I've had their cannolis before, but had never actually been in their shop or ordered them myself. A few months back, my husband & I went to the Arts & Apples fair & decided to stop in here before heading home. It's a cute little shop & the man that was working was super friendly & helpful. I thought it was really cool that I got to watch him actually fill the cannolis as I chose my flavors & then was able to pick whatever toppings I wanted for the ends for each cannoli! We ended up doing a variety of flavors & all of them were delicious! We recently stopped in again to get some more! This bakery is lovely and have some of the best cannolis that Rivals the best Italian bakeries in Boston's North End. Interesting spot with nice staff. The cannolis were tasty, shells were great, filling was ok. Most of the things in the shop, not food items, were covered in plastic. I am not sure why, almost gave an under construction feel but the drink cooler front was covered too. A little confusing. Cannolis are 1 for $4 or 6 for $18. They also do 10" cakes that has a cannoli filling, he said that was their only size but they have duty tiered cakes on display so Im not too sure. read more

We figured we would stop in on our attempt to get some exercise after our Italian meal. The owner asked me not not take a picture of him as I was about to take a pic of the empty cannolis. I told him not to worry, he isn't the focus of the photo at all. We got the 6 for $12: Cookies and cream, traditional, hot cocoa, cappuccino, key lime, red, white and blueberry, which were the 6 creams they had today. They make them fresh or rather put the cream in fresh for you. The owner told us to eat them today, but they are would still be good the next day too. He told us to leave the top off and keep it in the fridge, so they don't get soggy, but soft. We each took an end bite of each cannoli. All were pretty plain and simple. The cappuccino and the red, white and blueberry had the most flavor of the 6. The hot cocoa wasn't bad either. None blew me away though. read more

Walked in, and the iconic quote from The Godfather bubbled up in my mind... "Leave the gun. Take the cannoli." Never heard of cannolis until I saw the movie many moons ago. But after sampling the cannoli in my car, since there isn't seating in the small shop, I had to look up how to make them because they are $4 each or $18 half dozen. Wow. DEEELISH! Shell was crispy-crunchy and a lovely touch of powdered sugar covered them. The cream fillings were so fresh, rich, balanced sweetness; good mouthfeel. The marriage of the creamy filling and crunchy shell was perfect combo after bite after bite. The flavor choices were classic, peppermint, and chocolate. All flavors were excellent. Surprisingly, they sell baklava and salted caramel chocolates. Got those as well. DEEELISH! The shop reminds me of visiting someone's great aunt or Nona... welcoming, decor like an antique shop, and good treats. The sweet older lady running the front, was so cute. Friendly. Clearly explained to NOT close the container if refrigerating. Otherwise condensation occurs. Followed her instructions, and took a bite of one of remaining cannolis next morning. YUM. This place is adorable! Christina helped me and told me all about the ingredients for my allergies and was able to catch a problem for me BEFORE I purchased it and it sent me to the ER. The Oreo and regular cannolis that I did purchase were amazing! Super fresh and not cloyingly sweet like many American-style Cannolis tend to be. Never get a cannoli from anywhere else! These lovely ladies know what they are doing and they are the sweetest! Pipe their cannolis on site when you order. Cannoli filing flavors are all amazing! If you don't want soggy cannolis then they give you a piping kit bag with powdered sugar, nuts, empty cannoli shells, and filing all with a piping bag. They package the cannolis with a lovely bow. Nice friendly shop in Rochester. Not a lot of choices but the cannolis that we bought were increadible. I use to think that the recipe that my grandma used was off since nobody else had anything that even tasted close to hers. Even went to Buddies in New York city and their cannoli was terrible compared to my grandmas recipe. This cannoli tasted very close to my grandmas. I left a previous review a year ago, but wanted to update that these are still the best cannoli I've had from any bakery. They're just like homemade. The shell is thin, light, crisp, and covered in little air pockets. The filling is creamy, includes chunks of chocolate, and both the shell and filling are flavored properly with Italian cinnamon. No other bakery comes close to getting this combination right. I highly, highly recommend them. read more

Very cute little Cannoli store in downtown Rochester hills, first time here. When we walked in, the lady working in there greeted us. I bought several different kinds of desserts to try. Stumbled upon this gem one night walking in Rochester. When we can inside, the smell was heaven. I literally said "Holy Cannoli." We had 2 regular cannolis and a hot cocoa cannoli cupcake. They were delicious!!! It was great to also meet the family who owns the bakery and were able to talk with them. Makes you feel like you're at your Italian grandma's house and you're talking to family. They use their great grandmother's recipe from the early 1900s and you can tell they take great pride in their heritage and treats. We will definitely be coming back! read more

I gotta say I've been here a couple times now so I'm convinced my experience was not a fluke. The cannoli shells when fresh are fantastic but the "traditional" filling was less than stellar. They use (in my opinion) poor quality chocolate which not only taste unfavorable but leave a weird mouthfeel and use wayyyy too much cinnamon. The ladies behind the counter were really nice but for $2 a cannoli I'd rather take my money and get a cannoli from Maninos which are FANTASTIC! Delicious!!! The cannoli chips and dips are wonderful. Pieces of shells, dipped in your choice of cannoli fillings. These were a unique and delicous addition to our party menu. Their cakes are fantastic. We had a birthday cake, two layers, with a wonderful cannoli filling. It was iced with a feather light whipped cream frosting.
