The prices were great in this shop, sales person was helpful and friendly, and selection was full of the home decor related items items I was searching for. I will be back!

This shop happens to be the primary sight for the semi annual Antiques show that is now in its 13th year. While visiting this month's festival, I decided to check out this store because I was in search of a specific piece of furniture. This store is set up like all of the little antique markets that are divided into stalls. Some of the stalls have a theme, (Christmas) and others are just a collection of things. You will find furniture, collectibles, home decor, dishes and other random items like bibs, soap, and wood refinishing products. At the front of the store, you will find a gift shop that carries tees, and other items but, beware of that crazy floor!

What was supposed to bring joy and memories to our family has turned into years of stress, frustration, and constant headaches. We spent over $70,000 CASH on this pool in 2021, and since installation, we have dealt with recurring flooding issues involving the PFI compartment and pool equipment every single time it rains. We have sent countless emails over the years trying to get this issue properly fixed. Instead of actually correcting the root problem, we were repeatedly given temporary band aid fixes that would fail shortly after, leaving us right back at square one. Now they are essentially trying to walk away from responsibility altogether. Our salt system no longer works properly, we've had to operate the pool as a chlorine pool, and we are now left dealing with legal action over a pool that simply does not operate as intended. To make matters worse, the blame has consistently been shifted onto us instead of them standing behind their work. We are not the only customers who have had serious issues with this company either. Please heed this warning and do your research before investing your hard earned money here. We truly wish we had seen a review like this before moving forward. Do NOT use Amazing Scapes / Desjoyaux Pools for your pool installation. Go with another company that has a more proven and reliable system.

In…read more2021, not only did it take 9 months for them to finish a pool/spa/patio but we've had to redo much of the work such as the configuring of the pool equipment (including replacing several parts), low spots in the lawn causing pooling (which I BEGGED them to address before the sod went in), the front gate being built before concrete was poured leaving at least an 8-10" gap, etc. The pool heater was not working once the pool/spa was done and it took ANOTHER 8 MONTHS after completion for them to finally replace it! During construction a month would go by with nothing being done at all. Had I not supervised this work myself as I was working from home back in 2021 no telling what would have happened since they were almost never here and could hardly reach them. Only writing this review again because we are now having to hire another company and spend even more money to fix all the yard irrigation problems that were left behind- which is super frustrating to say the least. I just want to warn others to really do your research.

I want to start by saying that the sales staff, and Jessica in particular, were wonderful to work…read morewith. She was responsive, kind, and consistently took accountability for the many issues that arose. I genuinely feel for her, as she was often put in the difficult position of trying to coordinate between customers, fabricators, and installers while also managing her sales duties. Unfortunately, the structure of the company meant that all communication went through sales, which created delays of hours or even days in getting answers to basic scheduling questions. From there, the problems compounded. We were initially given the wrong installation date which then forced us to cancel and reschedule other contractors. When our countertops were fabricated, the cutout for the range was done incorrectly despite us following all of their instructions. The installers left before I was able to sign off of the install - I assume because it was obvious that the measurements were off - leaving us showing a home for sale with an off-centered range that created a fire hazard with burners located under cabinetry. Precision accepted responsibility for the error, but fixing it created weeks of further disruption, including multiple rounds of re-measuring because of unprofessional technicians, time off work for appointments to remeasure (twice) and remove the old countertops, and additional seams in the countertop that we did not want. Although the company did eventually make the corrections, the process was stressful, cost excessive time off work and potentially decreased the sale price of our home. Throughout this ordeal, I was never offered a discount, refund, or any tangible gesture to recognize the significant inconvenience caused. In the end, Jessica did everything within her power to help us, but the systemic issues at Precision - poor scheduling communication, lack of coordination between departments, and inconsistent professionalism among their technicians - mean that I cannot recommend them with confidence.

Today I was visiting the grave of my family at the historic Samples Family Cemetery at 875 Lanier…read more400 Parkway, and I was upset to find the dumped waste from a contractor. The waste included a uniform from The Rusty Cricket employee as well as the waste and debris of materials common to the work they do. They appear to be either complicit in, or tolerable of, their employees treating our county this way and dumping their waste in tucked away little spots like this. Someone saved a little time and a couple bucks that day by not having to go to a dump but thee cost is paid by the rest of us when thilese things happen. The trash also included documentation that confirm the address of the work performed but i will not post the entirety of that , out of respect for that customers privacy.
