I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea and it was DELICIOUS! Mind you it's the first drink I ever had from this place. What I love the most about this place is that the employees are super nice and helpful, they ask you the level of sugar you want in your drink and the amount of ice you want as well. The majority of other places I've been, do not ask these certain questions and I've received drinks that are either too sweet or too bitter. I also like that Gong Cha has a rewarding system. I believe that for every dollar spent, you get 1 point. Around 50 points you can redeem for a small free drink I believe. *Please do further research as I'm not 100% sure about the point system* The only cons about Gong Cha is that parking is very limited, it's super hard to find parking, luckily I was able to find one. I suggest that if you live near downtown or close by to just walk there. I LOVE giveaways! and turns out that Gong Cha has a giveaway but only for the month of July. I really do hope that there will be more giveaways coming but I believe that it's a very good way to get people's attention haha :) I will for sure be coming back to this place to try out other flavors.

I can tell that the waffle is made to order because it was so soft and warm and fluffy! Perfect combo with the ice ream! The people working there were also very nice and friendly, it seems like only a few people work there. They are hiring! The place is situated inside worcester public market and its in the corner ish so the ambiance was a alright. I mean this is a food court type deal, it isn't near the tables so you do have to carry your food for a little bit.

We got a few recommendations, ice and sugar adjustments, and a bespoke drink (mango and lychee which wasn't on the menu) -- super accomodating! **Decor & cleanliness, 5/5** Small storefront but located in Worcester Public Market which is really clean and well maintained. **Price & portion, 5/5** Large cup sizes (I'd estimate about 24 oz) and will do less/no ice! **Taste of the food, 4.5/5** - Dragon fruit milk tea, 5/5: Subtle dragon fruit flavor and super creamy! I was really impressed because I haven't seen a dragon fruit milk tea on any other menu, and they were able to capture the dragon fruit flavor even when dragon fruit itself hardly had any flavor usually. - Custom mango lychee tea with lychee jelly, 4/5: I got this 75% sweet and it was perfect. There was also a real mango piece and lychee inside! Great touch. The tea left a slightly weird aftertaste though, so I couldn't tell if the green tea was brewed too strongly to make it bitter or if maybe the coconut jelly they used had a chemical aftertaste.

They also have boba and bubble tea. It's close to the school so they come often. This is a nice, bright place with cute neon signs and plushies and minimal décor. Sitting here I can smell the cleaning products which confirmed it is a well scrubbed restaurant. The place is not overly large, but there is a cute seating area. Definitely a younger vibe, but it's adorable. I ordered the ramen corn dog, brown sugar bubble tea and a matcha donut from the kiosk and was called shortly after. The corn dog was fun to eat with the crunchy ramen crust. There was plenty of cheese and the hot dog inside was perfectly cooked. The bubble tea was kind of flavorless. Mostly milk tasting. I would have liked more brown sugar flavor. There were plenty of pearls in the drink. The donut was good. The matcha glaze was tasty and came with Pockey stick. This meal cost me about $20. I'm glad I gave it a try. It's a fun place with fun food.

You order by kiosk and they have a mix of mochinuts, drinks, and street food. I ordered a strawberry mochinut and a passion fruit smoothie. My friend got a chicken sandwich, French fries, and a lychee lemonade. I never had a mochinut before, so wanted to get something not too over the top as they had some interesting flavors. The strawberry was good. I'm used to donuts being soft and I prefer when frosting is not stiff or dry. I noticed the donut was a bit hard, and asked the lady to microwave it. She said she couldn't because that would ruin the donut. She tried to explain that it should be eaten as is, but I paid for it so it wouldn't affect her if I wanted to microwave the donut I paid for. The donut was good, and was not as light as a traditional donut. I'm not sure what to compare it to. The smoothie was tasty, and refreshing. What I really enjoyed was the fries, though! I tried some of my friends and then decided to order some for myself. They were lightly seasoned, crisp and hot! I definitely would revisit, and bring my sister next time as I think she would love this place.
