Chris is a great guy and a fantastic home inspector! He took the time to explain the things he was seeing as I walked along with him. He is very knowledgable about the different systems of the house and investigates if he sees something that doesn't quite look right. His thermal imaging camera is an amazing tool and Chris is certified in accurately reading the output (not everyone is!) I did a LOT of research (I'm an engineer) into home inspectors and I can say I definitely made the right choice with Chris. He arrived early and got right to work. His report, including the 4-point inspection (optional) and Wind Mitigation (optional) arrived same day with tons of pictures and a few videos for instances where pictures just weren't good enough to show the issue. Our inspector Chris was incredibly thorough. He went through every square inch of the property. He was efficient and pleasant and answered every question we had. He also gave us helpful tips. The inspection report was received the same day the inspection was done and was as thorough as Chris. The report was detailed with both photos and video (e.g., the Jacuzzi tub did not work - he filled it and videotaped when he hit the button to show it was not working).
