I found his business practices to…read morebe less than moral, greedy, and completely unprofessional. in one example, a client had structural damage to his house as a result of leaks and water causing mold and deterioration of foundation. I wanted to inform the client however Bijou prevented me from doing this saying that his job took priority and would tell the client afterwards. He never told the client. I ended up having to tell the client months afterwards. Also, each of his clients repeatedly asked me if I would work outside of Bijou for them. I gave Bijou the benefit of the doubt until he finally did not pay me for jobs. I've been allowed his clients that were unsatisfied with him to come to me directly. Which was not much because I had already done the work for them it's been about 8 months since I've done a job for Bijou. And he still is not compensating me for work done. So I'm writing this review in hopes that others may not fall prey to his less than desirable business practices. And as a client I highly recommend you find another contractor for your jobs. Kathy has been our go to in scheduling the techs for phone, VoIP, cabling, etc. She goes above and beyond in making sure our jobs are done in a timely manner.
