I notify them when I'm on the way, and once I arrive and check in with my parking spot, they usually bring out my order within a minute. awesome quick service. I do think Target offers a good selection and solid value--especially at their larger stores. If this particular location were bigger and stocked like most full-size Targets, I would definitely shop here more often, but unfortunately, that's not the case.

Alan went to the catalog, found a few choices and within minutes confirmed the one he wanted was in stock and could be delivered that week. This was on a Sunday. Took delivery Tuesday. Dad ends up getting a deluxe model that not only can recline and then go forward enough to get him out of the chair on his own, but this thing for $700 has heat and massage!

A few days after the order I realized I had made a mistake - I ordered a dual fuel wood/natural gas oven, when I actually needed dual fuel wood/propane. I called and spoke to Luca who immediately made the change in their system. The oven was delivered the next day and the delivery person was extremely courteous and helpful. Again, I made another mistake. I forgot to order the stand to put the pizza oven on. I called Luca again and he took payment for the stand and offered to waive the FedEx costs since I paid for assembly initially. That would have been great customer service already, but to go a step further, Luca called me back and said they would put it on a truck and deliver it that same day. Such a great experience!

I went to donate 3 big bags of clothing. The process was very straightforward- there were large…read morebins in the parking lot located at the back of the business and I was told to put the bags in there- I was told there was also a truck in the back but I didn't see one specifically marked Salvation Army or Donations so I used the bins- the drawer openings are heavy , land the bags must be lifted up to be placed in the drawers, which are high for a shorter person like me but it was manageable and I was glad to be able to donate to others.

Doesn't matter if the line is out the door, come up to the front and skip everyone. Got your friend with you that wants to skip the line too? Bring 'em down. Long story short. Nice place. Staff need to understand simple etiquette for running a business. If a customer skips the line, call them out. And...MOST IMPORTANTLY, don't let "your people" skip everyone, especially when you see a long line filled with elderly people. Get it together folks. It's 2025!
