I was greeted by a woman at the front desk and taken cared of in the best way by my phlebotomist. I didn't get his name but he did so well with keeping me calm. I'm not afraid of needles but blood does make me a little anxious. The flow was quick and process was easy. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. And once I visited THIS Long Beach location, I will not go anywhere else. Every single time the staff here completes my blood draws quickly and painlessly. I usually do walk in (no appointment). In the afternoon the room was FULL and they managed to clear it within an hour. And typically its only 15 -20 minutes. I don't know if it's that they are so good, or are so caring. Arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment and was one of only 3 others in waiting room with appointments; all the others were walk-ins. Appointment obviously meant nothing. I was finally called into a room 40 minutes after my appointment. Waited another 10 minutes for a technician to draw my blood. Flobotomist could not find a vein after several painful attempts. He had to call on another person to draw blood from my other arm. She came in 10 minutes later, laughing like Dr. Hibbert from the Simpsons. I let her know that I was not happy about their service. She laughed even more saying that's too bad, they are awfully busy. I told her about several walk-ins being treated before my appointment time, but she didn't seem to care. I ended up having to cancel my physical therapy appointment because of the delays here. Why bother going through the trouble of making appointments if can walk in and get served first?

I thought I would be seeing the usual person I always see, Tito. And even told my son prior, "you'll get your blood drawn by someone who always draws my blood, his name is Tito. Hopefully, he's there." To my surprise, Wendy greeted me after I did a mobile check in, inside my car, which might I add is very convenient. The earliest it allowed me to check in was 10 mins prior to our appointment. It instructed me to go into the center and Wendy immediately brought me and my 8 year old son back. Wendy was very nice, patient, and did a great job when drawing my son's blood, poked him once on his right antecubital and drew the blood right away. My son said it felt like a "sting" but that was it. He was nervous beforehand but didn't cry and was even able to look at the needle in his arm and the 2 vials while it was filling with his blood. Needed the blood draw for allergy tests. Quick, simple and easy.

She's doing you a favor for your medical records or testing.. there might be a long wait time. So try and plan your time wisely also you must pay for parking two dollars minimum

It only took a few minutes to be seen and get my blood drawn which only took one try which was nice. The quality of care was pretty fast and easygoing. The one bathroom inside their Quest Diagnostics is disgustingly dirty though. Only bad side was, it's $3 to get into the parking lot. Fortunately, there's street parking.

Also they had mosquitos in the room and as my husband is having to restrain our daughter to hold her study during the pointless pain, he is getting bitten by mosquitos. So not only are they not efficient and not quality workers, the facility had mosquitos. If a zero start or negative could be given we would . Also if two phlebotomists are allowed in the room then the other parent should be. It's more traumatic to the child to have a stranger assist in restraining then being surrounded by people she trusts,

The Lab Corp office in Seal Beach is wonderful. The parking is easy…read morethe office is clean and well run and the staff is efficient and caring. Carlos and Brenda well take excellent care of you, I've never had a mark after my lab test and they are very efficient. This is a popular office serving the local community and you as a patient have a responsibility to have your medical test orders available so they can serve you. They do their best to track down orders but this wastes time for everyone. I highly recommend this Lab, always a pleasure to be treated by them.

This is always my go to location to get blood out. I have really small veins, so it's always…read moretricky. Lately I've been having the same person, Nelson, take my blood. I'm here to talk about the two most recent times I've had Nelson. I came here after a really bad flare where I couldn't eat for 5 days and couldn't drink much for 5 days due to the flare pain. After getting out of the hospital my doctor sent me here for more tests. So that just made it even harder to find a vein. Nelson got it on the second try.(he did have to try both my arms) He's always been really helpful and if you're a chicken when it comes to needles like I am, he's great at making you feel comfortable I also had Nelson do my pre op bloodwork. I was in the hospital a few nights prior and then had to come here. I showed him the only area they could get blood out of (showed him where my Iv was in the hospital) It didn't hurt, So I told him to try there. He told me to take a deep breath In and I was waiting to feel the needle to exhale, but I didn't even feel it. He was already taking blood out. This was literally 100 percent painless. If you have a hard time getting blood out, ASK for Nelson!! My veins are extremely small and he is amazing. Nelson always makes it pain FREE. And my veins are always hard to find since I'm always so dehydrated from the pain not being able to drink enough fluids and keep it down The only thing I hate is how I have to upload my ID and insurance card every single time vs them just keeping it on file But making an appointment is a breeze. I highly recommend it. Sometimes it can be extremely busy here. They do have limited handicap spots up front which fill up fast. Other wise there's other parking on site but you do have to walk (not super far) They always make it easy to look up my results. I get an email saying my results are ready, I sign in and boom! Everything is there There's a lot of chairs to sit in while waiting for your appointment. There's also chairs outside the waiting room in the hallway which is where I usually sit Things can get wild in the waiting room. There's so many rude people asking when their turn is (make an appointment! They are always on schedule) Good luck to everyone!! And Nelson is a godsend
