Was looking to move in. The office will have a light up led saying open but nobody actually inside…read morethe main office. The doors stay open to get inside so that bypassed the keypad. I asked if its always like this and they said sometimes tenants leave the door open but the door itself needs to be fixed to close correctly. They are aware of the area and how bad it is and they did admit that they have had break ins. So if you love your stuff go somewhere else and dont risk it.

We scheduled a truck rental ahead of time to move some items. The service we received at pick up was excellent. The staff member was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her expertise made the entire experience very pleasant. They went over our reservation and asked questions to ensure that we did not over pay for our 2 hour rental. After completing our task, we visited to the location and the staff member helped us complete our rental return. If we need moving or storage services, we will be sure to visit this location again.
