When I tried to call the office (no answer at that time as well) I sent an email to the company and received a post card stating that my account would be increasing but as a courtesy they would give me a discount for 3 months (keeping it at the rate I was offered when I signed up). She is a property manager and I have no idea on Earth how she keeps up with all of the tenants, the amount of ground space because it's a two-story building that used to be designed for aerospace engineering type converted into storage so it's quite large of an office building, I'm actually trying to find online the acreage because the place is massive. And I've found different numbers it's definitely not what they have advertised as it's much more. And don't ask me why that seems kind of weird. But Danyellle is absolutely phenomenal. She remains level-headed, extremely professional, she has the most multitasking I have seen given to one worker in any industry, and she still manages not to panic or ever show a negative sign or face. So massive props to Danyellle. She is extremely helpful to the customers. She is very honest. You can tell her anything or have any questions and you definitely will not feel like just another number or statistic you're actually getting treated like a human being instead. This particular worker, individual should be working and some other environment and probably managing a much much more organized facility of a different industry maybe. At least that is my two cents because as far as the building goes, my experience has not been great as a tenant. We were all battling mildew recently, they have many many vagrants living within the units more than I can count because I have met some of these people heard some of these people.. and even have video footage of the humans living within the building. I know we are on hard times and I am not at all saying they aren't having their own problems. But they have no business staying at extra space storage as a house. Where do they go to the bathroom? Where do they shower? If you wonder why there's a lot of humidity and some sort of stench within parts of the building it is because humans are living there and is like a beehive of such people. There are also busted out windows which once I showed and pointed this out to Danyellle.. she was on top of the matter within I'd say three to five days. She had construction crews... HVAC, plumbing, every which contractor you can imagine out there checking out the property and what to do about the situations with the humidity. She took care of so many things in a matter of a short period of time I was shocked. I have never seen anything like it. I am not a tenant of this storage place but my partner is, so I am writing on his behalf…read more My partner has been a tenant of this storage space since before it became Extra Space, and that all changed today when we discovered rat feces and possibly urine all over his things. He spoke with someone at the desk today, and they basically said since he didn't have insurance on his unit, he was on his own. They were apparently FULLY AWARE of the infestation, but there was no communication sent to tenants about it, or if they had hired pest control to take care of this. I just saw a review written 3 weeks ago stating that this infestation was reported 6 months ago (maybe longer!) and was given no solution and vague answers by staff. In his unit, one of the ceiling tiles is bowing, showing an opening, which is where I'm sure the rats came from. There are bits of ceiling all over his things, rat feces around and inside boxes and all over the floor, and mainly on a set of dining chairs that had fabric cushions. We now have ruined dining chairs that were perfect upon storage, and dozens of boxes to go through that may be ridden with rat feces and may need to be disposed of due to a biohazard. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed in the management team for not communicating a pest infestation and biohazard to their tenants when this was initially brought to their attention 6 MONTHS AGO, and also not communicating to tenants to check their units after said rats were discovered. Needless to say, he's going to be moving his (undamaged) things out as soon as possible. Don't believe any 5 Star reviews being left back to back as of recently!

Manager was available 7 days a week for calls. Best deal around for storage needs. Highly recommendread more
