Before I even signed the paperwork to IPM to begin managing my properties, they went checked out the properties (I bought 3) for me. This was my first time buying real estate and they made me feel very comfortable. I never physically saw the properties, and IPM got back to me that these houses were unrentable. Most other companies out there would just take your money. I am super glad that they had the professionalism to tell me this upfront. They did not want me to make a bad investment. IPM quickly responded to my concerns, and even though they knew I would not end up using their services for property (I managed to get refunds on all 3 of my properties), they still sent me pictures of the properties. I highly recommend any investor (in state or out of state), experienced or first timers, to use IPM for property management. They went above and beyond, and have excellent customer service.

Being that we are from another state we extremely satisfied with their services. Elite , has been our eyes and our ears. Plus, their price is economical. I also saw firsthand the great rapport that they have with various tenants that come into the office to pay their rent or ask questions. We did visit several of our tenants that Elite manages. Cummings came in after we had 3 other management companies that ranged from bad to downright horrible. Cummings did a great job in working with our association board. They provided sound advice and great contractor management. They vet their contractors well and when a contractor falls short, in my personal experience, Cummings was very quick to boot them out and bring in a better contractor. Brian and Danielle at Cummings are especially great. I see some previous negative reviews and it makes me wonder if the reviewers were actually having a bad experience due to their board. Your association board and management company have different roles and responsibilities. Cummings was not only professional, they were also really personable and friendly. I would live in another of their managed properties anytime!

He waited for 30 minutes there and ended the online meeting. Now, after he left home, Evelyn called him and said she had forgotten the meeting, with no legitimate reason. And after wasting part of his weekend, she told him that they only offer the full management service and do not help just with finding a tenant. The purview of their service is fine; that is their choice, but this could certainly be communicated via email instead of going through this unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I was surprised to find many great reviews about this company, which was good for them, but I guess our need wasn't lucrative enough for them to care if you can drop a meeting they scheduled without giving a legitimate reason.
