I even said I was going to check out the Ktm dealer and he told me the plusses and minuses of those and I found his info unbiased which I appreciate from anyone selling you something. Anyways, I ended up buying a used bike in Denver, so I brought it in to these guys to change the jet and look the bike over They ended up doing that, changing the fork seals (which definitely were leaking), and replacing the oil, for a good price but more impressively all three guys stayed over 45 minutes late on their Friday in order to get it done, so I could ride all weekend. I didn't even press them, they just got it done cause they could tell I was pumped to get out there and practice. I've never had better service at a garage or a dealership and I haven't even bought a vehicle from them yet. Because of these guys im having fun tomorrow. Thanks again Oh yeah they do certified vin inspections for around twenty bucks too if you need your trailer inspected before getting license plates, state patrol only does it once a month, might help someone else out there

It was what I thought to be a quick fix, but it turned out to be a bit more involved. The guys were incredibly helpful and took the time to cut the chain, realign his derailleur, and install a new one. Gabe and the rest of the team were amazing and could've asked for more. While I waited for my son's bike to be repaired, I had the chance to check out some of their Specialized bikes, which were really impressive. They're definitely worth considering if you're looking for a great bike shop or a new bike.

They didn't hard sell me on a new bike or over charge for the work done. I was just traveling through when I needed the service but each time I'm riding in the area this shop will be my go to place to get bikes tuned, replacement parts, or a whole new whip. Fred was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate. He listened carefully as I explained the pain I've experienced in ski boots for years--even those from expensive specialty shops. For the first time, I truly felt heard and understood. I have skied my entire life, starting at age four, and I had never known skiing without boot pain. Fred took the time to explore multiple solutions and never once rushed me. He genuinely cared about getting it right. Some shops don't seem to take female skiers seriously, but Fred absolutely did. I hadn't even planned to buy boots that day; I was just browsing. But thanks to Fred's expertise, I ended up purchasing the best boots I've ever owned. I literally cried when I skied in them--no pain and no break-in period.
