Nothing expensive. I asked him about a possible upgrade to a new saw and this will become a backup, but Jeff did not try to upsell me. He answered my questions, made some recommendations, and got my saw running and chains inspected and sharpened in less than a week when I needed them. I took my 55 out to work. I called back a few weeks later on the saw upgrade and optional brush cutter. I explained what I need based on property and tasks and Jeff made quick and accurate recommendations. I'll pick them up on the way to the property this week. The buying process was as professional and friendly as the service process. He also had options in stock (Husqvarna's newer style chain saw box, for one), so it was one-stop shopping. I run a small business and really emphasize supporting others. It's great to have a small, specialty equipment vendor like Minneapolis Saw Co. that has the baseline equipment, knows the equipment, and provides top quality service on site with reasonable turn around times. There are closer shops to me (Eden Prairie), but I'll make the drive to Minneapolis Saw Co.).

Unfortunately, I was…read morenot a happy camper because I had to wait full two months to get a new rear wheel replaced because they said they couldn't get the wheel because it was not available anymore. So they ended up using a wheel for a different brand of mower to replace the broken one. My mower was finally fixed after waiting two months. Meanwhile, on July 2026 I returned there again because the two rear wheels on the mower busted and were no good. One of these wheels they recently replaced back in May. This time they first told me the rear wheels couldn't get ordered because they are not available. I requested Minneapolis Saw to get rid of the lawn mower and I would buy a new one. They did not do as I asked. Instead, I find out a few days later that they were able to order the wheels in. I find this out after spending $600 on a new mower. Now, I am paying the full cost of fixing the old mower which ran around $226 after parts and labor. This was a terrible experience for myself because these idiots changed their story. All I get is the runaround. They say one thing and mean another. I would strongly advise customers to go elsewhere for any repairs.

Vlad #2 was the expert this time and he gave me the rundown for what happened and how he fixed the issue. I was happy with the final cost for the repair. One of the things that I like about the gentlemen at ARC, besides knowing their stuff, is their flexibility. I work a lot, so my schedule is difficult to maneuver around most repair peoples' schedules. Vlad was able to accommodate me and come out on the same evening that I made the request on Yelp. After telling her, instead of showing me around, asking a million questions, or telling me everything about the store, she just referred me to areas I needed and allowed me to browse in peace. The space was spacious. I gather inventory changes, but when I went there were mostly couches. However, there were also tables, some patio items, rugs, chairs, storage (shelves, bookcases), and a few other items types. I didn't see a lot in terms of decor (throws, pillows, vases, etc). Unfortunately, none of the sofas were my style. Most of their items had a modern and retro look. And far bigger than my space could acommadate (sensibly). Although it's the outlet prices were still pretty high. I was looking for miid-level so even if I liked a sofa, at $3k plus it wouldn't have worked. Thankfully there were other furniture stores in the area so it's not like I traveled out there for nothing.
