One star only because we didn't have to drive or tow car to him. Our AC wasn't working, he said…read moreneeded new parts and we gave him a couple hundred to fix only for him to say he can't after he tried. Spent a summer driving around with no AC as we couldn't afford to have it inspected again. When finally we could, tech says there was NO evidence of anything replaced or fixed, just needed a recharge. Hmmm recharge worked (even when Brown said he tried recharge) and we now have working AC in our van. Do NOT trust this guy! He has since moved to Illinois so be aware Steve Brown cannot be trusted.
