Home Goods is full of decor for your home. They have everything from dishes to towels and cleaning products to bedding. They regularly mark items down so if you see a red price tag on it, it's usually a steal of a deal. The employees are pretty helpful if you need help. I like that the stores also carry some exotic food items like different kinds of ramen/noodles and chips. If you're into coffee, they have a lot of that, too, along with flavored syrups (usually priced around $4.99 each). I find that most, if not all of their locations have cluttered aisles, and they are pretty narrow. About the only aisles that are wide tend to be bedding and bath. They do have a pretty large selection of lamps for every room in your home. Since TJMaxx is their sister store, they also have an aisle of temptation when you check out to pay, lol. With a little will power, you can defy the odds and NOT pick up anything while you're waiting in line!! Home Goods has some unique items, so if you're thinking about something while you're in there, just buy it!! You can always return it later so hold on to your receipts! If you don't buy it and try to go back later, you may never see it again! Don't say I didn't warn you, lol. read more

This location is a hit or miss. Unfortunately today was a miss, yet a few months ago it was a total hit! I'm usually able to find cute holiday decor items and collectible ceramics at this location. Today, I didn't find much and ended up leaving the store empty handed. Not much to choose from. I am assuming it is between seasons as the employees were stocking tons of new product. What I did not like about this store today was how the employees were basically pushing me out of the way to stock. No matter where I was in the store, I was somehow in their way. How a customer is in the way, I don't know. I honestly could not wait to leave this store due to the pushiness of the employees. I'll come again, but I'll probably wait a few months. read more

I love simply love Home Good's... I enjoy the organization of their items. Like items together done by different designers. They're brought in other countries items, not just China, more selections. Always, always there enough cashiers to get you up to check out rather quickly. Really, their pricing for quality items is obtainable that makes it nice! My kind of shopping; comfortable! read more

Came shopping here with my daughter and we found a nice table lamp. Went to check out with our $100 lamp and the associate tells us that he has to keep the lightbulb, per store policy. Well the store policy just made ya'll lose $100 for a $3 bulb. Congrats and what dumb policy. read more

I'm seriously laughing at some of these reviews. I'm a regular at HG and as for Covid times there was no white privileged. My BFF who always goes is not white and we got no special treatment or exceptions during Covid mandates. For the person who had issues with the arrows I broke those rules. Sometimes the aisles were so small I needed something at one end and a customer wouldn't move. I'm not waiting 10 min while a customer stairs are a vase while I know what I want. The arrows didn't help with social distancing. And that does not fall on the store. We're all adults and know what 6 feet looked like during the height of the pandemic. Power out and wouldn't hold your stuff. So did you expect them to take numbers from every customer and call them. I understand your concerns but equally agree with the store. Heidi the manages is amazing. She always says hello not to just me since I'm a 'regular' but to all the other customers. There is a male team lead I forget his name maybe Daniel but he's also friendly and nice. The store compared to others is almost always clean and organized and the checkout staff are friendly. My only qualm is some of those sticking the shelves at all times of the day have no personality. A smile coats nothing and I blame the pandemic since many of these kids working are younger and I think with the pandemic and masks people forgot what a smile does. Since we're now past the pandemic we as customers just need to be kind to each other kindness costs us nothing. So go shopping. If you have an issue as for a manager. If it's not resolved then write a nasty complaint. Don't give a 1 star review without pointing out your concerns to the store. read more

When I went there they put on music, it is fine. they have baskets and it has Christmas stuff it has pillows it has blankets.it is weirder than you might think.it has toys like baby toys and toys that are weird and creepy. They have tons of Cooking tools and materials. It has some food, like peppermint pillows. Have you ever heard of those?And it basically has baby stuff. There is tons of teddy bears. It does have chairs. And that's basically all it has. This year it has tons of stuffed animals and has a huge horse. I would give HomeGoods a 4/5 because it doesn't have so much cool older kid toys. I. Love. This. Store. I kinda get the same feeling before walking in that I get knowing I'm going to Disneyland.....what new, fun, exciting stuff will I see that I didn't see last time?' What treasure will I find? What perfect gift? For so many things, I check here first. I buy utilitarian items like hotel quality fabric shower liners, fluffy DKNY towels, All Clad, Viking and Cuisinart cookware and, recently, a marble lazy Susan for my pantry. I also by unique items to give quick facelifts to areas of my home: a new white, modern lamp for the living room, a beautiful wood and metal side table and brass and glass lamp for the bedroom, a fun, blue and white vase for my front room and a quirky wooden candlestick side table. In addition, it's a great place for gifts, wrapping, and greeting cards! Recently, I was discussing with friends a scene from The Lion, the Witch and The Wardrobe where Edmund eats enchanted Turkish Delight given to him by the White Witch. My young friends had never tasted it. Enter Homegoods. I bought a box last week and will be introducing them to this delight without having to drive to a specialty store! I love that the staff greets me and is always helpful and friendly. They will hold items for you for a day if you need to come back and graciously load large items Into your car. I tell perfect strangers, "if you see it and love it, buy it because it won't last!" And if you can't find more of what you need, they will give you a list of other stores and even tell you which one might have the items you need. I don't mind that they only call one store for you since it is a discount store, and they are always busy!! Their return policy is generous for a discount place; the only issue is whenever I get my money back, I do a lap in the store and end up spending all of it and more! read more

I called the store in Queen Creek AZ. I was looking for a Stitch tall drinking cup that my daughter had seen online. I was lucky to talk to Christine who offered to go look through what they had because I told her I lived 20 miles away from the store. I gladly waited on hold for Christine to return but unfortunately they had several Stitch cups but not the one I needed. I frequent this location so much .. literally it's like a normal part of my Saturday morning errands. I have no idea why I've never written a review. Similar to Marshalls, you can't leave Home Goods with empty hands. There's no way. It's too much stuff to choose from. Things that you don't think you need or care to have. For instance, while looking for a nice, natural dog shampoo I found a really cute turquoise, rose gold and white doggie treat canister for only $3 bucks. That canister already matches the turquoise and white doggie food canister I have, as well as the grey "Yummy" mat I have for his dog bowls. All items purchased at different Home Goods locations. They did it again! Purchased a chair but needed two. They helped me call around to other stores, helped load the chair in and out of a too small vehicle and graciously loaded it in a second time. I would like to say that I really enjoy the Home Goods store, located in Queen Creek, AZ. I don't like it......I LOVE it!! The staff is so helpful and friendly. They know me by name. Wanted to swing in here to see what this one had. It was extremely crowded. They always have a ton of items on the shelf. I needed a shower curtain and got a better deal here than at bed bath and beyond. I really like their dog section. They have extremely cute items. Their raised dog bowls are perfect and well priced. I bought Christmas gifts here for all my friends this year. It was my first visit. Think: mashup of Cost Plus World Market, Pier One and the goodie section of Trader Joe's. Every employee I encountered was helpful. Great products, nice staff but beware putting items on hold. They don't really have a system set up and it's a little unorganized. I had three barstools put on hold for me at about 4 PM on Friday night. I didn't have the vehicle I needed to put them in. I told them I may not be back until Saturday to get them and they said it was no problem. Came in Saturday at noon and they had just sold MY barstools to somebody else and hour before then! Nobody seemed to really care. Kind of a too bad, so sad attitude. Nobody claiming responsibility, trying to offer help or even apologizing. I am very, very disappointed. read more

I just moved here and my husband and I keep going back to this Home Goods! It is a super clean store with beautiful inventory, The people who work there are always friendly and upbeat. Their selection is amazing. I always walk out fo there with another favorite piece for my home. Their prices are really good too. We have bought pillows, Buddha statues, a vanity, laundry basket, shower rack...the list goes on and on! Very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this store and location. read more

very polite staff, clean and smells nice. the bathrooms are kept neat. the shelves are fully stocked of baubles, nicknacks and trinkets. need a tea pot, spoodle, non-euclidian candle, some modern art or China from every country but? look no further this place is like a world market, and in words of my companion, "less worldly." My husband and I went in looking for a lamb! We found one on sale, which was great! However, they only had one so we went to the cash registers to ask for help locating another one. we had a nice gal helping us at first calling a different location to locate a second lamb to have the pair. and then here comes the manager, she takes over and as she's on hold she's assuring us that it will be "highly unlikely impossible" to find it since it was on sale. Thanks manager Marie but I'll take my bets. Second, once she was off the phone with the other location, my husband asked if we can try a different location. She then turns around grabs a paper with the other store numbers and tells us to call ourselves. "We only call one store for you" her words EXACTLY! We look young and that's a gift but little did Marie know, my husband and I are both in the management business and KNOW that is not how you treat costumers that are in your store and want to PURCHASE from your store. To show you how upset we were for the way we were treated because of our age, I downloaded the yelp app, made and account, searched for the correct location and left this long review.
