up as the service department opened. I was told it would be 2-3hours. They recommended I make an appointment the next time so I wouldn't have a wait. I went to Walmart for my oil change. When I purchased my vehicle, I also purchased a full extended warranty and service plan. Today, I showed up for the appointment I made, on time. They told me I have a 2 hour wait. This is unacceptable. When making the appointment, I had to do it through AI. The computer did not tell me I would be subject to first come first serve. When speaking to the "manager" I was told on the website it states this. This is not what I was told by their employee in November. I do not recommend the service department here. I will take it a step further and recommend you purchase your vehicle elsewhere. read more

Purchased a 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport in March 2024 from Brannon Honda. They sold me a prepaid maintenance contract, as well as, an extended warranty. While this sounded wonderful, I found out it was a waste of money, time and miles on the car. I have always driven a Honda. I usually buy local however Brannon has the color and body style I wanted so I took the chance. All Honda dealerships are not created equal. They didn't sell the Honda Care extended service I'm used to getting. This is my fault for not looking closely, but I did have a migraine at the time of signing the paperwork and listening to the typical car finance guys fast talk. Anyway, summer of 2025 started having a "power system problem" pop up. this would cut the A/C off. Took it in several times, spent hours in the waiting room for them to not see a problem. May 2026, after the car was out of factory warranty, they found a problem but nobody there could explain what it was much less offer a solution. We called, we texted, we emailed with no response. Took it to the local dealer's service department who checked it out and found the problem. Of course, this wasn't covered so we had to deal with the extended warranty company. This took another week waiting on an inspector to come, spend 10 minutes in the car and ultimately deny the claim because the A/C worked while he was there. It cut off on my way home from the dealership. I ended up trading in that car for a new car from my local dealership without so much as an official apology or anything from Brannon. Still waiting on the refund from the POS extended warranty company. read more

If you have some in-laws or coworkers you don't like and want them to be treated poorly, send them to Brannon Honda. There is a stunning lack of professionalism and accountability as well as disrespect for the customer (at least in my case). This list is by no means exhaustive of my negative experiences, just the highlights: 1. I received an errant text from one of their sales managers referring to me by my last name in insulting terms. I immediately pointed it out, never got an apology for it. 2. My wife had to come up to do paperwork while I was at work, her first comment after being there a very short time was that the finance manager was extremely disrespectful, sarcastic, and condescending to my salesperson in my wife's presence, so much so that it made my wife uncomfortable. This salesperson quit before my purchase of the car was complete. 3. The car initially stayed at the dealership for tinting; a few days after taking possession of the vehicle, I noticed a number of cosmetic issues and blemishes that I had not seen during the test drive involving numerous scratches on the door pillars, scratches on the gear shifter plate, and a paint defect. It looked as if someone had dried the car with debris on the towel and scratched the plastic parts. When I sent pictures to the new salesperson I had been assigned to, I was told these things "should have been caught prior to sale" and "we should've never put that car out there on the lot like that". 4. I was assured by the finance manager that they had a "whole fleet of loaner cars" should anything arise with my new purchase. After the issues came to light, I waited weeks so that I could leave my car for inspection/rectification of the issues, yet no loaner car became available. Was then told they "certainly don't have a fleet, we don't have nearly enough". 5. One of the issues is a paint defect on the back hatch; I was told by both the salesperson and the service manager that it could be fixed under warranty but that I was taking the risk of the new paint not matching the old. At that point, I was told by both that I could likely opt for a reimbursement and forego repainting. I spoke about the concern with the paint not matching and that I'd rather opt for a reimbursement if possible with the same sales manager that insulted my last name. He said he'd look into it. A week later I'm told that the "body shop does good work I don't see where it wouldn't match" despite what the service manager told me. No-one would just say I'm sorry for all the trouble and offer to take responsibility for making everything right. If I could just take this car back and go spend more money on a different car, I happily would. Barring that, if I could get my service transferred elsewhere I'd jump at the chance. My time isn't as important as their time. No appointments at this dealership. Have a recall on my mom's car. No option except to go, sit, wait, with anticipated wait times of 90 minutes +. I don't own a Honda but the dealership where I have my Toyota serviced has ALWAYS scheduled appts & kept those appts. That's a big deal if you work. I'm not into 'hanging' out at Brannon Honda for 3,4 hours or more. (this seems to be the prevalent attitude at ALL Honda locations) The 2 star rating is because ONE of the people I spoke to was nice. I have never had a worse experience with a car repair. They kept our vehicle for SIX months while working on transmission. We got excuse after excuse on why it wasn't ready. Managers were never available when we would try to call. When we were finally told the car was ready and went to pick up the car battery was dead to the point it had to be replaced. When we drove it home, it immediately had transmission issues. We brought it back and AGAIN and were told by end of week or Monday, nope....NOT A PHONE CALL OR TEXT after all this to tell us there was yet another delay. I cannot FATHOM treating customers like this. I don't know if it's because it's under warranty that they feel they can jerk us around, but I will make sure everyone I know never takes their vehicle here or much less purchases here. read more

#1. DEMAND A COURTESY CAR! #2. TAKE VIDEO! We have a 2009 Honda that's ALWAYS been serviced at Honda in FLA & never had any issues. Let's just say we will NOT recommend this dealership EVER! We broke down 4 different times after our first drive into this place & had to be towed BACK to the d'lership. We insisted on a courtesy car & TOW REIMBURSEMENT. We were told that our car should make it home, just don't put it in reverse. Well we were stuck on the side of the road, not once, not twice, not 3X, but 4 DIFFERENT TIMES.. AFTER EACH TIME WE WERE TOWED BACK AFTER THEY WORKED ON OUR CAR! Our panel lit up like a Christmas tree & lost complete power EACH TIME. THEN we were told there is oil leaking into the spool valve & throttle body causing the alternator to lose power & we should get an oil change & new spark plugs, too! After we do this, bring it back for the transmission when we can afford to do it. The d'ler said it's because we needed new catalytic converters. Then they said the EGR valve was probably bad since it didn't run right AFTER the transmission was done. We were told he forgot to blow out the EGR so that MAY be why it's running rough. When we first got in to drive it, it had no power & shifted late. The shifter itself wasn't even LINED UP correctly to see what gear the car was in! What dealership has a transmission tech ALLOWED to do such a crappy job?!? Well, finally THAT WAS DONE correctly $4500 later, now you need new CATALYTIC CONVERTERS. We did aftermarket because they quoted us $11,000! Yes, you read correctly! So, we ordered a 3 piece kit from Jparts $350 & were told by the Brannon tech one of them didn't fit properly. It did take some time for the delivery & they did provide a courtesy car. Ok, we ordered ANOTHER one from ROCK AUTO & it was installed. THAT was another $200. We had to pay labor for that of course, $179 per hour, we sank ANOTHER $1200 in our what used to be a "GREAT RUNNING LITTLE CAR." Our car only has 155,000 miles on it. We got it back after 5 months & within the first week our engine light came on again! They keep saying it's because our car is recognizing the aftermarket part as foreign & it throws the engine light on. It's a steady light, don't worry. It can be reset, but it will eventually come back on again since we went aftermarket. OK, NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT EITHER. THEN, OUR ENGINE OIL LIFE LIGHT came on! We're like, WHAT!? We just had the oil changed, spark plugs, EGR, spool valve, throttle body, transmission, catalytic converters done and got the car back AFTER it SAT at the dealer for nearly 5 months & there's no oil? We took video after the car was turned off for 15 minutes & we were completely LIVID! NO OIL ON THE DIPSTICK!! JUST A TINY BLACK DOT ON THE VERY TIP OF THE DIPSTICK?! BEFORE WE SEEK COUNSEL , decided to call & tell the dealership what we just experienced. They said it's probably down a half quart of oil we said BULL. WE HAVE VIDEO FOOTAGE AND SENT IT TO THEM. They said we will send for a tow truck and check it. We said, NOT WITHOUT a courtesy car! They provided one that day via customer shuttle to the dealership & our car was picked up the next day via TOW TRUCK & when they got our car they put oil in it & when we went to pick it up it actually showed what it SHOULD HAVE SHOWED when we checked it! There's a huge difference on that DIPSTICK, the color is LIGHT GOLD like it should have been in the first place!! Can you believe this crap?! We have video checking the oil AFTER they put oil IN, proving their negligence! They didn't admit to anything of course, but thankfully, we have before & after footage! Techs that worked on our car are MIA. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! The only nice thing you'll experience is their $mile$ in your face while you get $crewed! Just to be proactive.. don't bother replying to this post with the same mumbo jumbo speech that you take customer feedback seriously and strive to do better! (?) Brannon Honda is trash; specifically the service department. There's really no other way to describe it. We took our Accord to them in May to re-program a key that had stopped unlocking the doors. Night before it goes, car starts just fine with the key. The ONLY issue was the key wouldn't work on the locks, which the service dept. was well aware of as we called before taking it. Next day, service tech calls my husband to say something else is wrong. They'd fixed the key but now the car wouldn't start and gave him a couple things it might be (spoiler: was nothing he mentioned) and how much it would cost to check/fix it, at least $1500+. Reassures husband that it's programmed correctly; no way it could still be the key... EVEN THOUGH IT STARTED JUST FINE LESS THAN 24 HOURS AGO!! Husband is pissed but stays calm. Goes back and pays the $150 for the programming that didn't work and has AAA tow it home. You're probably wondering why I've waited to post this review. After sitting all summer, my husband found someone else to check it out.... He quickly figured out that the key was NOT correctly programmed to the car, fixed it and now it locks/unlocks and runs just fine. Oh and it didn't cost an arm and leg to diagnose and fix either. So yeah, definitely do not recommend Brannon Honda. I literally created a Yelp account to leave this review, hoping no one else will be treated like we were. I can't speak about their sales dept. but personally, I'd never purchase a car from a place that didn't have a decent service dept., just in case I ever needed their services. If only I had read the reviews of this dealership prior to purchasing my car last July. My Honda Pilot Elite was my birthday present to myself. I actually thought I was doing myself a favor by trading in my Toyota Rav4. Every ride was comparable to that of driving an ATV. In addition, the navigation system was totally dependent upon your phone- which will lose power sooner than it should because the USB ports takes forever to get even the slightest charge. But because I previously owned a 2013 Honda Pilot, I was sold on getting another Honda Pilot. After all, during the entire time I owned it (6 years), I never had a problem beyond replacing the battery and the tires (once every 3 years). Days after my purchase, my car began having problems with the infotainment system. It went completely blank/black. I alerted the salesman, Kevin Malone, who apologized for the problem that I was having; but stated he had never heard of the problem. I sent him proof that it was a known problem electrical problem - with Honda SUVs. After the problem persisted, I came to learn that the screen didn't just go blank, it prohibited the A/C from working. This made driving in 80+ degree weather unbearable as well as dangerous. When I again notified the salesman, Kevin Malone of my discovery, he didn't ever bother to respond. I took my car in for service again. Even though the Service Advisor, Chris Coker witnessed the blank screen, the service technician was not able to replicate the problem once it was taken back to service. So, no change. By October, I had a new problem - I went to leave for the morning and my new car (which had 13 miles on it when I test drove on 7/5) would not start. I had to call AAA for a jump. Then I had to take the car back in again for service, battery was dead. By January, another problem revealed itself, but this one was more than an annoyance and/or inconvenience. Twice, the car completely shut off when coming to a light or stop sign. It happened twice. The second time put my daughter's (the driver at the time) life in serious peril. The car stopped, shut off and would not restart - all on a busy 3-lane, one way street. She was screaming in terror by the time she got me on the phone. Were it not for the police arriving and putting on their lights, it is no telling what could have happened. On 1/13/23, my car was towed into the dealership. On the following Monday (1/16), the service advisor, Gary Nichols, called me to recant the events of the two shut-offs (like I had already done multiple times on the day it was towed in - to him and others in the dealership). After that conversation, I did not hear from him or anyone at the dealership again - despite the fact, I had a boldly-label "loaner/courtesy car" which was vastly subpar to the one I purchased. It would be nearly four (4) months before I would hear from Gary Nichols again. He called in response to my inquiry about the status of my car. He offered two (2) different explanations: he lost the paperwork; and he thought I had already picked up my car. WHICH WAS IT? Nonetheless, he assured me that my car was repaired by uploading some software. My car was delivered to me the next day Within 3 weeks both the infotainment center and the engine stopping problems reoccurred. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Both the Service and Sales department are defunct, dishonest and incompetent. read more

Went in on June 22nd to look at and buy a Civic Type R. After speaking with a sales rep (Sarah Stone) and the sales manager emailing me the day before I went in to let me know the car arrived (Todd Nicholson). I was led to believe the car would be MSRP + accessories with my conversation with Sarah but when I went to go see and purchase the car that morning, I found out the car was jacked up over $10,000 from its original price ($34,775 original MSRP, $48,364 after "adjusted market value" when I walked in) I've been trying to get a hold of the owners over the last two weeks but their sales staff and managers refuse to give me an email or phone number to contact them so I'll contact Honda corporate to get that information and let them know how this dealership is doing longtime customers. They successfully severed 20+ years of business that my family has had with them. We've purchased a lot of cars from them but it seems they don't care for anyone but their own pockets in this case. I found it really nice at how you guys lied and led someone to believe the car was one price when in reality you marked it up without telling them to try to rob them. Was a complete waste of my time but it's how you guys get people in. You lead them on and lie right to their faces then treat them like absolute shit when you realize they're not going to do business with your shithole dealership. Had we known they wouldn't tell us the price and do this, we wouldn't have wasted our time to get out in pouring rain. We'll be taking our business elsewhere after this from now on. I am on my third Honda from Brannon Overall my experiences have been good. I like their safety inspections because you are told in advance what you might be needing in the future. Only one instance that was iffy is we took my sons 2008 civic in for a noise. We were told it needed struts and the quote pricy. My son decided to replace himself but when we drove the car from the service department the noise was gone and that was over a year ago. I am not sure what has happened at Brannon in the service department. I use to have complete faith in their service. One of our cars has been in their service department more in a week than we drove it. After $1500 we got it back and 3 days later the check emission system light came on. I purchased two new Preludes and one new Civic S when the dealership was owned and operated by Bud Mollison. Had all of them serviced there too. Shortly after the dealership changed hands, I visited the showroom with intentions of trading my car on a new Honda and paying cash for the difference. I was practically ignored by the sales personnel on the floor that day and was treated with little regard once one of the guys finally came over to "help" me. My mother had her honda serviced due to an oil leak. She took her car in for repair after the initial repair failed. Brannon advised her they did not see a leak. She took her vehicle to two other techs and was advised there was indeed a leak. The other servicers were able to locate the exact same leak without my mother telling them where the original leak began. We spent FOUR hours in here just to be told I'd need a co-signer. I told them from the moment we got in there what I wanted to put down and what my credit score was, I wanted an SUV, etc. They said I would have to have a co-signer or put more money down after we'd been there about three hours. I wanted to purchase a CR-V. They suggested picking out a cheaper car to try and get financed and brought out an Accord. Not a lower model CR-V or the HR-V. An Accord. That had a terrible interior and so low to the ground you'd need a knee replacement before you paid the car off. At first I really liked our salesperson. Then I noticed she kept staring at my tattoos. We went in dressed casually and I honestly believe they made up their minds about us because they let us leave the lot. They didn't try and make a suggestion they thought I'd like. I honestly believe they brought that Accord out so we'd leave. As a salesperson you don't let people leave without exhausting all options. I had to have a new car and I had money to spend and they let me leave. That's either poor sales skills or a lack of interest in selling to me. End of story, I went to another dealership and bought a new car yesterday that was financed through one of the companies that they said turned me down and in the same price range. And honestly I'm glad y'all were so awful because I love my new car more than I liked the CR-V and my payments are $100 less. So for that, thanks! read more

My sales associate was Gloria and she did an excellent job taking care of me, helping me get approved for a loan, and expedited the entire process with ease. They are very straight up here and give fair trade-in values. I've had 2 of my 3 free oil changes and the service department is very friendly and helpful as well. Took my car in for brake work recently. I read the very negative review posted and went anyway. The experience was ok. Service visits are never great experiences for me. However, it was as good as anywhere else I've been with other manufacturers. The prices were high to me, but most are pretty high. The staff was courteous and helpful. I didn't get a list of stuff to fix that I didn't ask for. There was never any pressure. The wait was long but, I anticipated a wait. I wish their wifi was better/working, but public wifi is horrible everywhere. I would visit this dealership again. read more

There is not enough time for me to write out all the things that Brannon Honda did to deserve a 5 star rating. In this day and age, it's hard to walk into a store where you have a representative that just "shoves" everything down your throat, throwing stuff at you telling you it's the best thing since sliced bread and the reason you need to buy....they do this bc their paycheck depends on it. It's honestly disheartening because often times sales people will create webs of lies and leave things out just to get a sale. It's unfortunate but it's true bc in our economy you have to do what to do to get by. I want someone to ask me what I want. Get to know me, allow my needs to be met with recommendations. Chris did all of this. We came in to ask questions, look at options. I told him I didn't even know if we were ready to purchase. He was patient. He answered our questions. Spoke with his management. Presented multiple options to us. He never tried to push anything on us, my wife changed her mind, she almost didn't want to speak up on some small things she wanted because it was getting late. But the staff never got frustrated, never pushed us out. They made our smallest questions important. They all stayed late just for us. It was 100% the best buying experience I have ever had. Mrs. Gloria, found us the best deal, it wasn't about closing the sale for the company, it was getting us the lowest APR and lowest payments. This type of service is almost non existent now days. We were put first. The company could have stopped at option 1, made their money and moved on to the next sale. They created a personal Experience for us and we could not be anymore happy with out decision to buy from Brannon Honda. We are absolutely in love with our 2020 Honda Accord Sport. We thank Chris for making a great impression. Gloria for making it about us and the other management for creating a great culture at Brannon Honda. It really shows. We recently bought our 2013 Honda CR-V at Brannon Honda. Our sales person was attentive to our needs. During the deal, whatever we asked for we received except for the tonneau cover. When we found the original invoice and my husband went back to show them, he got the cover. Also, they balanced and rotated the tires and improved the detailing of the car. They did get it right. We have been coming to this dealership for 5 years. We have found if they don't get it right the first time, they get right the second time. read more

Took my car into the service department on Friday, they said they'd probably be able to get it done by the end of the day. They called us at the very end of the day with what needed done on it and they hadn't even started working on it yet. Said they needed parts they didn't have. After Labor Day had passed my husband called on Tuesday. They said they'd either have it done by the end of the day or early on Wednesday but they'd call to give an update. Well, they never called and when we tried to call to see what was going on the dealership was open but the service department was already closed. So we went in early on Wednesday morning at 7am and then waited for 45 minutes to get my car. Now I'm late for work, didn't get an apology and when I made a comment how disappointed I was in the service the guy who was putting my paper work together didn't even look up or say anything to acknowledge my complaint. I've visited This Honda dealer for service on my Acura TL twice now and both times I was assisted by Jason. Jason is very knowledgeable and he didn't treat me like a clueless sucker which dealerships are prone to. Although my visits were strictly for oil changes, my experiences here were far better than King Acura. I can't speak to the sales process, but I know where I'm going should I have a service issue I won't be handling myself. I attempted to obtain a quote on a price for a vehicle from Brannon Honda in the weeks leading up to 6/15. Initially, I met with a salesman at the dealership by the name of Paul Alexander. Not exactly the friendliest fellow (his business card was hand-written, so I assume a new salesman) but nothing outrageous. I returned to the dealership afterward to test drive a CR-V, the vehicle I wished to purchase, and met with Bryant Blanchard, another salesman as Paul wasn't at work or available. We test drove a 2016 CR-V EX in Obsidian Blue Pearl. Great drive, I enjoyed it - the Mrs., who the car is for, loved it. Fast forward a week or two - I've arranged the funds for a down payment, I've gotten pre-approval for a lender, so I send Mr. Bryant a text (he'd given me his personal cell number) asking whether or not I could arrange for a quote on the vehicle. He blows smoke, tells me to come to the dealership on Wednesday, 6/15. No. I'm not driving 40 miles pointlessly. I'm not buying it immediately, I want a quote. Since he is unable to offer me a quote, I shop around with other Honda dealers in the meanwhile. Fast forward to today. I text him again, asking him for a quote -- I'm fine with receiving it by e-mail, text, whatever. Just want an idea of what the asking price is going to be. I advise him I will be buying a car from SOMEONE on the 15th of the month. More smoke is blown, he tells me to come to the dealership on Wednesday, 6/15. I gave up at that point. I took a competing dealership's quote out of state, because most of the ones I did get a quote from in state were ridiculous. I feel confident Brannon's sales manager would have gotten pretty close to my target price, too. To the management at Brannon Honda: that salesman just cost you a guaranteed sell. I took an offer for $25,000 out the door from a dealer in GEORGIA, when I would have accepted $26,000. I think you would have made that mark, too. read more

I purchased a new car from Brannon Honda on June 28, and it was honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had researched my vehicle and communicated with several salespersons, but Ms. Gloria Lee at Brannon Honda was my reason for taking my business to this location. She is very knowledgeable and personable, and we quickly came to a deal which was completely satisfactory to me and very competitive with many other dealers I had communicated with. Went to Brannon because they have they fix small Honda engine appliances. First , the person answering the phone and in the service department said they didn't know what I was talking about. I told them I talked with someone in parts and it is all over their website. I had put too much oil in the tiller and it got on the spartk plug. They charged me $122.oo to change the oil and dry off my spart plug and put in back in my tiller. I told them that was unreal. When I initially said don't fix it service department person said it would be 89.00 plus tax because they look at the tiller which there was supposed to be no charge. Big rip off. No courtesy , no nothing. I complained that I haven't paid $122 to change the oil in my car and you and charge this for a tiller. STAY AWAY FROM BRANNON HONDA1. read more

I took my Civic to Brannon because it was making a rattling sound for the first few seconds it was started. The called me and told me the timing chain was stretched and needed replacement. They replaced the timing chain, guides and tensioner. They also up sold me on new spark plugs, water pump and valve adjustment. They finally called me after I asked to speak with the owner and told me my car will not start. I went to the shop and spoke to the tech. He told me he could get the car started but it would only run for a few seconds and turn off. I tried to start the car and immediately heard that something was very wrong. He apparently didn't notice the terrible sound and almost ran the battery flat attempting to start. They say I need a new engine or to have this one rebuilt and that I owe the $3000 for the current work. I have to pay them $3000 so I can tow my broken car away with a destroyed motor with new spark plugs and water pump. I can't believe they broke my car and won't admit it. I have started legal action today and will post again when I get this settled. Do not go to Brannon Honda service dept. They appear to have unskilled technicians that cannot diagnose serious problems. I am not a mechaninc and even I knew trying to start the car with that sound had to be bad. read more

Referred a customer since I had purchased there myself. Very confusing terms presented with Gap and payment, much different and higher payment term than approved by emails from sales manager, no options given at time of transaction to reach those same terms in the closing, Gap insurance introduced not as an option, but a requirement to even get near the payment that had been approved, basically cheaper monthly payment if Gap was purchased, but no where near what had been approved in email to gain the business to begin with. The next day, however, Brannon Honda made corrections a little above the emailed agreed-upon payment, dropping Gap this time, put fault on customer as having misunderstood and that they "added" Gap voluntarily, made sure my friend knew sales person had to come in on his day off to close the deal and how they had worked "months" to make this deal happen, all of which should have not been verbalized to him as a customer and to the one who referred the sale. Cannot express how scolded we have felt for bringing any of this to their attention. Something just did not sound right and my referred friend was very confused at Gap not being introduced, but imbedded to make the deal better payment than without the Gap. The payment is now on the loan as near expected to begin with, but was never once an option until after we gave feedback. That is the problem, all along, just contradictory information, and customer made to feel bad and as though they made the mistake and misunderstood Gap. Got correction, yes, but what a feeling my friend walked away with. Just not good. How else do you express this and get someone to simply say, we could do better, we dropped the ball, we miscommunicated, we are sorry for our lack of handling this better. Something went wrong if a customer ends up signing new documents the next day when the same arguments were presented at the closing of the deal. What changed? If Gap was and could be dropped the next day, why was that not an option to drop at closing and why did the payment he has now NEVER get discussed at the closing? I'd love for my friend to watch the video (if one) of his financial piece to show just how badly presented the Gap presentation was and the arguments there to get the payment that had been promised. read more
