At one point, they wanted me to come by and Fred wanted to show me the inner workings of the unit and showed me where some functions were obviously messed with by the previous owner. One thing to note for potential customers, if they tell you your stereo component will be ready in six to eight weeks it is because they are busy. If you want your classic audio system repaired by a pro, Fred is the way to go. He and Jimmy will take good care of it. Jimmy will also call you or send you a text with an update, if need be. Fred is a friendly guy and has a sense of humor. If you don't have a sense of humor you probably won't get his. Please make yourself aware of their hours -for- customer appointments. Keeping it simple: they are busy because they know what they are doing. I saw first hand the inventory of stereo units that are being repaired and on deck for repair. I am a business owner myself, the customer is so important, but it is important that the customer trust the business owner they are hiring. My CD player was fixed on time and works perfectly now. I can play all my favorite CDs, as well as, enjoy burning my own CD compilations [semi-old school] The sound and the clarity are perfect. Thank you Fred and Jimmy!

Steve shows up this morning and I told him what had happened with duplex printing. Instead of telling me I need some expensive parts to repair it. Found that the movers must have jostled the rollers loose. We found the parts behind the desk, he put it together in less than 5 minutes and was out the door. Couldn't be happier and more pleased. It is great to see that there are still companies that operate with integrity around here. Will definitely use their services again and spread the good word.

I am posting that message so others can see the timeline for themselves. As of today, more than three weeks after that text and nearly 12 months after you took possession of my TV, I still do not have my TV back and my recent text messages have gone unanswered. You stated in your response that customers would be getting their TVs back soon and that you do not keep customers' TVs. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Despite multiple promises over the past several months, my TV remains in your possession. What has been particularly frustrating is seeing recent reviews from customers whose TVs have apparently been repaired and returned while I continue to wait without updates or communication. I am not questioning that personal hardships may have occurred. I am simply sharing my experience as a customer: my 85" Sony TV has been gone for nearly 12 months, I have paid nearly $500, I still do not have my TV back, and I am currently receiving no responses to my messages. Part of my iPad charger broke off inside my iPad, I could see the metal bit inside as compared to…read moreanother iPad we have. My husband took it to bestbuy geek squad and they convinced him the charging port had come unsodered from the motherboard and pushed deep into the port hole. They couldn't fix it and said apple charges $300 for that fix. We decided to take it to phone zone for a cheaper repair (quoted less than half the price of apple) and lo and behold it was just a metal piece of the charger like we originally thought. The repair guy was super nice and it was a very reasonable price to remove/clean the port. I will definitely be bringing my devices here from now on.
