Scheduling the appointment by phone was seamless. Sean, who took my appointment was kind and helpful. He made it so easy and even offered to shuttle me back to work, if needed. I arrived at Right Way when they opened at 8:00 AM, along with a few other customers. Everyone was processed efficiently and there was no wait time. Nick, the gentleman who checked me in was engaging and kind. I received a phone call at 10:30 that my vehicle was ready. I arrived around noon and was happy to get to interact with Nick again. He is an asset in the way of front-facing customer service. The price was very reasonable, maybe even less than if I had gone to my usual spot. I was in and out in a few minutes. One thing I noticed about Right Way was that they treated me (a female) like a human, not just some chick that doesn't know anything. Nearly every other dealership or auto repair facility I've patronized has not been able to fully accomplish this. I also liked that they just took care of me and what I needed, without beating me up about needing new windshield wipers or to have my indicator light fluid topped up. ;o) Lastly, you just know that you are being treated fairly. They lead with honesty and integrity. Plain and simple. I went home that evening and told my husband that this was our new place to take our vehicles for service. They followed up with an email to create an online account and have a record of my service history. This was an unexpected, yet awesome surprise.

But, I received honest answers and was even shown pictures of the Freon on everything under the hood. They fixed it in two days and were good at communicating. I still thought it sounded off so I took it back two weeks later and they were able to determine that the blower is slowly going, but they said they would just wait until it stopped working since it's still doing it's job, just makes a little noise. I appreciated the explanation they gave me and they made sure I understood. I felt like they really didn't want me to put more money into my jeep than necessary and you don't find that kind of service very much. I will definitely go back!

I thought about the wait but decided to ask about the price for a transmission swap. 8,000 dollars and refused to allow me to purchase a refurbished one from outsourcing. I called him out on it. 8,000 I could buy a used car for that price. It was clear as day he either didn't want to do it or was trying to straight bend me over. I don't recommend f this is his business practices. People deserve better treatment.
