Boneless chicken JUST WINGS (LIMITED TIME)
    Johnny Y.

HOLY COW the title alone says it all. Ordered their Holy Dog, Chopped Cheese, Onion Rings, and Boneless Wings 8 piece. First off Holy Dog. Pretty standard. It's like a friend who does a decent job in making a dog. But slapping all that relish on the middle and calling it a day is just lazy. Chopped Cheese. I know you shouldn't believe in advertisements like Mcdonalds, Burger King, etc They always be making it huge and when you get it its 2x smaller then what it suppose to be. There was barely any meat but more cheese and bun then anything else and it was supposedly on a roll? Tasted like a burger bun to me (Can't really complain on that since the bun was nice and soft) The ONION RINGS, HOLY COWWWWWW.... You don't got to be a chef to know this was fried prior and then double fried cause that was oldddddddddd as hell. That was like last nights onion rings and you take it out off the fridge and refryed... Nawing on it like its gum texture. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE!? The Boneless Wings 8 piece... That was just a joke. Our office ordered Tenders, nuggets, and Boneless wings.... it just looks all the same. Just chopped up white meat and deep fried. One had the lemon breading and the other spicy...guess what...NONE OF THEM HAD it. The food was poorly executed. I feel bad for the owner. Whom ever is managing it. Clearly wants to go out of business.

    Beef Sliders

My aunt had brought some of their beef sliders for us to try at home. They were simple but quite tasty- I'd be up for trying more items from here with my family as they enjoyed it too. It is a bit on the pricier side but it is halal and the quality is great so IMHO, still worth it :).

Holy Cow burger, missing half the bottom bun!

So here's the good, the bad and the awesome. Though my food was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS, I walked in and couldn't find the short rib/brisket burger on the wall menu, so I ask the lady behind the counter whose name is Misbah and she tells me they don't have a burger like that. Then I finally find it on the wall menu. Obviously she didn't understand me, which sucks. Anyway, I don't know how you can tell that the meat that was on my burger was made of brisket and short rib being it looked EXACTLY like ground beef. I expected to get a burger patty made of shredded like brisket and short rib meat, that is not what I got. I also ordered the loaded fries which she asked if I wanted pickles on top which I did and that really added amazing flavor. Both items were delicious BUT, my burger only had a half of a bottom bun, but I was home already, so I was not going back. Now for the bad; one of the guys in the kitchen was on his cell phone, leaning his ear to his shoulder to hold his phone in place. He was ALSO preparing food. He then went to put gloves on and AFTER he put them on, he then grabbed his phone to look at the screen and readjust it on his shoulder. He then proceeded to touch the food with those now contaminated gloves. I rang the bell and Misbah came out front and I told her if he is preparing my food I will not accept it. She told me she was doing my order. She then told that guy to get off the food line while on his phone and he did. The other thing, they need to do, is clean the kiosk pad that people place orders on. The fingerprints showed that that screen does not get wiped down. It needs to be cleaned several times throughout he day. The food though, was exceptional.

Good food good service, nice place overall. Come check them out. Had an amazing experience.

    Broken bag

This review is solely based on the experience not the food. I walked in placed my order through the kiosk. Food came fairly fast. I ordered a burger onion rings and ice cream. The option for dulce de leche was on the screen however after the order was charged, I was informed that the flavor was not available, I asked for a lid, the lady completely ignoring me proceeds to try to jump on to another customer , then states she doesn't have a lid and proceeds to put another cup on top of my icecream, which eventually ended up on the floor outside the store because it was not a real lid and slid right off. Also the paper bag broke and fell with my burger and onion rings in it. For $27, her attitude and this experience left a very bad taste in my mouth.

    Let's Eat!

The burgers and chicken sliders were a hit for my students. They absolutely loved the change...normally its easier to order pizza. The French fries were good, but the onion rings were THE BOMB. My co-workers enjoyed the left overs and it was a good time.

    The cute packaging.

Classic burger and small fries it was for dinner. I asked for the sauce on the side, just in case it wasn't my thing; mayo is my go to. Ordered through Grubhub so it would be a surprise to see if my special request was followed. Fast forward and dinner arrived. I was so impressed with the packaging. Both items placed in sturdy little boxes to protect the food. The classic burger looked quite small, however it was more than enough to fill me up, let's not forget very tasty. Sauce was on the side and delicious. It went on the burger. Fries were plentiful and crispy. This was a small order I'd dread to see a large. The only reason for my four stars is the box the burger came in was saturated in grease. The bottom of the bun was covered in it. I love a juicy burger but when there is so much grease you have to wash your hands before you touch something that's too much. I hope they'll rectify that somehow because they definitely have a great product, packaged well and full of flavor.

Mold on bun - so disappointing!!! Smh

So came in to dine in ... and got a few burgers. I flip the burger to check the bun underneath and there was mold!!!!

The burger is good, nothing special. Not Shake Shack level. It's a classic cheeseburger with cheese, lettuce, onion.

The food was good. This is the first I'm eating it. The service was fast and I went around midnight so nobody was really there, but still's place is big and clean.

Stopped by here for my sister's birthday. The place was pretty empty and we were able to find a table easily. We ordered a chicken sandwich, 2 burgers and tots. The food was decently flavored. We enjoyed our meal as the restaurant was empty. It is a bit pricey and also a little far from where I would normally go out to eat. I would recommend this spot to try at least once. Other than that I feel like the lack of patrons in the restaurant really makes me wonder if this place is actually that good or not.

    Michelle B.

What in the world! We ordered a gyro and we get a frozen package of gyro meat?! How did this happen? Is this joke? Very confused and no sauce with the chicken tenders? Never again!!!

I tried to give this place a chance again and look ... MOLD ON THE FOOD . Shut this place down !!!!

I was just as excited to come here as I was for the concert! First of all, the service was SO PERSONAL. Everyone there was so friendly, chatting with us about veganism, etc. The owner especially was so sweet and made us feel like we were really being taken care of. We didn't want to go crazy with ordering since we were going to be going to a concert right after and tried to order light by sharing the jerk chicken sandwich, a pumpkin patty and a jackfruit/chickpea patty, cassava fries, and a slice of pie which I think they said was some type of potato "pudding"? Everything was so delicious, substantial, and satisfying! The cassava fries were light and not greasy at all but still had so much unique flavor, I was swooning over them! The jerk chicken was out of this world and I regret not getting a whole one for myself! The seasoning, the crisp of the "chicken," even the bread it was on was perfect. Both patties were warm and savory, a perfect handheld snack. AND THAT PIE! Unlike anything I have ever eaten - it was just the right amount of sweet, loaded with spices and flavor, dense and chewy. One of those things that you eat and then can't stop thinking about. We had half of it saved and I'm not going to lie - I thought about it a few times during the concert and then immediately dug into it in the car afterward! I don't want to come back here, I NEED to come back. The menu is so extensive and I want to try some of the entrees - hoe many places do you know that serve vegan oxtail?? I need to try it. I am so happy that we found Toma-Tis and I will be recommending it all of my friends, vegan or not! (FWIW, my husband is not vegan and he devoured everything happily!) If you live nearby, I am so jealous. I would be a regular if I did!

It was a risk, because you know how vegetarians can get about cheese (I'm vegan now. When I used to be vegetarian, I'd get annoyed if a meal didn't have cheese in it, or if it had vegan cheese. I've noticed that a lot of my currently vegetarian friends are the same.) , but I figured that he would be cool about it, because he knew that there wasn't much else in the area that I could eat that had a/c. I love my city, but the restaurants need to get their a/c game in order. This is a slightly elevated burger joint. The options are meant to be on the healthier side, so they do stuff like sweet potato fries or a side salad with the burgers instead of potato fries. Here's my tip: get the salad. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how much flavour they can pack into a small but mighty green salad with some dressing on the side. It'll mean that you can avoid eating sweet potatoes (unless you like sweet potato, in which case, you're at the right place). That said, the side salad was excellent. Crisp greens, and a few bonus veg, with a creamy tasting dressing. No complaints, 5 stars. My friend got the black bean burger, and I got the chickpea burger. We got the burgers exactly a said on the menu with no customisation. This was a very VERY good choice. The chefs at Brick City Vegan know what they're doing, and they absolutely season the heck out of the food. Everything tasted so good, and the table fell silent as we demolished the food in front of us in the cool a/c. There was a napkin dispenser on the table, which you will need, because the burgers are generously sauced, and a bit of a mess to eat. Who cares? The food is incredible, and just the right amount of filling. Both of us ate every last morsel, and left feeling satisfied. For both of our burgers, I think it was less than $30 grand total after taxes. Not the cheapest meal, but certainly not at all expensive by vegan standards.

This is much more like a pizzeria. Great they offer vegan options along with traditional. I went at about 4 on a Friday. Be aware that parking can be tough, even with a lot available in the rear. When I got in, it was pretty busy. These guys are working hard on orders! The pickup rack was completely full. I haven't been here in a couple of years. I used to come for the vegan slices. A deal to good to pass was in Uber Eats, so I returned. This time I tried a non vegan option for the first time. My order was Chicken Parm, pesto garlic knots and carrot cake. The Parm arrived hot. It was a large enough portion for two big backs and three if you are a small back. Definitely enough to eat some today and some tomorrow. It was good, But I felt the sauce was a tad bit too salty for my liking. But it didn't make it not good. The good amount of cheese was on top. Nice and gooey. The pesto knots were warm and soft. They had a coding of oil, garlic and pesto. Very good. The meal also came with its own side of bread. The carrot cake was moist and good. I definitely hope this deal continues. The chicken roll was the standout for me--it was well-seasoned, flavorful, and not overly greasy. The Meat Lovers pizza was also tasty and satisfying, especially with the Uber Eats promotion they were running. The penne vodka was decent, but I felt it could have been creamier and benefited from a little more depth of flavor. The restaurant itself is fairly small, but the staff member who assisted me was knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful, especially regarding the Uber Eats ordering process. Customer service on that front was a positive part of the experience. What unfortunately took away from my visit was overhearing the owner publicly discussing another I.e 16 handles local business and speaking negatively about its financial situation. Whether intended or not, it came across as unprofessional and wasn't something I expected to hear as a customer dining in. Conversations of that nature are better suited for a private setting, especially in a community-focused business environment. Overall, the food and service were good, and I would consider returning--especially to try some of their other menu items, such as the hot honey offerings I noticed being tested. However, I hope future visits feel more focused on hospitality and less on conversations that can make customers uncomfortable.
