He clearly didn't like this because I told they sell no universal parts and I should go Somewhere else to find my part. I was able to contact a family member who looked and gave me what I needed and proceeded back in to face the horrible staff. Once again I was greeted with straight up animosity. I told him what I needed and was immediately told "we don't have it, there's another store nearby" Well I did go to that store nearby who greeted me, helped me find what I needed, and didn't make me feel like I was a horrible person for simply walking into the store. I called them back after I finished a full day of meetings and to my surprise they took it upon themselves to save my card information and run my credit card without my authorization. I call that thievery! I am so upset. I called to ask why the lady on the phone said "anyway our business is done". Imagine someone taking your card information and using it without your authorization. I tried to explain to her I hoped on using my debit card so I wouldn't be charged interest but the damage had already been done. I will never use this company again! Terrible experience…read more Everyone wants a deal or pay wholesale and not retail. The cabinets appear to be extremely cheap. The plywood peels so easily. The cabinets arrive at your home missing in sections in the underneath part of the cabinet. They will say to you that you won't see it but it's there if you just look. They arrive with the white what-they-call skin (ask them what skin is), not attached. You're contractor has these huge boards they have to cut down to size and hope it looks alright. Why don't they just install it at their ware house? I have not had a good experience with Daisy. The Island is not finished with no finished white sides. I watched a couple of contractors come in to the story and say piece 'X' was supposed to be delivered, and Daisy would say.. "we talked about this.." that's her go-to dialogue.. I repurchased at my own expense two cabinets because they wouldn't admit that their driver scraped the bottoms of them on the truck. He's their employee and it's their truck. Why not put protective boxes on the floor of the truck? They gave me a new replace door front that was wrapped but I unwrapped it while standing in front of her and it had scrapes. So I refused to take it and asked for another one.

This company is not a big operation, though they also do plenty of standard work. But their selection of stone remnants, which is mostly outside, is unbelievably diverse! There were charcuterie board making and knife skills workshops with food tastings, and prizes/giveaways throughout the day. So our fridge got on the local train right around Thanksgiving 2014. We heated some pie and I…read morepulled out the frozen yogurt, and sho nuff, the frozen yogurt was more like liquid yogurt. One word for that: egads! We did a frantic online search to find appliances, and stumbled upon Appliance Land Etc. The Appliance Land website didn't show many details about specific appliances in inventory, but we went anyway, trying to avoid the big box stores if possible. They had a great selection, but really only one in the size that we wanted (30"W 66"H 30"D) but it matched exactly what we were looking for. Dennis was amazingly helpful and awesome. He checked the inventory and saw that he had last year's model of a fridge in the size that we needed. He offered us that model for about $50 off the normal retail since it was a floor model. Turns out, the inventory was wrong and the model on the floor was the 2015 model. He offered us the same discount on the fridge, and we're having it delivered for free on Tuesday. I'll write an update to my review after the delivery. They offer haul-away for $20 and they will recycle it. A couple of notes, we found the same model fridge at either Lowes or Home Depot, and it was the same retail price. We chose to support small business. Dennis also gave us some good advice on microwaves and how easy it is to install them in lieu of a vent. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone shopping for appliances. We're looking to redo our kitchen in a year or so, and we'll definitely be visiting these guys when we shop for appliances.
