She tells us, we have granite and quartz countertops and cabinets... so we ask about two samples and their prices per sqft she answered and started to walk away before i could ask another question. We got her to show us their shaker cabinets but the whole interaction was as if we were bothersome and they weren't interested in serving us nor gaining a new client. So we just walked out. I wouldn't recommend this place at all off the strength of their customer service. I don't know if it's because we look young and we're black but i won't ever return. Take your coin 3 min up the street to Home Evolution. They treat their customers way better, aren't rude, and are welcoming and informative. Thank me later!

It was the most awkward, uncomfortable exchange ever. Once I explained what I needed he asked me for the brand which I didn't know off the top of my head. He clearly didn't like this because I told they sell no universal parts and I should go Somewhere else to find my part. I was able to contact a family member who looked and gave me what I needed and proceeded back in to face the horrible staff. Once again I was greeted with straight up animosity. I told him what I needed and was immediately told "we don't have it, there's another store nearby" Well I did go to that store nearby who greeted me, helped me find what I needed, and didn't make me feel like I was a horrible person for simply walking into the store. I appreciate their referral to a friendly, more customer service oriented environment. I will NEVER set foot into Ferguson again. What a dreadful experience.

Terrible experience…read more Everyone wants a deal or pay wholesale and not retail. The cabinets appear to be extremely cheap. The plywood peels so easily. The cabinets arrive at your home missing in sections in the underneath part of the cabinet. They will say to you that you won't see it but it's there if you just look. They arrive with the white what-they-call skin (ask them what skin is), not attached. You're contractor has these huge boards they have to cut down to size and hope it looks alright. Why don't they just install it at their ware house? I have not had a good experience with Daisy. The Island is not finished with no finished white sides. I watched a couple of contractors come in to the story and say piece 'X' was supposed to be delivered, and Daisy would say.. "we talked about this.." that's her go-to dialogue.. I repurchased at my own expense two cabinets because they wouldn't admit that their driver scraped the bottoms of them on the truck. He's their employee and it's their truck. Why not put protective boxes on the floor of the truck? They gave me a new replace door front that was wrapped but I unwrapped it while standing in front of her and it had scrapes. So I refused to take it and asked for another one.

But if you have a project where you need just a small piece (say for a 20"X30" vanity top), and you want something really special, good luck! Even the major stone dealers have primarily full slabs, and they will not cut off a small piece for you! (This is not a knock on those businesses, it's just the way the business operates.) Most places will have some "remnants" around, but there's a good chance that most of them will be fairly plain, or just not the piece of your dreams. That is why, if you are looking for plenty of choices for your smaller project, you should not waste your time - you should go DIRECTLY to "Remnant Yard," which has an amazing selection of . . .stone remnants!! This company is not a big operation, though they also do plenty of standard work. But their selection of stone remnants, which is mostly outside, is unbelievably diverse! Within a few minutes we found three different pieces we loved, and Mo (the owner) personally helped us choose the right one for us; he is very knowledgeable and VERY patient, and the piece we chose will knock the socks off everyone who uses our powder room. Seriously, even if (like us) you're 45 minutes away from Beltsville, this is the place to go.
