When I moved to Indiana I did major research to find a lash artist that did russian volume. I am always very picky about who I chose to make me look and feel great, from hair, nails and now lashes. I did my research and the only person I felt most comfortable with and trusted was Maria. First off she's passionate about what she's doing and you can tell it makes her feel good when you feel good about her work. Second, her work speaks volumes (pun intended). Lash retention is an important factor and I had to go a bit longer than usual in between fills my first time getting it done with her, and it was GREAT. Third, in order for me to have retained my lashes for this long was also due to her educating me on how to care for them! All this aligns with someone who is going to take care of you and knows what they are doing. I used to get super long lashes and my lash girls never REALLY told me the importance of caring for them and how to do so until Maria. We discussed the best length and curl for my eyes and health of my lashes, in the end I am 10x more satisfied because she took the time to walk me through it and help me understand. Lastly, outside of being a passionate and knowledgable person about lashes, she is also a wonderful, vibrant and ambitious woman! If I am going to have to lay there for 3 hours, I couldn't have a chosen a better person to do it with. PS. She updates her instagram profile with her with extremely regularly so you can see pictures of her work on her other clients.

Actually what she was doing was SHAVING half of my right eyebrow and removing a chunk of eyebrow hair mid brow in my left one. She then had no guide and proceeded to imprint the right brow ABOVE my natural brow so that I always had one brow up in question. Upon seeing myself in the mirror, I immediately said something only to be told I was not seeing what I was seeing. Never having microblading done before, I thought maybe I was seeing it wrong. I was NOT...Abagail normally posts pictures head on, of both brows...not me...she only posted 1 side of my face. When I contacted her asking her to see me to consult on how we could fix the issue, if we could fix it...I was told to KEEP SHAVING MY BROWS and she would see me in 4 weeks! I have tried desperately to cover the crazy look but how do you do that? I met with a couple of other microbladists and both were appalled at what they saw! DAT is my go to person, and he has never disappointed me. He provides excellent service. Since I moved, I don't get to see him as often, but when I do get my manicures, I happily make the 30-minute drive. Nina Nails will always be my favorite nail salon. The last time I was there, I noticed new pedicure chairs and perhaps new paint or something. I like it, and it made me feel warm and fuzzy.
