The office, the equipment, and the staff were all cleaned, shielded, etc. Sharon did a great job, and is a pleasure. We both love that she doesn't try to talk to you the entire time. We have never been able to figure out why a hygienist wants to carry on a conversation the whole time anyway, as it is impossible to answer with your mouth filled with their tools and hands. I sat in his chair for a procedure, and he told me he could't do the procedure because my teeth need to be cleaned first, and he doesn't have time to do that. He or his staff could've mentioned this when we scheduled the appointment, but they did not. I was disappointed I'd have to make a second trip, but I was easy going about it. "Fair enough. Let's get me scheduled for a cleaning, and then we'll reschedule the procedure no problem." Then, he told me he needs to charge me for the visit when literally all he did was tell me I needed a cleaning. I politely raised the question to the staff as I was checking out. "I'm confused. Is it your policy to charge people when you did no procedure and did no cleaning? I was in the chair for approximately one minute." They explained that it was their policy. I paid the bill and left. A few days later I receive a letter from him in the mail. He asked me not to come back and he called me a liar. I was flabbergasted. I didn't agree with his practice of charging a fee for no work being done, but I was never rude to him or his staff. I will not be going back. You won't have to ask me twice. There are much better options nearby by professional, courteous dentists. Stay away from Walker!

I called in the morning one day and was seen within 2 hours which I really appreciated as the tooth was a great concern. When I went for the visit, Dr. Langdon was friendly and put me at ease as he explained what my xray revealed. I saw Dr. Langdon two days later (today) to have the crown placed on the tooth. He was caring, gentle and very attuned to my comfort. The dental chair had massage features. I was able to watch HGTV while the crown was prepared. It was very comfortable! As a senior citizen, I have been to many dentists in my life and Dr. Langdon ranks among the best if not the best! He made a crown right in HIS office without messy trays that I always dreaded. I arrived at 7:45 AM, I was out at 10AM. He has early hours 2 days a week to accommodate working people or anyone who wants their dental work done as soon as possible. The office staff of Genevive and Laura and the dental assistant, Kaitlyn, who helped Dr. Langdon with my crown were all very caring and made me feel appreciated. His office has a convenient parking lot. The office is clean, modern and very patient friendly. The last episode was when my left sinus grew into the place where my tooth belonged. It was a complicated procedure for her to remedy, but remedy it she did. I literally had no pain during the surgery and little to none for the rest of the day. What impressed me this time was her assurance that she monitors all the details of my visits--even cleaning. She gave me a chorus of words that communicated that to me. I am so thankful for her expertise. If I'd had this problem with another dentist, the tooth would be gone by now. Thank you, Dr. Mundy.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating! DR. Mullally is a very professional dentist and does a great job talking to patients about their teeth and what specific dental care needs they have to do to make sure they have healthy teeth. He is a straight shooter which I like because he is honest and wants to be sure my teeth are healthy. He walks through what he is doing to your teeth and makes sure you are comfortable and understand what he is going to do. I'm very happy with Dr. Mullally and his staff and would recommend him as a dentist to all of my friends. He looks out for his patients and really does care about his work . He said he knows the perfect dentist who is his personal dentist, Dr Ward! He shared how wonderful Dr. Ward is! I called his office asking for a new patient appointment and I couldn't believe how soon I was scheduled an appointment! I had 2 known issues to be addressed and Dr. Ward found one more important issue. His practice is all inclusive with everything needed for routine dentistry and orthodontia, including a lab where he made me a new crown!! Yep, you read that correctly! The most amazing thing for me was that he provided so many interventions in 2 visits where my previous dentist would have provided all the same things in 4-5 visits, if not more! I also do not have all the words I need to express my gratitude for every person I had any type of contact with! Everyone was so personable and treated me with great respect! My teeth were SUPER messed up and it was a process even before I got the braces on. I was thankful that I did NOT have to get any of my adult teeth pulled after another orthodontist had suggest that route. I am so thankful we found Dr. Sadler. Dr. Sadler has been there for me every step of the way. I am happy to say these past few years I now just wear my retainer as needed. I am thankful my parents took me to Dr. Sadler for braces. I can't imagine what my teeth would look like today without them. Having braces at times wasn't fun. Such as breaking brackets and poking wires. However the staff at Dr. Sadler's office always got me in quickly to fix any problems. I loved that I always had the options to change up my band colors as well. Braces isn't an overnight magic solution. It's a process but absolutely so worth it! As an adult I am grateful I went through the braces process as a kid/teenager. My process was a bit longer than most because of how complicated my teeth are. However my brother for example had braces for only a short amount of time and his teeth look AMAZING. Dr. Sadler always checks in after the techs complete work to let us know if we are on track or what to expect. He's super friendly as well and not intimidating at all.
