Kevin and his team worked hard and were flexible. When my leasing office wasn't open and the freight elevator wasn't accessible, they were able to pivot and adapt quickly. The team had a positive attitude and greeted me with a handshake and a friendly smile first thing this morning. They all went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. Nothing was damaged, and they treated all of my home, furniture, and belongings with respect. Not to mention, I asked if they would drop of my mattress at my new place down the street from my storage unit (an added extra stop) and they said they would! The staff are always polite whenever I visit; every time I'm short on packaging tape, they offer to seal my packages for free. During a slow hour with no line, I'm in and out of the store within one minute. However, on any given afternoon, the line wraps around the entire room due to inefficient servicing. UPS management, if you're reading this, I'm begging you -- save one spot at the counter for drop-offs only. You all probably know by now that the bottleneck in wait time is due to the customers that require more extensive shipping services (i.e. packing, creating a shipping label), which leaves many of us waiting for 5-10 minutes just to hand you a package fully ready to be shipped out.

The only drawback is that because of the busy intersection, it can be tough to get to if you're coming from another side. Parking is plentiful in a shared lot with several other stores and restaurants. The lot is hard to navigate in that cars seem to come from multiple directions so proceed toward the store closely and keep your head on a swivel. My limited visits they make it easy for drop off returns with all the supplies there you need. Ample floor space and clean. Staff seems nice, hardly said a word or two to them (again, usually just dropping off a pre-labeled item and they hand me a receipt). I'll continue to use this as my primary UPS drop off spot and for occasional supply shopping if needed.

Customer Service Matters…read more Went in today simply to have some paperwork printed and notarized. The gentleman inside printed my papers, but his attitude toward me was completely unnecessary. I was treated rudely and then, out of nowhere, he screamed at me, "DON'T COME BACK!" I wasn't disrespectful to him. I came in as a paying customer expecting basic courtesy and professionalism. If there was an issue, it could have been addressed respectfully instead of someone yelling at a customer. I have no problem taking my business elsewhere, but I do believe people should know how they are being treated when they spend their money somewhere. There is absolutely no reason to treat people that way. Customer service and common courtesy still matter.
