While the food is good the service is terrible! They seem to prioritize Uber Eats drivers over the customers sitting in the store so the wait to get the food is very long. The food for whole table order doesn't get served at the same time. Ex: I ordered a happy meal and that was the last thing to be served.Some of us were already done eating. On top of it all, there is a garbage can only at the back entrance door so if you want to be polite and bus your own table and throw out your own garbage, you have to walk through the restaurant with your garbage in your hand to the back garbage can. Why is there none at the front entrance? Adding insult to the waiting time I must add that the restaurant is FREEZING cold so we were eating in coats. Not a fun dinner out read more

I don't need to add more than the main and famous dish the "holy shnitzel" is 20$ for a schnitzel on a pice of bread nothing more and what they call barbecue wings are sweeeeeeeeeet!!!!!!!!! I've always been really happy with my food from this establishment - I particularly love their rice bowls and wraps (if I could, I would probably eat here every week). I went in a few minutes before closing Saturday night the manager told the girl behind the register you have two customers. She took the orders then said we are closing we can't process your orders. I've had previous experience with this individual. I gave her an order she looked at me and said do you want to order after I gave it to her. She is a complete moron. She would be better off cleaning the bathroom. You don't treat customers that way. read more

The food is great - probably one of the best Jewish / Mediterranean style sandwiches I've had in the area. They don't cheap out on the materials and their quality is super consistent. I have ordered the same sandwich multiple times in a part of my orders and it's the same consistent quality every time. I see some reviews in regards to the staff - every time I walk in I see the staff and the owner bending backward to make sure customers have what they want. It may be tough sometimes working during covid, so people need to be a little more understanding. read more

I tried to give them a second a chance. See my review on Google from 9 months ago. This time placed an almost $600 order to be delivered. An hour passed. No delivery. Kept calling and either placed on hold or hung up. Finally decided to go back it up. I guess no big deal but live 20-30 Minutes away. Finally get order bring it home for family event and food is inedible. Cold. Missing items etc. Tried calling numerous times to discuss and was told I have to speak to this person and that person. After about a week of calling daily I finally spoke to someone and were rude, condescending, obnoxious, and overall unhelpful. It's really disappointing what this place has become. This is the first time trying Kosher food & I was worried I wouldn't like it!! To much of my surprise I really enjoyed the food!! The location is average spacing and about 6-7 tables to sit. It was clean & I was happy you can see the cooks making your food. The food was tasty! They have a huge selection of food choices for reasonable prices too! The service is cool and they were helpful! Very disappointed. It's been years since I had Holy schnitzel and from the different locations around NYC and LI. This one, in Cedarhurst, recently failed all expectations! They said pickup in 15 minutes, sandwiches were cold, ice cold. The order was incorrect, called them - refused to make the customer happy. The cold sandwich, the correct and incorrect order, eh. This review is only for the Impossible Burger. Came here to give the Impossible Burger a try. Ordered it medium, although there wasn't much pink to the patty in the end. It was nicely seasoned and I really liked the bun that it came on. The patty itself was pretty good for a vegan burger patty. There's no way anyone is mistaking this for beef, but it tasted surprisingly good and had a texture that was impressively similar to that of actual meat protein. I got the deal that came with a side of fries and chose the seasoned fries (I assume it was their cajun fries). They were super crispy and had a nice curly fry-like seasoning to them. I'll have to come back and try their schnitzel sandwiches. The baguettes they use for these sandwiches looked amazing. The staff are friendly and there's a huge parking lot in the back. read more

This is probably my first one star review in my life. Twenty eight minutes to get a plate of watered down hummus. They call it a hummus platter, in it you will find diluted baby food with 1/2 piece of stale pita bread. Lets move onto the other item. The schnitzel sandwich . Nauseating. This is like a low-end middle eastern Subway chain. It is unsanitary, & an unacceptable wait for a tiny order , and god-awful. I will not return. The schnitzel here is great. The descriptions are spot on. Love the sandwiches and salads. This time I wanted to try the impossible burger. If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered through Uber eats and they made the driver wait 40 minutes for the order. When it got to me it was ice cold, flavorless and for the prices they charge the portions were beyond small. This was the second time this happened to me so I blame myself but I won't be making this mistake again. read more

This place deserves a 0 star but unfortunately that's not an option. Food being overpriced isn't uncommon with kosher food but to charge $17 for 2 pieces of chicken is just absurd. Experience wise, the worst I have ever had. They messed up our order and forgot a sandwich (which was paid for). When I got home and realized they told me that I can wait AN HOUR for delivery or 30 minutes to come pick up since they're backed up. I don't think you need to have a customer service class to realize that the sandwich you missed needs to be made before all your new orders. (Tip for management). They agreed after a minor argument and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I got there in 15 and i still had to wait. When I got back home AGAIN they messed up and gave me the wrong sandwich. I was furious at this point and asked for a full refund. They refunded me for the sandwich and as far as the 2 hours of my life wasted. They said(with attitude/sarcasm) if I brought all the food back they would give me a full refund. As a previous restaurant manager and owner I highly encourage others to stay away from this establishment until they learn to properly handle their customers. I was here about a week and a half ago, the food my girlfriend got was awesome (falafel wrap) but.. we ordered online paid, we get there and let them know we're there, it's not ready they'll call it out no biggy and decent amount of people were there. We sat down waiting... and waiting... and waiting. Finally my girlfriend goes back to the counter after 20 mins or so and she ask the guy if her order is ready, he looks back and shoves it to her (thanks for calling out that name when it's been sitting there for literally 15mins) she proceeds to ask if they put the extra tahini in the bag, he literally pulls it back rips it open also tossed the receipt out and goes yea. When I go in, dozens of people are there. The chefs rush for their lives. It takes 45 mins to get a simple 3 sandwiches and an appetizer. Not that much seating. But it's worth it. The food is great! Theirs more deliveries than coming into the restaurant. It's more like a fast food place. They have many of many locations all around NY so wherever you live, you can have this good food. Great place to go if you can't remember your order, since they can't remember either. Every time I've come here, they always forget something. Whether it be avocados in my avocado chicken wrap, drinks from the combo meals, or an entire sandwich altogether. Not to mention, they don't know how to make a wrap. There's too much dressing that it's spilling out of the bottom of the wrap, thereby making eating the wrap an ordeal. I wanted to give it more stars but at the one simple thing that I asked for (burger-well done) they failed badly. The girl at the counter was very nice and I had my hopes until I got the burger. It took a little long to cook so I was assuming it will be as per order - well done. I'm an expectant mommy-to-be and don't feel right about eating red meat not well cooked because during pregnancy it's one of the things to be cautious about. But I was so hungry that I ate the whole thing and left one bite to just show it to them. The buns weren't toasted or crispy but kind of soggy. The tomatoes had no taste, and it would have been better with fresh onions instead of sautéed. This is the avocado burger.
